Consumer Complaint: We found this house in 1996 for XXXX got switched to Nationstar and had to start paying our own insurance which they said they would do. We refinanced once because they told us it was in our best interest. Which we did but lost all the paper work in hurricane XXXX have tried many times to refi with the rates so low. Going thru bankrup got a bill for XXXX plus they are now saying we owe XXXX plus the XXXX on a XXXX year old loan for XXXX something somewhere is very wrong. Any advice or help would help us out the pressure and XXXX is horrible.

Consumer Complaint: Our loan appears to have several issues surrounding the mortgage assignments, loan transfers as well as recordings with our XXXX office here in XXXX XXXXXXXX.Our loan was originated by a fraudulent mortgage company going by the name of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX which originated on XXXX XXXX, XXXX a fixed rate note. The loan amount of {$35000.00} was exacerbated by XXXX and our financial means was unsupported to repay the debt at an interest rate of 15 % XXXX was ultimately shut down by the FDIC for origination of predatory lending practices, and an assortment of illegal failures to perform fundamental fiduciary responsibilities for countless homeowners.Our loan was originally table funded by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Then allegedly transferred to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on XXXX XXXX XXXX. However evidence provided in legal recordings show XXXX carried a Revoked License never to be reaffirmed to conduct business as of the date of XXXX XXXX, XXXX.Based on the statutes or RESPA, how could XXXX possible have reassigned the loan back to XXXX Mortgage XXXX XXXX New Jersey XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Store. The reason this action is questionable is because assignment of a Deed Of Trust was executed on XXXX XXXX, XXXX, from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX was sold and transferred to XXXX XXXX Bank XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX Bank XXXX as Trustee under the pooling and servicing agreement dated as of XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX would not have been any position to have transferred the loan back prior to the License Revocation of XXXX XXXX, XXXX, we feel that assignments have been falsified by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in fact for XXXX XXXX Bank XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Bank XXXX XXXX XXXX as Trustee under the pooling and servicing agreement dated as of XXXX XXXX, XXXX series XXXX. The assignment dated XXXX XXXX, XXXX, indicates that the loan was assigned to XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX. Again, the chain of title is still very unclear at this point.We are seeking the entire assignment ledger complete with evidence of the Allonge to the note and all applicable assignments and recordings from XXXX to Mortgage XXXX a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Nationstar Mortgage information should reflect the same data as XXXX XXXX XXXX 's to start. There has been no activity on the account since the transfer to Nationstar ( ie no payments, no agreements ).

Consumer Complaint: Nationstar claims they are collecting a debt and or servicing a debt for XXXX as a result of transfer from XXXX. Nationstar has not provided a servicing agreement between them and the alleged noteholder. On XX/XX/XXXX, Nationstar 's counsel sent an abandonment of Acceleration referencing acceleration of XX/XX/XXXX that was accelerated by their predecessor. XXXX acceleration is irrevocable for the following reasons : 1. XXXX exercised the remedy to foreclose on the propoerty on XX/XX/XXXX. 2. XXXX agent executed a foreclosure deed on XX/XX/XXXX. 3. XXXX was awarded Judgment of Possession on XX/XX/XXXX. 4. I detrimentally relied on the foreclosure sale and subsequent post-foreclosure eviction. 5. I filed a lawsuit on XX/XX/XXXX, to stop a wrongful post-foreclosure eviction that is currently pending to date against Nationstar 's predecessor.

Consumer Complaint: -Hello, my concern is my loan was transferred to Nations star XX/XX/2014 from XXXX , my loan was current at the time of transfer. The problem that i 'm currently having is Nation star continues to add extra fees with no fact onto my loan and this has increased my payment by over {$200.00} a month., when i ask them about it or to show me proof of this, then only send back the escrow analysis. I 'm sick of these lenders trying to get over on consumers. My Goal is to one day pay my mortgage pymt off not to pay for a CEO 's salary. This overage has been going on now for over 1yr without any break downs as to how they came up with this figure.. I have paid 3 times over XXXX that was included in my loan when XXXX had my loan I refuse to have this Happen with Nations Star.. I 'm a single parent trying to keep a stable home for my son and the extra fraudulent fees are keeping food from my table.. I would like a complete financial break down ( not an escrow analyze ) but a visual break down from the time N.S. purchased my loan from XXXX to current as to why you have added a shortage spread to my loan # XXXX. Why would I have a shortage Spread on a loan that 's current and was current when you purchased my loan from XXXX XX/XX/2014.. This complaint is for Nationstar and XXXX, There is no Shortage Spread Nationstar quit defrauding consumers!! I have reached out to Nationstar several times for an explanation but i only received the same Annual Escrow Account disclosure statement with no true fact.. HELP!!! PLEASE!!! Regards XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX I got excepted into The Hardest Hit Program. UMAP ( Unemployment Mortgage Assistance Program ) /.MLRP ( Mortgage Loan Reinstatement Payment ). Therefore the MLRP paid out XXXX towards the past due amount of the mortgage.The loan funds can used to pay monthly mortgage, escrow expenses, property taxes, homeowner insurance.All funds will be disbursed by Florida Housing directly to the loan servicer on behalf of the homeowner. In addition current pending Litigation, including foreclose proceedings with the Mortgage lender and or other parties must return the loan to its original anoint. In my case XXXX Therefore the original loan has to be reinstated! Which at this time NATION STAR has not done so. Furthermore, UMAP pays out to the Lender on my behalf in the amount of {$1100.00} per month towards my monthly mortgage payments during the term of my UMAP assistance of one year. Nation Star has taken the Monthly payment and has applied for their legal fees in the amount of {$920.00} per month plus a charge of {$45.00} per month for Property Inspection. Which become a total of $ {$970.00} out of the {$1100.00} per month that is suppose to go toward a mortgage payment. Therefore according to Nation Star the payment that is left towards the Monthly is {$170.00}? Nation Star has violated the terms and conditions of the Florida Hardest Program. And state that I still owe them a balance due of {$34000.00} as per their XXXX/XXXX/2016 statement. Finally the topping on the cake. Nation Star was Foreclosing on me while at the same time try to get me a Loan Modification on the home. According to Florida State Law called " DUAL TRACKING ''. No Financial Institution can provide you a LOAM MODIFICATION WHILE AT THE SAME TIME, AS DOING A FORECLOSER ON YOUR HOUSE. And till this date, with countless calls to NATIONSTAR no ones has borrowed to assist me or do anything that they where suppose to do then they accept the payment from FLORIDA HARDEST HIT & gt ; XXXX

Consumer Complaint: Nationstar Mortgage claims XXXX XXXX XXXX transferred servicing of loan number XXXX to them. Loan number had a XXXX balance when XXXX XXXX XXXX transferred it. However, Nationstar indicated the loan was greater than {$80000.00} past due when transferred. On XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Loan XXXX reinvestigation indicates the loan balances are XXXX, date closed XXXX. Notwithstanding, the loan history does n't show any delinquencies after XXXX. Therefore, XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, the loan balance was XXXX as well. There was no balance due when the loan was transferred to Nationstar. At the very least, Nationstar 's transfer loan data should be the same as their predecessor 's. I 've been disputing this collection since XXXX XXXX, XXXX.
