Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XXXX withdraws were attempted at ATM ( XXXX ) @ XXXX XXXX XXXX for XXXX XXXX XXXX for XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX ) XXXX would not give the money from the ATM. This happened before and the XXXX XXXX card worked successfully mins later at XXXX and I think XXXX 's. The first time I did this I reset all the pins to insure that they were the correct pin number and I have not changed the pins since.

Consumer Complaint: Please note that the fields that i checked are not accurate. Because the problem I am having as a consumer relying on a PAYPAL BUYERS WARRANTY is not an option strangely enough. I have filed a claim for shoes that I ordered from XXXX that have not showed up now in more than two months!!! They have closed the claim and have reneged on giving me my promised warranty I of course would have never bought shoes from XXXX had I not had the confidence of a paypal warranty. The amount for the shoes is XXXX. There are also two other transaction that the same thing has happened. One for XXXX and another of XXXX. totaling XXXX

Consumer Complaint: I'm making a compliant about a merchant company PAYPAL my business account has been affected by Paypal holding my money and taken it at the same time. I had friends and customers member send money into my paypal. Then paypal try to send my friend another charge to make it seem like the first one did not go thru. I been having paypal since 2019 and paypal been stealing my money by putting it on hold to just to take more money out of my balance from my money that have been sent to me or my business. Paypal has took money out of the money they are holding and paypal have a slick way on get over on customers by holding their funds just to take more money

Consumer Complaint: I am a XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX in XXXX Wa. I am XXXX and semi retired. I took early Social Security but it's not enough to live on. I have XXXX XXXX that limit how much work I can do. Every job and every payment is critical to me. I have had my own XXXX XXXX since XXXX. I started using Paypal to except credit cards a couple years ago, but I try not to use it if I don't have to because of the fees. I have used it less than 10 times ever. I worked for an XXXX woman in XXXX and billed her son in XXXX. He did not have a checking account so I sent him a link to pay with Paypal online. My total bill was {$620.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. The son went on vacation to XXXX and didn't get around to paying me until XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, Paypal deposited {$300.00} of this payment into my business checking account, but held back the remainder of the payment plus their fee. They gave no reason for this. I tried calling, emailing and texting them but not get through. I went to the Paypal facebook page and asked for help. That worked, Paypal transferred the remainder of my payment, less their fee {$320.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. I contacted Paypal and told them to cancel my account and did not use them again. Paypal did not close my account and still had my banking information. On XX/XX/XXXX Paypal deposited another {$300.00} into my business checking account. I did not see this. Paypal decided they made a mistake and on XX/XX/XXXX the withdrew the {$300.00} again. So we were even, I still did not know it happened. My balance did not show anything happened. On XX/XX/XXXX Paypal withdrew another {$300.00} from my business account. I did not catch this either. I had changed merchant service provider and I thought my account with Paypal was closed. I was contacted by a collection agency a few weeks ago telling me that Paypal had turned me over to a collection agency because I owe Paypal {$300.00}. I contacted the collection agency and told all this to them. They said I had to straighten it out with Paypal. I called, emailed and texted many times and have not gotten a response. I contacted my bank and they said they could not help me. The only thing they can do is cancel my checking account so that Paypal can no longer take anymore money out of my account. I sent Paypal a third email today telling them I was contacting you. I so not have an account number with Paypal. They use my email to sign in and identify me. XXXX My business is XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. I work out of XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: This in regard to Paypal. During the first week of XXXXXXXX XXXX I had some unauthorized transactions from my debit card in which I contacted my bank fraud dept about the incident however I did received a new card. I had to changed my accounts information on how I pay my bills and one them is PayPal, I logged into that and notice something wasn't right there was received payments from individuals and a business tied to my information. None of these are mine and never any of those funds and these happen on XXXXXXXX XXXX. I then contacted and spoke to a live rep with Paypal she said it look like someone in California use my account to change the information to " primary '', to scam and fraud. Selling fake goods and then using my PayPal account to collect their funds. Then these customers are looking at me ( a victim as well ) for their money back. PayPal did send 7 statement for each customer that they had figure out the problem. But, it still left a XXXX negative balance on my account because of that.

Consumer Complaint: I have an account at Paypal and I am constantly getting fraudulent requests for payment. There is no easy way to cancel these requests, and Paypal keeps saying it will automatically pay the fraudulent requests if I I don't cancel immediately. I try to report these to Paypal as scams, but 1 ) to report them, it logs me out every time ( there is no real way to report since it automatically logs you out to do so, 2 ) The virtual assistant keeps freezing up when you use the word " scam '' or " fraud '', and 3 ) it won't permit me to block these accounts because it says I have to send them an email letting them know that I want to block them ... there is NO BETTER way to get scammed than to let them contact me on Paypal with fraudulent requests THEN SEND MY EMAIL ADDRESS TO THEM. This is conduct that is facilitating a fraud and you should hit Paypal with a massive fine for this conduct.

Consumer Complaint: Paypal charged me almost XXXX XXXX dollars in fraudulent charges between XX/XX/2022 and XX/XX/2022. Filed disputes against them all, called numerous times, talked to numerous people over the course of 5 days. All guaranteeing me this will be resolved and they have my back. Day 5 and I receive an email stating they denied my disputes because it's consistent with my history. It's not, I use PayPal for 2 bills under XXXX $ and the occasional purchase. Not XXXX $ in 18 separate transactions. They have done nothing to help me. I filed an appeal ( or, I was told they filed one, who knows ) but they won't let me close my PayPal account down or anything. They won't even cancel the PayPal card that's being used.

Consumer Complaint: I had started to open an account with this service, to purchase an item online. After realizing there was a direct way to pay, I called Customer Service to try to close my account, as it was unnecessary now. The representative then told me to finish making the account ( providing ID etc. ), then it would be closed. I did so, then immediately after, my account was " permanently limited. '' Now, I can not use the service, or any other online vendor that is powered by it's system, as my information is recognized ( even if the vendor isn't directly using said system itself ). I never used the account, am not a minor, and did not break any rules.
