Consumer Complaint: I took out private student loans with Navient while I was attending XXXX XXXX. These loans were obtained under a blanket of lies that were told to me about XXXX XXXX and Navient. I was promised assistance in finding a job after graduation. I was promised fair interest rates comparable to my federal loans and cosigner release. I made my payments on time for years and was never offered cosigner release. My interest rates are well above any of my federal loans. Furthermore, Navient calls at least 8-10 times per day after I've asked them to stop contacting me as I try to get my loans canceled and they continue to call me all the time. They have gotten me in trouble at work, sometimes calling 3 or 4 times in a row. These loans were obtained through fraudulent practices from XXXX and they should be canceled.

Consumer Complaint: I received notification on XX/XX/XXXX my loan balance went up. My loan total was {$77000.00} the start of the pandemic and was deferred by the goverment. However, my balance is now {$79000.00}. Then after reviewing documents sent to me there was one that said I was getting interest because I didn't make payments at the end of 2019. That is totally incorrect, the payments came out of my bank account for XX/XX/2019, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. How is my loans going up when they are in deferrement by the goverment? I would like detailed account information sent to me via email and mail with the interest rate on what loans. I'm showing that {$10000.00} was added in interest in one month. I also need to know who federally that I need to reach out to regarding my complaint about my student loans to do a review on them as the balance should not be that high. My balance out of school was {$57000.00}. So, interest on my loans is {$22000.00} in 4 years? I would like information on interest on my account and a full accountant.

Consumer Complaint: I believe I have been scammed. I respond to an internet job offer and was notified of my acceptance. XXXX received a XXXX letter pack. In it was a money order for $ XXXXon XX/XX/2020. My instructions were to purchase {$800.00} XXXX and XXXX XXXX gift cards. I deposited the money order then went shopping. I discovered that XXXX XXXX was the only retail store carrying these cards. I completed the assignment. I have all receipts and photos. I sent these documents and was congratulated for my professionalism. The Next XXXX XXXX Letter Pack arrived on XX/XX/2020. This time there were three money order for $ XXXXI was asked to purchase {$2500.00} on XXXX and XXXX XXXX gift cards. The second assignment was complicated by retail stores would only sell two cards a day. I saved copies of the money orders as will as possessing the actual Gift Cards. I also have receipts as well as all correspondence. I would forward the photos and receipt. I was to receive {$500.00}. for this task. I discussed this situation with my family, and we found a great deal of negative comments on the internet. I checked the XXXX XXXX XXXX and Washington State Attorney General. This confirmed that I was duped into to this entire operation. I saved everything ; Money orders, email correspondence, photos of the gift cards front and back and the applicable receipt from these purchases. I must claim ignorance. I was not aware of this scam. I live on Social Security and was hoping to supplement my income. Instead, I am experience extremely XXXX. I guess you could say I fell for it. I am currently contacting all agencies handling fraud. I have filed a complaint with the Washington State Attorney General office. I am going to file my experience with the FTC I am going to file of complaints with the FBI Please let me now Numeric normally handles situations like this. This situation has me rattled. Consumer Complaint: To Whom This Letter May Concern ; I am writing this letter seeking consultation as it pertains to an issue I am currently having with the servicers of my Federal and Private Student Loans, Navient Solutions. Below you will find all of the factual information that I have been able to gather to date. This information has been gathered from my own personal records, multiple phone calls and/ or online databases. Attached to this letter I have included all of the available information that I have, as it pertains to this issue. This information includes but is not limited to current account summaries, documentation of telephone correspondence, signed agreements, contact information for all parties involved, definitions of terminology used and legislation that pertains to this issue. Lastly, I have included my personal statement regarding this issue. If by chance I have neglected to include any pertinent information please do not hesitate to contact me for clarity. I thank you in advance for taking the time to review my complaint and do hope to hear from someone in the near future. Statement of Events ( Most Recent to Most Distant ) : - XX/XX/XXXX : XXXX reviewed his Navient.com account to find no changes had been made. XXXX checked his physical mailbox at XXXX for any correspondence from Navient and/ or Navient Solutions. No communications or updates from Navient was found. - XX/XX/XXXX : XXXX spoke with XXXX XXXX University, Financial Aid Advisor XXXX, regarding Federal Financial Aid and the rules and regulations that govern the program/s. The following information was gathered during this conversation Private Student Loans are not part of the Higher Education Act of 1965 or the William D. Ford Federal Direct Loan Program, ( Ref : DA Form 3286 page 3 to see how this information applies to this complaint. ) Private Student Loans are not covered under 20 U.S.C. 1087aa ( Federal Perkins Loans ) Navient, serving as a loan servicer to Private Loan lenders, is not covered under any of the aforementioned programs and/ or legislation. - XX/XX/XXXX : XXXX spoke with XXXX ( XXXX ) a member of the Escalation Team with Navient Solutions. The following information was gathered from this conversation. XXXX was able to see payments that were made through XX/XX/XXXX. Payments from the Department of Defense or other government agencies are not legally able to be applied to Private Student Loans. At least ten ( 10 ) payments, made on my behalf by the Department of Defense between XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, were applied to my Private Student Loans. XXXX is told that a statement will be provided to him via mail that will include all account activity within 7-10 business days. - XX/XX/XXXX : XXXX spoke with XXXX ( XXXX ) a customer service representative with Navient Solutions. The following information was gathered from this conversation. My Private Student Loans went into a Charge Off status on XX/XX/XXXX. My account reflects payments made between XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX totaling {$36000.00}, all of which were applied to my Private Student Loans. XXXX is told that a statement will be provided to him via mail that will include all account activity within 7-10 business days. - XX/XX/XXXX : XXXX gains access to his Navient.com account to review all current loan information. - XX/XX/XXXX : XXXX gains access to his StudentAid.gov account to review all current loan information. - XX/XX/XXXX : XXXX retrieves his original, signed DA Form 3286 Statement of Enlistment which includes the qualifying language of the US XXXX LOAN REPAYMENT PROGRAM. - XX/XX/XXXX XXXX is contacted by the Financial Aid Office of XXXX XXXX University and was informed that he has depleted his Federal Financial Aid. - XX/XX/XXXX XXXX signs DA Form 3286 ; Statement For Enlistment United States XXXX Enlistment Program. This document establishes XXXX enrollment in the US XXXX LOAN REPAYMENT PROGRAM.

Consumer Complaint: I XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) have received several threatening phone calls on various occasions disrupting my peace and normal personal family obligations and responsibilities by continuously calling me threatening and harassing me about a 20 year old non eforceable debit that I'm not aware of entering into a contract that would obligate me to pay the debt that they verbally assert my indebtness without providing and contractual aggreements or promissory notes that the company states that I entered into for the purpose of an it education, yet when I request any documents, contracts or evidence to support that alleged material fact. After several requests for this evidence or proof of debt obligation I have yet to be provided with such only vague promised that as of today 's date has not been provided to even assertain that I in fact owe a debit they have the authority to collect on lawfully.i asked them to stop the treating calls and phishing for my personal identifies and private financial, employment, properties and current financial relationships with other financial companies that are in no way related or associated to this unverified or properly identified company without any authority to attempt to collect a debit that has yet to be proved that I'm in fact the correct debtor with the correct indebtness. Please formally file this complaint and investigate this matter to your fullest ability because I truly believe this is criminal fraudulent activity in furtherence of a criminal enterprise. The company harassing me identifies thereself as " XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX '' Atempting to collect an debt for NAVIANT INC. I've been called and harassed by XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX claiming to be the supervisor while simultaneously attacking me via conference call with several other associates during the same phone calls. One phishing another harassing another falsely attempting to get me to agree to the unsubstantiated debt.

Consumer Complaint: I currently have two student loans with Sallie Mae i graduated in XX/XX/19. I am working with XXXX XXXX to help me fix my credit. In XXXX my credit scored was XXXX. I am first generation American single mother of two. I went to college to end my cycle of poverty. I fell behind on my student loan payments. i was effected by the pandemic and other life factors. I called sallie mae and informed them that I sent a notice from XXXX XXXX informing them about my financial hardship. I am trying to purchase a cheap condo to no longer pay rent and obtain an asset for my children and myself. Sallie Mae sent negative reports to the credit bureau and my score dropped over 100 point back to poor. when i called to follow up on the notice i sent, i was told they did not receive it. Why is sallie mae reporting late payments to the credit bureau when the country in the middle of a financial crisis?. I plan on paying my student loans. i will be getting evicted from my apartment soon. I need my credit score to move. Now i will have to go into a shelter until my credit improves. They should not be reporting late payments to the credit bureaus during these times. listen i am not here to get pity or sympathy, my story is my story. My ex boyfriend hit me and stole rent money from me and i also lost my job. I have worked and studied hard and sacrificed alot to empower myself, and sallie mae just crushed a goal/dream of mine. this is emotionally distressing and extremely reckless and unreasonable on sallie mae 's behalf. please help me rectify this. i know i am not alone
