Consumer Complaint: XXXX is in violation of California 's Unfair Competition Law and False Advertising Law by putting my loans in costly forbearance and failing to let me know the benefits of an income driven repayment plan. I am one of the XXXX borrowers that must have their loans XXXX, removed, and deleted from all of my credit reports. XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX is indirectly in VIOLATION of the California 's Unfair Competition Law and False Advertising Law because they are allowing NAVIENT to put report information that must be removed due to the settlement. I want XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX to BLOCK all Navient accounts IMMEDIATELY so it does not report on my credit report until the investigation is complete. Before the investigation, I want this account removed completely, if you cant delete before the investigation then delete it after 15 days from today or no more than 24 hours after the investigation is complete. Consumer Complaint: Despite sending FTC reports, police reports, notarized documents and filing disputes, and then hiring a credit repair company, all three credit bureaus and several creditors are still reporting fraudulent information and have not removed the items. Please see attached supporting documents that explain the situation, and the accounts in dispute. Complaints are being filed against both the bureaus and the creditors. This has been going on for years and it is extremely damaging to my credit and is costing me money to fight it. I want the items removed immediately. FTC and police reports attached.

Consumer Complaint: I have 4 private student loans with Navient, went to XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX - XXXX. The loans I took out were Sallie Mae loans, I thought at the time they were government loans. First loan, I took out was for {$12000.00} doubled to {$25000.00} within several years ; the other were small loans {$9000.00}, and ( 2 ) {$5000.00} loans. I started paying back the loans under income repayment in XXXX with monthly allotments to present. Iam now on Social Security and spousal military retirement ; main income. XXXX to my XXXX XXXX mother with multifaceted illnesses. Pay present monthly amount of {$240.00} to Navient. Have to renew loan every 6 months with higher and higher interest rates. Two weeks ago tried to renew loan repayment with Navient will go up to {$300.00} monthly. I recently learned from my credit report Navient has filed contradictory information that I have continuously missed payments. How can I miss so many payments when I set monthly allotments??? The problem I noticed with Navient when you set up the allotments on your credit card/debit card, the first month you start taking out the allotments always dont process with the bank. Thats the only way I figure I could have missed payments??? I need help from a pro bono lawyer to help clear my credit report. Navient is the only company on my credit report with destructive information. Iam XXXX years of age, I have intention to pay on my student debt but not beyond my means. I have to pay rent, car insurance, XXXX insurance I just need help lowering the debt some.

Consumer Complaint: I filed bankruptcy in XXXX but my lawyer would not include my student loan because Sallie Mae told me it was not eligible. I didn't even get the chance to ask a judge. I was told there is no Income-driven repayment plan available for me and that my loans would never be discharged after 20-25 years. I remember that day clearly because any ounce of hope I had left of being relieved of this burden left me in an instance. I attended XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX at the Cooking and XXXX XXXX of XXXX which has since been closed down due to misleading students when it came to their private student loans. I submitted an application for loan forgiveness through the Borrow Defense program but I was denied. I submitted an application for reconsideration in XXXX of XXXX but have never received any other correspondence. My original loan amount in XXXX was {$33000.00}. As of today, almost 20 years later, I have paid over {$51000.00} back and I still owe over {$49000.00} due to interest and fees. That is just in private student loan. That does not include my federal student loan. The latest I ever was on a payment was 2 days short of going into default. I begged family members for money to make a payment to avoid going into default. Today I find that was a crucial mistake given the new settlement that I may have been eligible for if I had just let it go. My grandmother was my cosigner because my credit score was too low to get the loan on my own. After constantly being late and missing payments, my grandmother was so upset that she stopped talking to me. Unfortunately, we were unable to mend our relationship before she passed in XXXX. This is the story of thousands of private student loan borrowers, not just myself. It really is sad that this has happened to so many Americans who were just trying to better their lives. Now I sit alone because I'm so far in student loan debt that I can never get out. Which means I can never buy a home, or build a family. I can never get married with this financial burden.
