Consumer Complaint: I am desperately seeking your assistance in clearing up a mistake that Nationstar made on my home loan account. I would appreciate you looking into my account to advise of further actions needed. I currently have an FHA loan on my home. To give you some background, I lost my job and fell behind on mortgage payments, for fear of losing my home to foreclosure I placed my home on the market and have a buyer to purchase at full asking price. With this I am able to avoid foreclosure or short sale and am able to pay Nationstar the full price I owe on my property. The problem is that Nationstar mistakenly recorded a partial claim deed of trust in error. This partial claim was recorded XX/XX/2016, but a a denial letter for modification ( associated with the lien ) was sent after that was recorded XX/XX/2016. My title company and myself have been dealing with this for 2 months now. Nationstar, attorneys for Nationstar, and HUD all acknowledge what the problem is and that Nationstar mistakenly recorded this on the title, but are not promptly acting on this to correct their mistake to clear this title. I actually have recorded telephone conversation from Nationstar stating that " it is their mistake '', they " do n't know how this happened '' and " someone make a big mistake here ''. I can send you these recorded conversations per your request. I 'm not asking for a handout or for any waiving of money that I actually owe, I 'm asking for something in writing stating that there is no lien, or account if any sorts attached to the title by Nationstar. I have been getting a runaround for months from Nationstar. Every employee I speak to ( or that the title company speaks to ) states it will take another day, week, etc to correct. I 'm begging for your prompt assistance. Nationstar has officially delayed closing for over a month and this is causing great financial distress. I do not wish to have to retain attorneys as many have suggested to force this issue to be corrected, I just want to resolve this quickly so I may move on in an attempt to rebuild my life. THEN ON XXXX XXXX CALLED AND SAID THERE WWAS A PROBLEM AND WE NEEDED TO PAY XXXX MORTGAGE PLUS THE LATE FEES ... .HHE SAID HE WOULD REIMBURSE US XXXX WE DID NOT NEED TO MAKE A XXXX PAYMENT. WE GOT LETTR FROM XXXX SAYING NEW MORTGAGE HOLDER EECTIVE XX/XX/2016 WOULD BE SPECIALIZED LOAN SERVICING WTH ACCT XXXX. SO WE SET UP SLS ON AUTOMATIC PAYMENT WITH THE PREVIOUS NAMED ACCT NUMBER. XX/XX/XXXX WE RECEIVED A LETTER FROM XXXX THAT THEY ARE OUR NEW SERVICER WITH THE ABOVE MENTIONED ACCT XXXX. WE TALKED TO XXXX 4 TIMES. PAYMENT FROM LSL HAS NOT BEEN SENT TO THEM. WE HAVE RECEIVED 3 LETTERS FROM XXXX AND XXXX PHONE CALLS SAYING WE ARE LATE. SLS HAS OUR MONEY. XXXX SAYS THAT THEY CA N'T FIND THE MONEY. WELLL DAHHHHHH ... ..SLS HAS IT AND THEY WONT GIVE IT BACK. Consumer Complaint: My loan was recently sold to Nationstar ( from XXXX ). I made my last ACH payment of {$1200.00} to XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX but that payment was never credited to Nationstar. After countless calls, including with a supervisor, this is still not resolved and my credit score may have been already hurt. Nationstar said they are " investigating '' this but they re not doing anything, t 's been 2 months now every time I call I have to start from the beginning, as if its the first time I call. On top of that, I get automated calls every morning from their computer TRYING TO COLLECT MONEY THEY MISPLACED, ITS INFURIATING!

Consumer Complaint: I have a first and second mortgage originally with XXXX XXXX XXXX who sold the First Mortgage to Nationstar and XXXX retained the XXXX mortgage. I went through a divorce and lost my job of four years. I then applied for mortgage assistance with Nationstar who then began stringing me along. I have yet to receive a decision on my last application for mortgage assistance in XXXX 2016. To my surprise, Nationstar sold my loan to XXXX effective XXXX XXXX, 2016. When I contacted XXXX I was told that none of my paperwork from Nationstar was transferred and that foreclosure had begun with my XXXX XXXX. XXXX sent me a debt Validation Notice without a date on it. When I called XXXX they informed they were no longer handling the foreclosure and that it had been transferred to XXXX. I do not know who is my rightful servicer and trustee for my loan, in addition, I feel that because of the equity in my home I am being targeted and preyed otherwise the information I need to gain assistance would not be hidden from me.

Aiding and abetting Nationstar is : XXXX ( NWTS ) XXXX XXXX XXXX ; 2. Nationstar has caused to be recorded into the XXXX County Auditors Office TWO simultaneous Notice of Trustee Sale ( NOTS ) ; 3. On XX/XX/XXXX Nationstar caused XXXX to have recorded a NOTS, Aud. File # XXXX with a sale date set for XX/XX/XXXX, at XXXX ; ( Ex A ) ; 4. As of XX/XX/XXXX Nationstar have failed to cause a Notice of Discontinuance to be recorded against No 2 above ; 5. A second Notice, On XX/XX/XXXX Nationstar caused NWTS to have recorded a NOTS, Aud. File # XXXX with a sale date set for XX/XX/XXXX, at XXXX ; ( Ex B ) ; 6. FYI, the afore mentioned notices are easily found under XXXX ' on the county record ; ( XXXX has various mis-spellings ) ; 7. There being TWO sales Nationstar have caused to be recorded, Nationstar have failed to comply with Deed of Trust Act ( DTA ) Condition Precedent ; 8. Nationstar have caused against Homeowners, undue harassment, including but not limited to, having caused unnecessary emotional distress ; dozens of large unnecessary envelopes at PO Box and Street address ; 9. It appears Nationstar are intent on having NWTS terrorize Homeowners with repeated and undue notices recorded into the public recording office, and attached to Homeowners front gate post ; 10. Homeowners are unnecessarily damaged and burdened by Nationstar having had additional and unnecessary recordings made ; 11. Homeowners are now concerned extra charges are being made against them to cure any alleged default, therein an undue burden measured against homeowners ; 12. Further the undue financial burden may well be the difference of making or breaking the Homeowners ability to cure said alleged default ; 13. Further, Homeowners are now concerned about the multiple dates there home is slated for sale, throwing Homeowners into a state of confusion, intentional or not, the fact remains and the damage is done ; 14. Further, actions Nationstar have caused to be effectuated, described above, are unfair or deceptive, in violation of the DTA & Consumer Protection Act ; 15. Consumer Complaint: NationStar Mortgage Company claims that I missed a payment in XX/XX/XXXX. I called NationStar on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX and spoke to a lady by the name of XXXX. I asked her to tell me what month and year was this supposed missed payment. She told me it was the XXXX XXXX payment that was not paid. I said if I could prove that it was paid, would I be reimbursed for all the late fees? She assured me that I would be. I have proof of all my payments including the one that they claim was not paid. I mailed the proof to NationStar XX/XX/XXXX. They have never acknowledged that I have provided the proof of payment. Every month they accuse me of being behind in my payment by one month on my mortgage bill. They also add late fees and ask for the missing payment which I do not owe. They are ruining my credit rating.

Consumer Complaint: Loan modification offer has been altered from the original offer. The " Principal Reduction Alternative '' clause was removed in the third modification package I received. HAMP affidavit has a " Rental Property Certification '' clause. it has been established that I am living in the property. The " Clarity Commitment '' sheet is missing in the third packageI received. Nationstar has been sending me package after package. that I have signed and sent back. The events are as followed. -On XXXX 2016 Nationstar sent the Loan Modification Package. I signed it and sent back. 3 weeks later I inquired about it. They say that one of the papers was not signed. -Mortgage company sent a second set, replica of the first set. Signed and sent back. Did not hear from them in weeks, when inquired by phone, they say to wait for it to be " booked ''. -A third modification package was received on XXXX XXXX. This one is different in the following ways. 1-In the summary page, the " Principal Reduction Alternative '' Clause that was in the original package is missing. 2-HAMP affidavit was included this time, but it has a " Rental Property Certification '' clause, even though it has been establish that I am living in the property. Is this right? 3- '' Clarity commitment '' sheet missing. Which I do not even know if it is necessary, but it was on the original package. On XXXX XXXX, email and an followed by a voice mail to my assigned loan agent. With these concerns. I do not received any answers. Few weeks later, what I got in response, was a XXXX package. Replica of the third one, urging me to sign and send back. XXXX XXXX, left a voice mail to my loan specialist, followed by an email on XXXX XXXX to ask him about the HAMP " rental property certification '' on the affidavit. And the other two issues listed above. Today I got a letter from Nationstar stating that they are going to look into the matter and will respond, latest XXXX XXXX. The issue with this is that Loan Modification Package is due by XXXX XXXX! This is really frustrating. It feels like I am been played around. Voice mail and emails addressed to my loan specialist are not been returned. I will attache the supporting documents to this complain.

Consumer Complaint: We are asking for a loan modification from Nationstar. The information was submitted on XX/XX/2016. Upon calling ( they do not call you ) they are constantly asking for additional information, We are on our fifth transmission of request for information. Each time we call there is something new requested. Upon asking for a midigator or underwriting they can not forward the call. And when asked why this was not requested previously all they can say a different person must of looked at the file. We are now over 30 days and they are still requesting information. It appears as if they are stalling so that this goes into foreclosure.
