Consumer Complaint: Hello Consumer Finance Team, I am reaching out to you to request an investigation on Paypal regarding their decision to permanently limit/banned my Paypal business account and holding my funds for 180 days. I have filed several complaints to their customer service, executive teams, escalation team, and other Paypal departments, regarding it since XX/XX/2021, but they all have turned a blind eye to my request to release my funds earlier as I need them for my digital business. There are several transactions that were involved in this complaint as Paypal has put a permanent limitation/banned on my business account. There is an Available Balance and Pending/On Hold balance and they won't allow any more transactions on my account nor release the funds left on my Business account since they have restricted my Account last XX/XX/2021. The transactions on my account are from XXXX to XX/XX/2021. Here are the details based on my Paypal Balances : Available Balance : XXXX : XXXX EUR USD : {$1300.00} USD Balance On Hold ( Pending ) : USD : {$6.00} I am reaching out to you to ask for assistance in releasing the above Balances on my account. Please help me out as I am just starting my digital business and Paypal is keeping my funds for 180 days which is unreasonable and they have not provided a valid explanation on their decision to permanently closed my account. I have been using PayPal for about a decade and always had just one account until recently. PayPal limited my account a few days ago and it gave me way too many headaches. According to any reasonable human being, the PayPal limitation that was applied to my account was unfair and unjustified. They notified me over email that my account was limited due to suspicious activity. That can mean anything so the first thing I did was to check my account, look at the transaction history and logins but I could not find anything unusual. There was no indication that I did anything against PayPal To that would flag my account. As far as I could tell, my account was in good standing. After hours of looking into my account, checking their terms of service and looking through forums as to why PayPal would limit my account, I decided to give them a call. The person that answered had difficulties expressing himself in English but after more than 30 minutes of going back and forth, I decided to give up. According to the support representative, the reason I was suspended was specified in the email I received. Short recap, the email stated that I was limited due to suspicious activity which can mean anything or nothing. In my opinion, it is a mistake and PayPal does not admit that my account was limited unfairly. Their support staff barely provides any support. I found out that you can not even appeal the limitation. Finally I decided to wait the 180 days for get my money but in this circumstances PayPal still keep my money for more than 270 days. my account doesn't have any dispute or chargeback after XXXX why they don't want gave me my money. i hope PayPal don't act like scammer company. my email is XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: I submitted two payments on XX/XX/2021 in the amounts of {$260.00} and {$260.00} through PayPal. Both transactions were refunded, and the payments were cleared as refunded on the PayPal app and website on XX/XX/2021. As of today, XX/XX/2021, I have not received the refunds totaling {$520.00} in my bank account. PayPal refuses to follow up, and my ticket was closed after the customer service representative submitted tracing info and told me I would receive the tracing info so I could present it to my bank. I never received the tracing info, and I had to start the process all over again. Further, I am deeply troubled by my bank statement, as my money appears to have disappeared into the abyss, and the transaction history has been altered as it is not reflected in my PayPal balance nor my bank statement, except for the amount reflected in currently available which is exactly {$520.00} less than what should be in my account. PayPal has not followed their own policies or terms of service, and their reps are telling me one thing which never aligns as accurate according to my bank statement. I am filing a complaint and will see it through with this institution and others until I have received my {$520.00} back in my account.

Consumer Complaint: When not that my account is close do to the withdraws make it started in the spring of 2020 to XXXX with maybe one or two things here or there then in XXXX they made some big purchases that cleaned my life saving and I was in debt for almost {$1000.00} the store that they shopped at XXXX online was able to cut them off at a point. I didn't know where to go to besides bit my bank I tried to file a report with them but in the end they just thought that did it to myself and just wanted to make them give me money. No one that I spoke to even suggested another option that I could turn to so I just had to have debt companies call me non stop for $ $ $ I didn't have for months I saw that my PayPal account was hacked a few months ago. Not really sure if anything can be done now but just decided to file a report anyway.

In that case I explained everything about my business and where the money are coming from and PayPal had been restored my account, without telling me that I amin violation ofPayPal 's Acceptable Use Policyor that I have to stop my business. Since then, all I did was to continue my business and buy or sell accounts, like I did before. I didn't change anything in the way I do business and I didn't change the source of the income. Whether I bought or I sold a virtual product ( XXXX accounts in my case ), I did it using this PayPal account, and all my transactions show that I am not sellingstolen virtual goods. I contacted Pay Pal about the {$760.00} and ask who and why was this unauthorized done. Pay Pal said they take complaints in the order that PayPal get the complaint on XX/XX/2021 I call my bank to block Pay Pal from making any with drawls with out authorization from me.. The XXXX Police Department made an event report I changed my Pay Pal pass word and it worked. On XX/XX/2021 Pay Pal has blocked me from contacting Pay Pal or using Pay Pal services. I want an explanation from Pay Pal as to why this took place. I want my money [ {$760.00} ] returned to my checking account. I want to be able to see how much money is in my Pay Pal Account.
