Consumer Complaint: Last XX/XX/2023, I conduct a fund transfer from my Paypal Account to my link debit card, the transaction was fine it goes straight to my account successfully but after almost 2 hours suddenly I received an email from PayPal stating that I violate their Policy and I can no longer use their service. Which I think at that moment they also conduct system generated reviews. This might be the reason their system detects my account because what happens is that on that day I transfer my fund twice already and in the third one they limit my account. And also don't I have active cases in my account. I think it's part of their security that's why it happens, but I don't know exactly if it is really the cause. That's why I need your help to settle this issue in my account if ever I really did something against their policy or just some system error. I want to know exactly what happen so that I can understand the situation. I have attached below the transactions and emails that might help to resolve this matter. Thank you

My wife has been getting her paychecks there recently. They claim it was a suspicious account, We use our account like any normal person. Pay bills, order food, and get a paycheck from a reputable company. We closed the account because they will not give us our XXXX dollars back.

Consumer Complaint: PayPal has permanently restricted my account, and I've exhausted all possible solutions and submitted all required documentation, but they've stated that their decision is final. I only use a Paypal account to withdraw my earnings from my XXXX tutorial job. However, after a month of use, I received an email stating that my account had been permanently restricted due to the User Agreement Policy. I reviewed their Agreement and believe I did not violate any of them. All I do is withdraw my earnings from XXXX and they are automatically credited to my PayPal account. Consumer Complaint: A money transfer was completed into PayPal Business. However, the money was not transferred as per the business to business agreement by check to the bank. The money was requested electronically and by check. All attempts failed. The customer service division of PayPal indicated that the account had daily spending and withdrawal limits which were incorrect. The account is a merchant account and has never had withdrawal limits. The screenshots reflect there are no limits. In addition, data information was requested electronically to the website. Furthermore, when logging into the account the merchant is being prompted for a mobile phone number. The phone number has been on the account for well over a year. This happens continuously. The merchant requested that customer service explain this discrepancy, but was provided incorrect information. Per PayPal the conversations regarding these incidents were recorded. PayPal has refused to provide all of the data on the account as requested. PayPal has refused to send the money by check to the merchant 's bank. The PayPal account has had numerous technical issues since XX/XX/2022.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I attempted to transfer {$200.00} to my pastor 's Venmo account for handling memorial svc for my father. My acct was frozen and no explanation given. After several email exchanges with Venmo reps who stated they'd escalate issue, acct is still frozen. On or near XX/XX/XXXX I provided photo of driver license and selfie holding it as requested in Venmo email. Acct is still frozen with no reason provided. On XX/XX/XXXX I advised them via email that unless my {$200.00} was refunded/returned via bank acct in my Venmo profile or mailed to physical address in my Venmo profile, I would be contacting an atty. Still no reply other than an automated email asking how their email correspondence is rated by me. Still no reason provided for holding my funds. I'll never use their svcs again so they can shut my acct down - only after all my personal info is deleted from their database.
