Consumer Complaint: I recieved a phone call from Navient about student loan payments for 3 private loans ( XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX ) on XX/XX/XXXX. During that call, I asked the representative for verification of the debt pursuant to the FDCPA. She said she would mail it out immediately. At the end of XXXX, I received copies of XXXX promissory notes submitted for student-EXCELL loans to XXXX XXXX for XXXX XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX school years. According to the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX ( Ind.App. XXXX ) " The contract in no way provides sufficient verification of the debt. '' When I again requested verification of the debt on XX/XX/XXXX I was told an electronic signature is evidence of promise to pay. However, the loan has not been verified since I have not received a full payment history and an explanation of how additional fees were calculated let alone proof that Navient holds the loan since the documents I received were all agreements with XXXX XXXX. Attached is everything I received from Navient in response to my request for verification of the debt.

Consumer Complaint: Navient contacted me from XXXX during my working hours. Even after notifying them of starting a payment plan and had an agency to represent me on behalf of me for my debt after on XX/XX/XXXX and to push all further contact to them they continued to contact me and even threatened to harm my credit by reporting missed payments. They did such even with debt representation ( national debt relief ). They kept asking me if I was " refusing to pay the debt '' which I responded " No, this is my representation please push all further contact to them. " Which has not happened. They're been calling me from a myriad of numbers as listed below. Even after reporting legal representation. XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX

Consumer Complaint: I sent a letter on XX/XX/XXXX to remove these incorrect name : XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, erroneous addresses : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, CA XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX NY XXXX, and fraudulent account : NAVIENT XXXX DATE OPENED XX/XX/XXXX BALANCE {$46000.00} that is UNKNOWN to me. I came across this law today and according to the Per FCRA 605B ( 15 U.S.C. 1681c-2 ) you are required to remove/block any accounts or information not later than 4 business days after the XX/XX/XXXX. Ive already included this in my previous Complaint XXXX & I am including it again. If you feel there is a possibility these accounts belong to me I will require all documentation that bears my signature ( another research item I found that requires you to verify with 100 % accuracy that each account is 100 % true, accurate, correct, complete & VERIFIABLE ). If you do not provide any records & claim the item is verified please understand I will seek legal action. I do not take kindly to games nor does my attorney. SO please comply with the law so this matter can be handled swiftly.

Consumer Complaint: My IXD plan used to renew in XXXX and now it's due in XXXX. Regardless, Navient continually charges me MONTHS before the plan is due to renew, resulting in credit issues and more interest charged. This has happened for 5 years now and they never bother to stop. I also believe my loan should be eligible for forgiveness and should have been eligible for the student loan pause due to the pandemic, but it was not. I do not want any calls from Navient as I do not trust them, but I DO want them to fix my interest going back to the beginning of their ignoring the dated repayment is due.

Consumer Complaint: Navient has frequently called me, my friends, and my family about debt collection. They have shared personal information with my friends and family and left voicemails in an attempt to locate me. Navient deceptively told my friends and family they are " listed as points of contact '' on my loans, which is untrue. They have repeatedly contacted these same people even after they were asked to stop contacting them. I have reached out to legal counsel and have also saved all of these contact attempts in order to bring litigation against Navient under the FDCPA.

Consumer Complaint: Per the contract I and XXXX signed, the loan was to be discharged due to the school closing and the owners of the school accepting me as a student while knowing they were going to close the school. Navient/Sallie Mae have never returned our phone calls in over 14 years. There has also been a recent settlement that our loan qualifies to be discharged under and we still get calls from various collectors saying we owe when we dont. We require the information to be updated accordingly to reflect the loan has been cancelled and the proper agencies notified. Thank you for your assistance
