In XX/XX/XXXX, Customer reported a problem with the merchandise and was instructed to rern the items for a refund. Inexplicably, Customer opened a chargeback with his credit card company. The chargeback caused Paypal to debit our account in the amount of the purchase- {$82.00}. We explained to Paypal that we'd gladly refund the Customer as soon as they return the merchandise, which to date has not been returned. On XX/XX/XXXX, Paypal closed the case, stating " we can not dispute this transaction any further ... ''. So now, were out the money AND the merchandise. We ask that PayPal refund the XXXX to our account XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: I initiated a bank transfer from XXXX to Venmo on XX/XX/XXXX, the website said the transaction would take 1-3 business days which by all calculations at the latest would be the XXXX, after I had submitted the request the language changed to say the funds would be available to send or spend by the XXXX. Low and behold the XXXX is here now after several attempts to use the money they have changed their information again to now tell me my funds wont be available until XXXX XX/XX/XXXX or even XXXX XX/XX/XXXX at the latest! I have missed work, I am now at work and have no gas to get home my phone and internet have both been shut off and now my electric bill is in question. If this does not warrant a lawsuit then I question the whole system to fraudulence including this complaint process!

Consumer Complaint: My PayPal Business Debit card was stolen. On the morning of XX/XX/2022 between XXXX XXXX it was used for 4 separate transactions at XXXX # XXXX in XXXX, WA. I immediately followed PayPal 's policy and opened a dispute for each transaction in their resolution center ( 4 total ) and filed a police report. On XX/XX/XXXX PayPal closed one of the disputes with a denial ( for the transaction in the amount of {$250.00} ), claiming the card was in my possession ( 2 of the other disputes were closed in my favor on XX/XX/XXXX and the remaining one is still pending. ) Their reason for denying my claim is wrong and does not make sense. XXXX has video footage of the transaction, and my apartment complex also has door access logs and video proving I was home at the time. I explained this to PayPal and attached the police report. Also, the transactions in question were only minutes apart, and the one they denied my claim for was the last one to occur, at XXXXXXXX XXXX. So by denying that case while accepting 2 others, PayPal is claiming they agree that the card was stolen and used fraudulently, but that somehow I had it back in my possession minutes later and made an authorized transaction, which is not logical at all. PayPal refuses to explain their specific reason for denial or connect me with anyone who made the decision. They will not let me appeal unless I have more documentation to add, but also won't tell me what evidence they have or need, and the main evidence ( video footage ) is something they need to follow procedures with XXXX and my apartment complex to get.
