Consumer Complaint: I requested documentation from Nationstar Mortgage, on how much it would cost to pay-off the loan on my home. On XXXX/XXXX/2016, they sent me a document stating almost {$9000.00} and that I had until XXXX/XXXX/2016 to pay this amount in full. I paid the entire amount by wire transfer on XXXX/XXXX/2016. On XXXX/XXXX/2016 I called to verify that the payment was received and was told by the person who answered the phone that I would be charged an additional {$500.00}, because I missed the XXXX/XXXX/2016 cut-off. This was not stated in the initial letter and I feel like I 'm being ripped off by NationStar. The full pay-off has been received by Nationstar, plus they sent me a {$99.00} refund for overpayment. How do I get an overpayment refund and then get charged for missing a non-disclosed cut-off? This is unfair.

Consumer Complaint: My name is XXXX XXXX I live in XXXX XXXX XXXX. I 'm a flood victim in XXXX XXXX, the flood XXXX on XXXX XXXX 2016. On XXXX XXXX I contact my mortgage company Nation Star to inquire about a forebearance program for my mortgage payment. As I explained my situation to a Nation Star agent over the phone, the agent complied that the company does provide services to help disaster victims. As I recorded the entire conversation the agent suggest that he credit my payment that was paid in full on the XXXX of XXXX back into my account. The agent assured me that I would receive NO late fees or penalties. He explained while I recorded the conversation that he would enter a code that would prevent any type of penalties. I recieved the credited payment for XXXX on the XXXX. I received a threatening letter in XXXX stating my payment for XXXX being late and I could be subject for foreclosure procedure if the bill is n't brough up to date. I immediately paid XXXX and XXXX in the sum of XXXX on XXXX XXXX. Nation Star credited my mortgage for XXXX back into my account and explained this is a program they offer. On XXXX XXXX after I paid XXXX mortgages in full Nation Star placed me into the credit burea and insisted that I was XXXX to 59 days late. My score dropped tremendously. I spoke to supervisors on several occasions and ask them to pull their tapes to examined that this company act in a manner to credit XXXX paid mortgage, non of this was my fault. Nation Star recovery team only complied that their agent made a mistake. I want to file charges with this company. I never had a late mortgage payment or penalties, this company have severely hurt my credit and I seek your help to help recover my loss of promises and active credits of my mortgage and the huge drop in my credit. Thank you very much.

Consumer Complaint: I REQUESTED MY LATE BE WAIVED BECAUSE MY PAYMENT WAS NOT POST MARKED LATE. THE MANAGER XXXX XXXX, CALLED ME AND TOLD ME NO. I ASKED FOR SOMETHING IN WRITING THAT MY REQUEST WAS DENIED. I WAS TOLD NO. I ASKED WHY DID I NOT GET A LATE FEE FOR XXXX, SHE WOULD NOT ANSWER. THEY HAVE NO MAIL REPECTICAL AT THE ADDRESS. Consumer Complaint: I filed complaint # XXXX. Nationstar Mortgage was a part of the complaint. The Company answered backed on the complaint stating they were unable to locate the account in question. The account number in question is XXXX should n't have been a problem to find the account that referred to me, especially since Nationstar transferred a check out of my name and refuse to return it to me. They had me to endorse it and had me under the impression that they would be sending it back to me to make repairs on my home. The check was never sent to me. I also have other documents showing an account was in effect with Nationstar.

Consumer Complaint: I am a victim of fraudulent billing charges by XXXX XXXX, through Nationstar as a loan servicer. They added {$93000.00} claiming fraudulently I received " new money ''. The also added fraudulent charges to my accounts, including {$20.00} property inspection fees where no inspection ever occurred. I believe that millions of customers are being fraudulently charged these fabricated fees for the purpose of intentionally causing financial harm. BE ADVISED THAT I AM XXXX XXXX XXXX AND THUS THIS CONSTITUTES A SEPARATE CRIME UNDER FLORIDA LAW. It is significant that I am XXXX XXXX XXXX. The conduct complained of constitutes a separate crime under Florida Law, called the abuse, neglect, and exploitation of XXXX persons and XXXX adults. Consumer Complaint: Nationstar Mortgage LLC ( XXXX XXXX ) has ignored our requests to correct a problem created back on XXXX 2015 when the monthly auto-payment for XXXX mortgage loans was suspended without notice. Since then, Nationstar Mortgage LLC stopped/started partially posting our on-time monthly payments to the accounts in violation of loan servicing and breach of contract laws. Instead each month after XXXX XXXX, the company began to add late fees, property inspection fees, and derogatory reports to our credit history. As of today, the problem is still present. We have received foreclosure notices, phone calls from the costumer 's service staff threatening us with a number a nasty, unfriendly and scary tactics demanding payment even-though the monthly payments to these account are send in before due dates. We are looking for your assistance in getting this problem resolved since the company has ignored all our pleas for a rapid solution.

Consumer Complaint: My present mortgage has been identified as one of the loans created by XXXX XXXX XXXX in 2005 who was a major contributor to the mortgage industries financial downfall. XXXX XXXX sold or transfer my mortgage to Aurora Loan Services ( both of which declared bankruptcy ) and sold the bad paper, that is now held by Nationstar Mortgage LLC ( XXXX, TX ). My interest rate has reverted back to 6.+4 upon the end of what Nationstar labeled as a modification in my paperwork for 2 years at a 2 %. I am now told that my loan was not a modification but a forbearance. My situation has not changed since the housing industry problems. I am still on a fixed income and can not afford the high interest rate and am in danger of losing my home.
