La XXXX, XXXX XXXX PayPal XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, FL XXXX Fax # XXXX Phone # XXXX Dear PayPal and PayPal Credit : Both should be responding this complaint and one should not be without the other for this issue or matter is in nature to a disputed filed and submitted in a timely manner in which they failed to do anything about it as I have produced and provided them with all timely related records and communication until the point that I will not continue to do any further business with either party until they can show me that I received what they are trying to charge me for or hold me full responsibility for. PayPal Credit knows that I notified both parties PayPal and PayPal Credit and I rebuttal and disputed this charge that is on my statement. I am only going to pay for only merchandise that I have received point blank and in accordance with the Federal Debt Collection Act that is only what I am going to do. Therefore, PayPal Credit has no reason to contact me any further because I don't have a debt with their office or their account. Show me what I am being charged for that you think you can add interest and late charges on. Claiming that a timely filed dispute by the consumer did not work out in such consumer favor is bogus when the consumer notified the creditor for the credit to immediately notify the merchant and request the merchant to produce the product which you are trying to make the consumer be responsible for and the merchant can not produce the software or software package under warranty which such charge is supposed to be legit. I don't pay for anything that I never received and if they allowed it to go on or go through it is the merchant or credit institution 's duty and responsibility to address, deal with, and correct it. This matter of concern in regarding this issue or matter in nature of this dispute has been exhausted with I will not make any more payments in regard. Since you know so much about this merchant, please send the full and complete physical address of this merchant which should be a XXXX XXXX address. Consumer Complaint: In XXXX and XXXX of XXXX, I have had over {$1000.00} leeched from my account. Each one of the funds had been a deposit made by my grandmother who was unaware that my account was inactive at the time, but had been used maliciously by an unauthorized user. I'm learning of this information, I logged in to find out that every single deposit was promptly siphoned out of the account, changing my email and password immediately. I opened up a claim with PayPal the day after, which they had denied every single one of my claims for every transaction that was actually unauthorized. I spoke with representative several times on the phone, which had told me of an unauthorized login and a different device that was used during these transactions. PayPal has failed to provide proof of their investigation, and they're only claim is that it is consistent with my history which there is none. I can choose to not use my PayPal account at any time, as I have done before in the past. Every single time, I have dissatisfaction with PayPal as they do not have any kind of customer reimbursement, a timely process for their claims, only to be denied with no evidence or real reason why other than what PayPal claims. They have even said to disregard what any representative has told me, in favor of them not reimbursing me. This entire year of XXXX has been a back and forth with paypal, with them giving me a canned response of it somehow being congruent with my history. The card that was attached to my account was never used previously before the unauthorized logins, nor was it added before these unauthorized logins. They have failed to be responsible for any real investigation other than to deny me of money that was wrongfully stolen from me.

Consumer Complaint: On Saturday morning, XX/XX/2022, my car was broken into and my PayPal debit card was stolen and used fraudulently at several locations, including XXXX 's twice and the XXXX XXXX three times, for a total of {$6800.00}. As soon as I realized my card had been stolen, I promptly locked it, reported it stolen, and filed a police report. I also have surveillance footage of the break-in. In response to the fraudulent charges, I opened XXXX cases with PayPal. XXXX of these cases were closed in my favor, but XXXX were closed not in my favor, even though the charges were made within a few minutes of each other at the same store. For example, the XXXX charges made at XXXX 's were made just a minute apart, with XXXX charge for {$2100.00} being refunded and the other charge for {$960.00} not being refunded. On Friday, XX/XX/XXXX, I called PayPal customer service and after being transferred multiple times, I spoke with someone who promised to reopen the XXXX cases that were closed not in my favor. However, as of today, XX/XX/XXXX, this has not been done.

This time it was. It cleared my bank on XX/XX/XXXX or the same day. Today is XX/XX/XXXX and my mom has not received her money. PayPal tells me it needs to go through a clearing house. This was not an astronomical amount, my mom is not a new receiver and I routinely pay larger amounts with no issues. I believe they are floating these echecks and collecting the interest.
