Consumer Complaint: Navient has denied my requests in the past to lower my payment to a manageable amount. They instead continue to request a deferment versus assisting me with this matter. I also applied for the Public Servant Forgiveness Program, in which Navient failed to act. I am a public servant and have been for 18 years.

Consumer Complaint: I have a loan with NAVIENT, I have always made my payments on time. For some reason I realized that there was a late payment on my credit report. As you can see, I have always had a stellar payment record with this company. I tried contacting both XXXX and XXXX and NAVIENT with no successful resolution. XXXX and XXXX are only reporting me late. There was definitely an error on their part.

Consumer Complaint: For the past 14 years they have known my school loans were taken from a school that was closed due to fraud. I contacted them several times to discharge my loan and they never once told me about borrowers defense. Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX Navient made unauthorized transactions each at XXXX. I have not authorized anything since XXXX. The company made a declaration of XXXX to be stolen on XX/XX/XXXX. Again, they have no authorization to do this. A pandemic is making it difficult to survive, and their repeated dipping into my pockets will cause severe hardship.

Consumer Complaint: I was enrolled XXXX XXXX in school from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. Navient- Federal Student Loans reported a missed payment on my credit account, 90 days past due reflecting on XX/XX/XXXX. Since I was in deferment at this time, I sent in all documents to Navient and they approved my deferment request for the dates aforementioned. I submitted proof of deferment to all three credit bureaus maybe six times already and they have not resolved my issue despite documentation provided to warrant my requests. I have also reached out to Navient to have them report the correct information but they too have failed to do so. I feel violated that my information is not being accurately reported and I have endured rejection of many essential personal business requests due to this. This has taken a drastic toll on my life and I am seeking help from your agency to have it corrected as well as have the companies involved penalized in some ways for their abuse and neglect.

Issue: Incorrect information on your report
Subissue: Account information incorrect
Consumer Complaint: Hi! My two student loans that I have with Navient Solutions LLC are currently reporting incorrect information to all three credit bureaus ( XXXX, XXXX & XXXX ). On XX/XX/XXXX ; I took a settlement offer for {$7500.00} with Navient but through their " sister company '' XXXX XXXX XXXX. That settlement agreement was to pay {$300.00} over a course of 24 months ; which I've been making monthly payments every month. Navient Solutions LLC is reporting my account as charged off, past due, & showing/reporting that I'm not making payments at all. Navient still owns my account & is reporting this incorrect information monthly. I have disputed it with all three credit bureaus agencies ( XXXX, XXXX & XXXX ) for the 3rd time as of XX/XX/XXXX with supporting documentation. If this comes back for a 3rd time, that Navient states " information is correct '', the credit bureaus will be investigating it as " fraudulent reporting ''. I have contacted Navient on XX/XX/XXXX & spoke with a lady named XXXX, agent ID # XXXX ; she was very rude and made it very clear that Navient would not report that information correctly. XXXX ( Navient Employee ) admitted that they've received payments every month & my current balance showing is {$6700.00}. I explained to her that this was not right but she didn't care. I've been working with my financial advisor & mortgage lender ; they recommended reaching out to the Fair Credit Reporting Act because this is causing my credit report to look extremely bad & causing my credit score to be lower every month. At this point, I need help getting this issue resolved and at least reporting the correct information. Thanks!

Consumer Complaint: I took out my original unsubsidized student loan with sallie Mae 1st payment disbursed on XX/XX/XXXX for {$10000.00} and 2nd payment in XX/XX/XXXX for {$10000.00}. I began making my first repayment on XX/XX/XXXX. My interest rate is at 4.750 % with a co-signer. I have made payments since XXXXpresent with estimated pay off date given to be XX/XX/XXXX. My loan is now under Navient for the past several years. I never signed new documentation with Navient and was just told that they bought out Sallie Mae. I have asked Navient to provide me with information on fair interest rates or where I could search to find information regarding sallie mae 's lawsuits regarding interest rates and all the employees I have asked have told me that they do not know if such information or how to direct me. I also feel that I will have paid back an unfair amount back on my loan.
