Issue: Dealing with your lender or servicer
Subissue: Need information about your loan balance or loan terms
Consumer Complaint: I called Navient on several occasions asking for All of my Monthly statements, but I have not received them. Since I didnt receive the statements I got a new loan through XXXX ( not knowing they were owned by Navient ). I am looking specifically to : late payments applied, misapplied payments, interest rate offered through XXXX at time of loan acceptance. I am No longer able to login to Navient to view my specific past monthly loan history. I believe the company has also changed the billing statements to be more confusing to the borrower. Originally, the balance would be listed after each payment, this was changed over the years.

Consumer Complaint: Creditor is reporting accounts that are invalid and unverified. XXXX have investigated this account and they concluded the account was not matching my records of being assigned to me. I would like proof these accounts were disputed per FCRA/ FDCPA. This is causing me anguish and its slandering my good name. Please block this account from my report so I can breathe again.

Issue: Struggling to repay your loan
Subissue: Problem lowering your monthly payments
Consumer Complaint: I have a fixed rate loan at Navient which I have been paying on for almost 9 years. Going thru my payment history I noticed that each month the interest is different and not by small amounts. {$8.00} one month and the next {$23.00}. Other months {$4.00}, {$6.00} even {$16.00} more than the previous months. There should not be that much difference month to month. Something tells me shady bookkeeping is going on. Have paid {$2100.00} on interest in all these years. Sent a email to Navient on XX/XX/2018 about this issue and also said I would be reporting this to CFPB. Thank You for your Help

Consumer Complaint: Navient was suppose to take {$51.00} out of my account every month on the XXXX. They are doing this since XX/XX/2018 but on XX/XX/XXXX they took the money then emailed me saying they have not been paid when I have proof it came put of my account. Then on XX/XX/2018 they took {$85.00} without telling me why or what ot was for and again on XX/XX/2018 they took another {$240.00} out of my account without any information. On XX/XX/XXXX they took the normal {$51.00} payment. On XX/XX/2018 they again took {$240.00} out with no information. This left me with only {$14.00} on XXXX XXXX to support my 3 person family on for the week..this was almost my entire pay check that they took from me for XXXX. On the website on my payment history there is no sign that anything of the higher payments they took out happened. They had originally told me I could make small payments monthly but they stopped taking it out my account and stopped everything.

Consumer Complaint: I have a loan with NAVIENT. I have always made my payments on time. For some reason I realized that there was a late payment on my credit report. As you can see, I have always had a stellar payment record with this company. I tried contacting both XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and NAVIENT with no successful resolution. XXXX, XXXX and XXXX were reporting me late. There was definitely an error on their part. I was never 30 days late XXXX XX/XX/2018.

Consumer Complaint: I have been receiving robo-calls from Navient regarding a debt for a person that I don't know. The calls started out once or twice a week, then ramped up to once a day. After contacting them via phone and explaining, this is a place of business, I have been receiving twice the calls, the last one today, XX/XX/XXXX. I don't mind speaking with an Agent, even though the debt isn't mine in the hopes of resolving the issue. However, these calls are from an automatic messaging system, so you need to call them back and wait for 10-15 minutes to get a live person. Each person is cordial enough and tell you that they will take you off the list, then you receive two calls the next day. Please assist in fixing this issue. I'll provide all the pertinent information. Since, this is a business line, we've got all inbound and outbound call data saved.

Subissue: Trouble with how payments are being handled
Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I processed a payment for {$1400.00} to finish paying off my student loans. Then I checked because money had not come out on the XXXX. The payment did not reflect in their system so. I scheduled it again. Then both amounts came out the next day. I spoke to them on XX/XX/XXXX and was told it would be processed in 3-5 business days but that never happened. I called on XX/XX/XXXX and spoke to XXXX ( no id given ) and then her supervisor XXXX ( ID XXXX ). XXXX first told me it would be in my account today but that seemed odd so I asked for a supervisor and XXXX informed me that the refund was never processed at all- directly opposed to what I was told on XX/XX/XXXX and by XXXX on the same day. XXXX would not give me XXXXXXXX XXXX id number for my records. I gave XXXX my account and routing number for a second time ( first time was on XX/XX/XXXX. I was told it cold take 7-14 business days. I then was processed to another, allegedly higher up supervisor. I was told all staff are " offshore '' and can not expedite the reimbursement of my refund for the money that was not scheduled in their system to be taken in the first place.

Consumer Complaint: I consolidated my federal loans with Sallie Mae years ago. When the Public Service Loan Forgiveness became known Sallie Mae told me over the phone my loans would qualify. Then my Sallie Mae became Navient and Navient told me I don't qualify for the 10 year pay off. I'm XXXX years old, a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and I spend months arguing with Navient. I don't have time to argue for years with Navient so I transferred those loans to the fed loan system, so I can at least start the payoff. How do I get Sallie Mae or Navient to honor the Public Service Payoff?

Consumer Complaint: I have made payments on this account consistently with a program called interest rate reduction. On XXXX started paying XXXX. I was told about a co-signer release upon making payments which I have consecutively and have proof, they not only disqualified me for interest rate program they know wont let me release my co-signer. And my payment went from XXXX XXXX to XXXX XXXX. No explaination just whats due and due date??? Since XXXX I have paid almost XXXX $ and have got no where and they wont work with or release my co-signer which is my XXXX XXXX and help me they just keep increasing and adding XXXX $ in interest for the last 7 years and I cant get anywhere with none of my loans as Navient. I am being taking advantage of someone who is tryin to make payments and be current and they have no options available to me and single full time working mother, that didnt graduate because of medical condition when I left college in 2009 and never graduated, burden of trying to make ends meet. This is the only loan I have really looked at concerning the lower payment and co-signer release. I was promised time and time when entering automatic payment withdrawal over XXXX months I would be able to release my co-signer, every time they wouldnt do it and would lie and make excuses.
