I have provided them copies of the Quitclaim Deed and informed them of my mothers passing and that I would like to do everything possible to save the home as I have been living here and plan to live here. Consumer Complaint: We submitted a complaint with your company. Nationstar customer care contacted us and told us we could reapply for making homes affordable even though we got an auction date. Our auction date was XXXX XXXX. We got our paperwork faxed over to customer care at nationstar on XXXX XXXX. By making homes affordable rules you must have paperwork in 7 days before auction. I stayed in constant contact with the representative. On XXXX XXXX I received an email from XXXX XXXX at nationstar that she was going to check on the status of our application. We never heard back from her until XXXX XXXX stating that we had our home auctioned because they never received our application. I have the transmittal showing XXXX pages were faxed on XXXX XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: Home Community Mortgage underwriter is requesting that I provide a letter of explanation, signed and dated, regarding the sale of a 2014 XXXX that I owned. I was not selling the vehicle to provide funds to close -- not for principal, not for closing closts. The lender was also requesting that I provide proof of ownership, the valuation from the third party, and the proof of transfer of ownership. I no longer had any of that, and it does n't matter, because it is not material fact germane to the mortgage. I already have all the required funds for principal and closing costs in escrow when I sold my XXXX! There is no reason at all why they should be asking about it.

Consumer Complaint: I have been applying for a loan modification with Nationstar mortgage for the past year and still have not been able to get Nationstar to review my documents. I have completed all documents and Nationstar has verified they have been accepted except for my profit and loss statement. Thus I redid the profit and loss statement and sent it back to them. Again Nationstar has sent me a request for yet another XXXX and not reviewed my modification. This has been repeated five times now since XXXX 2016. I have done a year to date XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and submitted it four times in 5 months. I fear that all of my other documents for the loan modification they have accepted will soon expire while this delay is taking place.

Consumer Complaint: I was trying to lower my interest rate since it was too high ( 8 % ). Because of my work situation I could n't prove my income clearly, that 's why I could n't apply for refinancing, so I had to request for loan modifications. But even modification I got declined many times. But about XXXX years ago they send me an offer saying for XXXX years my interest will be 3.25 % but they increased my principal from $ XXXX to $ XXXX. Because of the pressure of losing home in foreclosure l accepted the offer and start paying on time. Even though after XXXX years they hicked up my interest rate back in 8 % driving my monthly payment from below {$2000.00} to almost double over {$3800.00}. I called many times for them to concider me to pay the same amount for few months so I can find the job and apply for modification but they said there 's no way to help me. After paying all those money and big principle balance now I am stock and in risk of losing my home.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX and I ( XXXX ) payed our monthly mortgage payments from XXXX, 2016 to the current date, XX/XX/2016. However, we made XXXX payments XX/XX/2016. We have not received any credit to our account or acknowledgement of the checks received XX/XX/XXXX. We would like our account to be credited in the amount of {$970.00} for the extra mortgage payment we made XX/XX/XXXX. Also, we were not able to review the response to our complaints online. Could Nationstar Mortgage and XXXX XXXX XXXX send their written responses to our complaints through the postal mail? XXXX and I do not have a computer at home at this present time. Also, it would just be easier and more helpful for us to read what our mortgage company has to say in regards to our complaints. Also, we would like the CFPB to review our case very seriously. We have been victims of fraudulent banking activities by both XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Nationstar Mortgage. XXXX and I mailed a letter yesterday requesting that the office of the Minnesota Attorney General-XXXX XXXX send to the CFPB a copy of all the correspondence we had with them as well as with XXXX XXXX XXXX and Nationstar Mortgage..

Consumer Complaint: I have a case number from a former complaint case # XXXX On XX/XX/XXXX I received a loan modification from Nationstar Mortgage ( my former mortgage company was XXXX ) when Nationstar took my loan over my loan increased almost XXXX, which I questioned several times but no one at Nationstar could tell me. That 's when I sent you the complaint and then the XXXX was taken off my loan. One of the many times I called and questioned was on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX I called Nationstar and asked why my loan went from XXXX to XXXX ref # XXXX also another ref # XXXX for property inspection fees and legal fees. For XX/XX/XXXX until I sent you the original complaint I never missed a payment. When I talked with XXXX XXXX employee # XXXX today, XX/XX/XXXX she stated this had been one of the complicated cases she had ever seen. I then call XXXX @ XXXX which was the one that was suppose to send me papers which I never received. One of my problems is they have NEVER sent me mod. Papers to sign like XXXX told me and several other Nationstar employees have told me. Another problem is why should I have to do a whole other modification when it was Nationstar 's error? Nationstar said today that they denied the modification from XX/XX/XXXX because I never sent the signed papers back. I never received the modification papers. Please help me this has gone on way to long. XXXX XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: For the second time in 6 years I am being forced to defend my property pro se. It does n't seem to matter that the XXXX foreclosure was FIRST a XXXX, Aurora, Aurora XXXX XXXX XXXX, robosigned MERS, mortgage, that was thrown out of court in XXXX. And I guess the 5 year statue of limitations law in Florida, means XXXX is above the law to have to refile the foreclosure now, claiming this time, ownership of a XXXX securitization by blatently altering the records. Their fraudulent actions, killed my marriage of 15 years, stripped my 50 year 's net worth and has frozen my ability to work as a XXXX figure XXXX since XXXX. Around XXXX while conducting my own forensic audit, I found that DeutcheBank is and ALWAYS WAS the bad actor here and served a QWR to NationStar servicer, that never responded to it.
