Consumer Complaint: I have been trying to cancel my option home warranty of {$39.00} for several months. According to the home warranty company, the product was finally cancelled on XXXX/XXXX/2015. However, Nationstar mortgage is still billing me for this product, and they can not remove the charge. I have been given the typical run-around, e.g. hangups, endless transfers, no supervisor available. I was told today by Nationstar to just subtract the amount from my payment and it will go away. Since I highly doubt that is good advice, I do n't know what to do to get this resolved.

Consumer Complaint: I had paid my pmts as agreed to nationstar mortgage. I became ill and could not work fulltime and missed XXXX pmts. I kept nationstar updated and told them I would be released for work XXXX and planned on making double payments for XXXX months to catch up. They agreed. On XXXX XXXX I called nationstar to have my XXXX payments deducted and they said the could not accept a partial pmt from me. I would need to go thru a loan modification process to get a repayment plan. I told them I did not want my loan modified I only wanted to pay my payments as previously discussed. They said they would not accept any payments and my only option was to pay the past due payments in full or they would begin foreclosure. I immediately filled out the modification documents they required in XXXX XXXX. I called and checked my status religiously. They time and time again asked for me to resend the documents I had already sent XXXX and XXXX and XXXX times previously. This continued and I continued to get foreclosure postings on my door. And served with papers scaring me and my daughter as this is our home of XXXX years. I built this home and have equity in it. This scenario continues and they put a sale date on my home in XXXX XXXX for XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. On XXXX I called as usual for updates and they tell me I am denied a modification and no repayment plan is available. They denied me and are moving forward with the foreclosure because I had a loan modification back in XXXX due to losing my husbands income ( divorce ) and our daughter had huge medical bills due to an accident which resulted in brain injury. I was XXXX pmts behind. I have had the money to pay those payments. I did not want a loan modification. But I am denied a loan modification that I did not ask for and they are foreclosing on my home of which I can and had been making payments on. I 've worked for the XXXX for XXXX yrs. I have enough money to pay my payment. But I am denied a loan modification on my fha loan because I had on nearly XXXX years ago. I need help. Me and my daughter live here. It is our home of XXXX years. Prior to our loan modification in XXXX XXXX ... ..my partner and I never had a late payment since XXXX. Now I only wanted to pay XXXX dble payments and I am sitting here XXXX months later after being at their mercy only to be denied a payment plan and they are foreclosing on me. How can this be legal? I asked if I had more income if it would help and nationstar said no ... .your income is fine ... you are only denied due to having a previous loan modification. They said I can reapply for a loam modification in XXXX. But they are foreclosing and will not accept payments this month.?????!!!!! I am mad as XXXX and confused about such a ludicrous process. I do not know how to save my house. Obama plans, consumer rules and the fha loan modification and hamp state that more than XXXX loan modification is allowable. How is it that nationstar can deny me, foreclose on Mt house and tell me I 'm reeligible XXXX? I ts not American and it 's simply not doing the right thing. I can pay my monthly payment. It seems I have no time to do anything except to have to pay an attorney on the chance they can help or to pay an attorney to file bankruptcy and I have no other major outstanding debt. I also have no extra money to pay an attorney. Ive never not paid a debt in my life. I only have my house payment money I 've been saving up to bring my loan current. It 's ridiculous nationstar mortgage will not allow me to make my payments. They now say I have to pay all payments at once and their attorney fees and foreclosure fees to stop foreclosure. How can this be lawful? I was XXXX pmts behind. I could pay it then and I can pay my monthly mortgage. ... .but I ca n't pay the now {$19000.00} plus they require. Please help me.

Consumer Complaint: In XXXX 2014 my mortgage company, Nationstar Mortgage LLC deducted XXXX mortgage payments from my checking account. I called them and told them I only authorized XXXX payment and to please refund XXXX payment back to me. On XXXX XXXX I was issued a check from Nationstar for {$1500.00}. I attempted to cash this check but Nationstar issued a stop payment on XXXX XXXX, 2014. I contacted them again and said since my next payment was coming due to just apply to the XXXX payment. This never happened nor do they acknowledge that the check was stopped from payment. I have been in contact with them for almost 2 years trying to resolve this issue. I was told my money was put towards principal instead of payment and that it would be corrected. My money was moved over XXXX times around my account. I am now in collections and owe over {$800.00} in late fees and still am getting the run around from their staff. I will attach a copy of the stop payment that they claim does not exist. I only want my account brought current, the fees taken away and my credit repaired as I have been paying high Intrest rates on car loans and such because of a poor credit score. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Consumer Complaint: Nationstar Mortgage LLC continues its " wilfull misconduct '' as it proceeds with the illegal foreclosure of our home ... going at length to commit a breach of privacy with our CFPB files, the XXXX time around ( see CFPB case XXXX in XXXX 2015 for first incidence of breach of privacy. ). Consumer Complaint: Both my deceased husband and I have asked every company, like Green Light for information about reverse mortgages. We then later found out that people who were with Green Light were loosing their homes ; frantically scared we immediately changed to XXXX Mortgage. Once in XXXX Mortgage, we were promised from the beginning that if anything happened to my husband I will be granted to stay a year in our home. An agreement that we had was for a free consultation, which failed to happen. My husband has since passed away, and XXXX Mortgage transferred the mortgage to Champion Mortgage. I have called for months on end for the MOE Assignment to be transferred to the HUD, yet no one has returned my phone calls, leaving my house to foreclosure. I was given an extension of two 6 months, totalling for a year. I had continued calling the companies in order for the extension of 6 months to go through, but the companies who are assisting this case are not properly following steps for it to take place. Thus leaving me helpless. I was never sent any papers, and the price of the reverse mortgage is extremely high. I was never told there was going to be a lean in the house as well as that when my husband passes I 'll have to pay {$1000.00} each month. I 'm having to spend extra money for legal assistance, I 'm desperately seeking help on this case in any way/ I feel very discriminating as an individual having to go through such things with no help.

Consumer Complaint: My mortgage raised my monthly payment. XXXX furnished a statement on XXXX/XXXX/2015 showing an interest rate of 2.625 % and a notation that the Interest Rate is good until XXXX/XXXX/2015. Then the following month they sent another statement dated XXXX/XXXX/2015 that raised my interest rate to 2.75 % and a notation that the Interest Rate was good until XXXX/XXXX/2015 and increased my payment from {$1400.00} per month to {$2500.00} per month. I called the loan servicer to let them know of the error and they told me to disregard the XXXX/XXXX/2015 and to make the payment {$2500.00}. I told them they were the one that generated the statement and they said to again disregard the XXXX/XXXX/2015. They did not want to help in this matter and again, just stated to disregard the XXXX/XXXX/2015 and make the new payment. I feel that Nationstar Mortgage should be consistent in their notifications.

Consumer Complaint: I have been trying to work with Nationstar Mortgage Company since XXXX of XXXX, when they returned our payment for being late. In approx. XXXX of XXXX I tried to do a modification, at that time I was working XXXX jobs and would have definitely qualified for a loan modification. I faxed them all the required documents and got a receipt from the fax machine that all XXXX pages had gone through. I waited to hear from them for a couple of weeks but they never contacted me so I called them and they then told me that there were pages missing from the fax I had sent. In XXXX of XXXX, I had to leave my job because my daughter had begun taking XXXX in XXXX and my husband was diagnosed with XXXX XXXX XXXX. I had no one to help me take care of them so I resigned from my full time job. In XXXX of XXXX I received a letter about a foreclosure sale. I filed Chapter XXXX ; which stopped the foreclosure sale and the mortgage was discharged. I then tried to negotiate a deed in lease/deed in lieu with Nationstar. They informed me that someone would be contacting me from Tenant Access. A few days later XXXX XXXX from Tenant Access contacted me and made arrangements to come out to the property. That same day he drew up a lease agreement that we all signed ; however the dates were intentionally left blank. When I informed Nationstar about the progress on the deed in lieu/deed in lease, they did not seem happy that Tenant Access had done the lease agreement. This agreement stated that we would rent the property for XXXX and receive {$3000.00} at the end of the lease. We then found out that their was a lien on our property that was an error because my husband 's cousin had the same name. I physically went to the registry of deeds and found out that the lien had been released in XXXX of XXXX ; however, in XXXX Nationstar 's legal dept still had not resolved the lien issue. I was then told that I had to complete the deed in lieu before I could get a new lease agreement. Months went by and I left messages and sent emails to Nationstar, but no one got back to me. In XXXX of XXXX I received an email from Nationstar stating that my deed in lieu file had been closed due to no contact. I also found out in XXXX of XXXX that I could qualify for a {$50000.00} grant, but I needed a letter from my mortgage company dated within the last 30 days stating my home was in foreclosure. I requested a new letter from Nationstar, but I never received it so I lost my chance for the grant money. After that I did not hear anything from Nationstar and they started sending me statements again. In XXXX of XXXX I received a letter about a foreclosure sale that would be held on XXXX XXXX. I was able to get a 60 day postponement though the XXXX. I called Nationstar and left a message asking them to contact me because I was interested in trying to do a HAFA Short Sale. They never called me back, but they sent me the HAMP paperwork. The paperwork was dated XXXX XXXX and it stated that it had to be back to them by XXXX XXXX ; however I did not receive the paperwork until XXXX XXXX. I called them about this problem and they told me not to worry about the date, just send in the completed package asap. On XXXX XXXX I overnighted the paperwork to them. When I called them to make sure they received it, I was told that it was too late because the foreclosure sale was set for XXXX XXXX. I called my HUD counselor at XXXX and she contacted them for me. They told her that they would process my paperwork, but they would not cancel or postpone the foreclosure sale. Today I called the investor that is interested in doing the Short Sale and he said there is not enough time. Nationstar has changed my rep several times, they never return my calls or emails. I feel that they dragged out every process and never really wanted to help me save my home.
