Consumer Complaint: For the greater part of the last year I've disputed several accounts on my consumer file with both the alleged creditor and with XXXX directly. The dates are as of said disputes are as follows : XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX ( no response ), XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX The accounts in question : US Department of Education/Nelnet XXXX continues to either ignore my request and/or update the account incorrectly. Today, XX/XX/XXXX, I spoke with an XXXX representative in regards to these accounts. The accounts are reporting CLOSED, as of XXXX. The rep advised the account also has late pays reporting as recent as XX/XX/XXXX. Myself and the rep agreed that there can not be new late payments on a CLOSED account with a {$0.00} balance. I requested the accounts be removed, the rep declined, stating she doesn't have the ability to do that and suggested I file a dispute. I requested to speak with a manager, because I'm not confident XXXX is doing their due diligence in investigating this matter. The rep advised they only receive electronic requests and do not verify the information upon submission. I explained how this is problematic for me, since the recent late pays are impugning on my reputation and has a direct correlation to my credit worthiness. After holding for about five minutes, awaiting a supervisorthe rep disconnected the call. I demand the listed accounts be removed or I will have to seek litigation.

Consumer Complaint: I, XXXX XXXX XXXX, have received post correspondence from Great Lakes regarding XXXX XXXX alleged Stafford Loan XXXX. I demand that you disclose all the documents upon which you are relying on. In accordance with your obligations under the Fair Credit Reporting Act 15USC1681 ( g ) the consumer is intitled to said records the requested records. The information you are reporting is harming my reputation, its adversely affecting my credit worthiness, and I am being denied credit as a result of inaccurate reporting. I demand disclosure of the following documents : Uncontested WET INK signature. Not a copy or electronic signature. Written WET INK requests for deferments. Consumer Complaint: I been having major problems with Nelnet Lns. I have Proof that Nelnet Lns is in violation of the Fair Debt Collection. I also have Proof that Nelnet Lns is in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. I also have proof that Nelnet LNS is in violation of the Truth In Lending Act. I will be providing all documents to show proof. The Definition of a Credit Card under 15 USC 1681 is the same as 15 USC 1602 ( l ) which means " ANY CARD '', plate, coupon book or other credit device existing for the purpose of obtaining money, property, labor, or services on credit. My social security card is my credit card what I use in a Consumer credit transaction. Pursuant to 15 USC 1681a ( 2 ) ( B ) Exclusions. any authorization or approval of a specific extension of credit directly or indirectly by the issuer of a credit card or similar device. Nelnet Lns has been reporting negative information on my consumer report. I will be providing proof of all violations. I sent Nelnet Lns a cease and desist letter Pursuant to 15 USC 1692c ( 2 ) also included Pursuant to 15 USC 1692c ( c ) ( 2 ). Nelnet Lns did not 100 % follow my instructions.

Consumer Complaint: According to all the information online, I qualify for my XXXX loan to be discharged or forgiven. However my loan servicer great lakes has denied me twice for loan forgiveness. Stating that I dont qualify even though I attended during the years that the Biden administration has expanded. Most recently I submitted a loan forgiveness two months ago and I have not heard back from them once on an approval or denial. And its nowhere on my forms that its been processed. I dont know what to do and they keep adding thousands in interest despite loans being frozen for Covid-19.

Consumer Complaint: How can these accounts show the payment status of 120 days past due for the months of XXXX and XX/XX/2019 when it has a balance of XXXX? With that blatant error, its clear that the bureaus do not keep accurate records. They are also reporting this company to be the owner of the debt when they are not! These accounts were transferred to another company. The XXXX and XXXX Credit Bureaus can validate this information by investigating the matter and MUST correct or remove the defamatory information they are currently reporting. Please provide proof that the bureau 's description belongs on my report, otherwise change to PAID or UPDATE '' all late from reporting on these accounts immediately. Consumer Complaint: Today XX/XX/2021 around XXXX central time I returned a voicemail about student loan forgiveness program that I qualified for. XXXX. They left agent ID # s. They knew I had 2 student loans and 1 was a parent student loan. They texted me a security code on my phone that said : FSA : Your FSA ID temporary secure code is XXXX. Enter this online within 30 minutes to continue account recovery. Do not share this code.I had to verbally tell the agent this number over the phone. They said 0 % interest for 240 months and then loan forgiveness. I thought it was a scam so I said call back tomorrow. Please help. I think my identity is in jeopardy.

Consumer Complaint: I had a loan in 2003, i was promised a 1 % max of 1.5 % loan interest. my loan was sold a few times now the last loan Nelnet. they stated i consolidated and i never did, i have no proof of payments made, my interest is at 7 %, i have no documents as : loan agreement, amatrilization, payments made, original promisary note from nelent and from the student laon its self. neither does the financial aide laon people have any documents and nor does nelenet. iv requested these over and over again, my payments made over the years does not show on my principle. there is no proof or evidence of this continued loan or consolidation. When i call nelenet sends me to finacil aide and finaciale aide sends me to nelenet. nelent sent me something like a not original promisary note, they sent me one with fasle information and no signature and further more not completed. i am tired of the ru around my loan goes up instead of down. If i do not have these docuents requested then i hould not be obligated. i have been asking for years for info. when i all the financial aid people they are unable tolocate any of my information
