Consumer Complaint: I used my PayPal account linked to my XXXX XXXX card to purchase a {$0.00} person lookup through XXXX. I looked over everything and no where on any information provided did it say I was signing up for a {$29.00} monthly plan. After I entered my credit card I received no results were found on the person I looked up, then found out 2 months later I was being billed ongoing for a service I never agreed to. I went into PayPal and canceled the ongoing payments, and immediately disputed this, and contacted the XXXX and XXXX XXXX. Both PayPal and XXXX have replied I didn't provide them with enough documentation so they denied my claim and my refund. How on earth do you prove a negative. I demand for them to prove I agreed to this and received anything of value and they are not performing their responsibility. The legal burden of proof is on them to show where I agreed to this contract. Please help me to enforce my rights on both these companies and hold them to their agreed responsibility.
