Consumer Complaint: I was notified in XXXX that I was a co-signer on a student loan and that the loan was not being paid. I advised them that I had never co-signed for a loan and asked them to send me the documents. I made a police report for fraud and with the continued phone calls to get me to pay, I contacted an attorney. After 5 or 6 years of my attorney calling Navient and a lot of money, We were able to get 2 civil judgments in court against Navient advising them that the loan was product of fraud and unenforceable against me. Mt attorney sent Navient a letter informing them of this along with the copy of the 2 court orders/judgements. Navient disregarded the courts judgement and continued to pursue me for collection. I was notified by 6 different collection agencies and each time I advised them to contact my attorney that we had judgements from the court. The calls would stop from one agency and started with another until they finally stopped after a year or so. They still report this on my credit reports. It says I am years and years behind ( Late ) and late to the sum of over {$20000.00}. I filed a dispute with all 3 credit reporting agencies several times, including a copy of the court judgements.. I was told they contacted Navient, they advise its good debt, and it stays on my credit report. Navient has completely ignored the judge and his findings. The credit reporting agencies follow what Navient says and not the court. This has been going on since XXXX. I do not know who else to turn to. I have tried Lawyers and credit repair places trying to get this removed and have spent a great deal of money over the years to no avail. This has prevented me from obtaining credit at most places and purchasing items. I have a clear credit report with the exception of this. I pay my bills and my own student loans. Please find attached the letter from my former attorney that was sent to Navient and the 2 court orders/judgements. ** Please note Step 4 would not let me add XXXX. Thank you. XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: Navient failed to apply my approved borrow defense discharge to my student loans. They also failed to forward the approval letter to XXXX. I was approved for borrower defense on XXXX XXXX. Per the Borrower of Defense the approval letter was sent to Navient on XXXX XXXX. My loans were not completed to be consolidated and switch over to XXXX until XXXX XXXX. Navient did not submit any of my approved information to XXXX so my loans were never discharged due to their negligence. Navient continues to violate my rights .Navient states they no longer service my loan but failed to apply the discharge before it was transferred over and refused to submit paperwork of approval to XXXX

Consumer Complaint: So the problem is Sallie Mae. Between XXXX I attended a FOR-PROFIT COLLEGE located in XXXX, CA. In total, I was charged more than {$24000.00} dollars. My education processes lasted 8 months ( or less ). Of the For-Profit College that I was originally encouraged to attend, was then named XXXX College. I was charged {$24000.00} dollars ( that was all taken in even before the first day of class ). Included all student fee-wavers and student aid where all subject to be taking in by XXXX College. Since the first day of class, till the end of the remaining last month, the institution lacked the value of its representation. Its education method lacked intellect. And encouragement was misleading. It promotion methods about direct job training was misleading. Its assurance of a Job was lacking in fact. A few months after the end of the 8 month ( or less ) education process by XXXX College, I lacked the ability and the chance to find a job. Once I did apply, and was brought in ( 5 months after receiving a degree from XXXX College ), the skill and training required lacked the intellect support required. XXXX College became XXXX College that same year I was given a degree. ( Lacking support to a students education - trust and worth ). My education title was then - XXXX XXXX. After seeking for a job near-to 5 months after receiving my XXXX College degree ( XXXX College XXXX ), I receive a job. Four months later, I was terminated for lacking of XXXX knowledge. Afterwards, I was notified that XXXX College no longer existed but was instead a new college called XXXX College ( XXXX College XXXX ). I was never able to climb or find a job with the education I. received from XXXX College. The staff and employees from XXXX College ( XXXX College XXXX ) who once told me of the value of education and assurance, where then avoiding or changing the policies they stood for. XXXX College XXXX applied for bankrupt. I am still being charged for an education that was defrauding students. Sallie Mae sold my information to Navient ( or switched to ) and Navient wishes me to pay the remaining loan money that XXXX College ( XXXX XXXX ) - XXXX College XXXX - originally charged me for. I was, with thousands of students, defrauded by a FOR-PROFIT College Inc. who assured every student, but now attempt to avoid any fault. Navient is ignoring the fact and using the means used by XXXX College XXXX to defraud students. NAVIENT is currently charging me for a fraud brought about by XXXX College XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: I sent the attached letter to my student loan company since they had not been sending me statements about my account. At the time I did not have an online account with them, they had purchase my student loan from the original creditor. In XX/XX/2020 a letter arrived at the residence of my parents that indicated my account was overdue. Nor that address nor my self at my current address received any other forms of notification before this collection letter. I immediately contacted Navient, signed up for an online account and brought the account current. Since Navient did not provide statements, nor are these statements available this violated Regulation Z requirement for periodic statements. This negatively affected my credit and I wrote to Navient in the first week of XXXX asking them to correct the credit report. I mailed the letter to the designated address on the back of the loan statement under the heading " Disputed Sums '' ( Navient, XXXX. XXXX XXXX, XXXX, PA XXXX ). It has been over 30 days and I have received no return correspondence from Navient about my dispute. This violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act as I disputed the inaccuracies of my credit report due to the absence of statements before the collection letters.

Consumer Complaint: Loan passed on to Navient who has me on income sensitive payments with no understanding of that while i make a good salary they have been increasing my payment requirements to upwards of 2-3k. this is not manageable and my loan balance due to deferments has increased to over 300k. there is no clarity on this at all. i want to transfer my loan to another provider and I want to make sure that once i start paying it is manageable as well as that the interest they continue to charge is allowable. i was not aware of this increasing amount at all
