They put a federal loan number on my check and asked me to make payment for private loan even though they cashed it for a federal loan. Also, you are asking for money prior to XXXX time line. I only have my new current positions credit with my new servicer. Navient did not send over any documents indicating I was enrolled in an IDR and I had certified my employment. They need to provide this information, I am having to go through a lot of hoops to prove my public employment and eligibility because they didnt send over the information.

Consumer Complaint: After the first complaint that was filed on XX/XX/XXXX ( that is currently closed ), Navient reached out to me right on the XXXX XXXX and everyday thereafter. On Monday, XX/XX/XXXX I was able to call Navient back in response to the first complaint explaining to them for the millionth time that I am in a severe financial crisis facing homelesness and am unable to provide them with any payments until employment is secured. I was told there was nothing they could do and that the lowest payment option was XXXX XXXXXXXX, which I am unable to afford as I can not even afford a basic living essentials at this point in time. I told the male employee to please mark this on my account to stop calling me and I would call them when I secure employment and can give them money. Not only have they been calling me daily ever since this said phone call, I received a disturbing and concerning message from a random old high school colleague via social media that I have not spoken to in XXXX years a voicemail from Navient looking for me and stating that they had personal business matters to discuss with me and have been unable to contact or reach me for quite some time with multiple attempts to collect a debt. This person/stranger was concerned that something might be wrong and sent me the voice message and is now aware because of this employee of my personal financial matters. The voicemail was to get her to call them back about me, this is not ok. Employee name state on voicemail was XXXX with an employee ID number of XXXX. Not only has this increased my XXXX, but it has caused undue and unnecessary added stress to my already ongoing financial circumstances impacting my overall wellbeing. I am deeply concerned that no matter how many conversations or phone calls I have with Navient, the harassment will not stop and I am unsure who else they have reached out about this that they think I am associated with but am not.

During that time interest was capitalized onto the balance. Payments were made on my account from a military repayment plan. Consumer Complaint: Navient only calls me between XXXX and XXXX Monday through Friday, or on holidays. I told them I can not receive calls during those times because I am at work. They said they use an aito dialer so they can not remove my number. They also said that Texas allows them to call while I am at work. I told them Texas also says if I can not make calls during work, they can not call during my work hours.They call me at least XXXX to XXXX times a day, exceeding the law of no more than XXXX times in a week. They said they will continue to call until I resolve the issue. They also say I can call back, but refuse to give me a number. The number on the caller ID is not their number. The number also shows up as from Wisconsin which is not where Navient is from.

Consumer Complaint: The loan servicer is Navient. I have been paying back this loan for 15 years and 7 months. I owe more now than I did when I started the loan. I co-signed for my daughter with Navient also. Her loan is the same. With every passing month, the loan is higher. If I don't pay them both, my credit will be ruined. I have read that this company has been sued. I asked if I qualified for forgiveness of my loans and was told that I was not. My payments total about $ XXXX. I feel certain that I have paid these loans off. Currently, I am a XXXX XXXX XXXX I have my federal loans forgiven. I can't understand why my loans for have not. South Carolina is a qualifying state and I am still paying on these loans. My loan is {$17000.00} and my daughter 's loan is over {$25000.00}. I am not delinquent. Thanks for indulging me.
