Consumer Complaint: I applied for a mortgage loan with NATIONSTART '' s lender. the closing date was on XXXX/XXXX/2016. I spoke all the time with XXXX XXXX Purchase Mortgage Professional NMLS : XXXX Greenlight Loans, a division of Nationstar Mortgage LLC Corporate NMLS : XXXX Phone : ( XXXX ) XXXX. I summited all DOCS to them. they knew that after 30 days of the contract, I will loss the DEPOSIT AND THE HOME INSPECTION as it was stipulated on the contract of the house. On XXXX/XXXX/16, I called XXXX and I asked him that the closing was on the next day XXXX/XXXX/16, he got upset with me and told me that he will return me all my documents. I NEVER requested my documents. Anyway, he sent me an e - mail saying that I requested my documents then after I requested to finish the process. XXXX XXXX sent me a DENIAL LETTER. I could n't understand if they told me before that the loan process was OK and that the only thing they need was to verify one document.

Consumer Complaint: Again I just received today XXXX XXXX. XXXX a letter from Nationstar asking me to fill out an application for Making Home Affordable Modification Program. I can not remember making any inquiry about Making Home Affordable Modification Program. The only Making Home Affordable Modification Program I ever asked for was in XXXX which is HAMP Loan Modification Program and is yet to be resolved. Again, Nationstar is trying very hard to steer me away from the HAMP Loan Modification Program to entirely different program I did not ask for. This has been their scheme since XXXX. See attached the letter.

Consumer Complaint: Nationstar XX/XX/XXXX. Spoke to XXXX. I explained for the 20th time that I am owed 2 months of PMI that would equate to around {$500.00} or {$600.00}. She transferred me to a Supervisor from escrow? After a 30 minute wait. XXXX. Manager in customer service of NS. Said he would follow up with me by XXXX but would call me or email me if he learned something sooner. XX/XX/2016 XXXX with Nationstar. Said he could not find my signed form to get my credit for the {$5000.00}. This is at approximately XXXX FL time. Then I talked to XXXX said she was a manager. Said she sent a notice to the dept that handles the {$5000.00} credit to let them know it needed completed. Next I spoke to a PMI manager. Well then she said he stepped out. Said she would call me back in 30 minutes about the PMI. And in a few days she would call me back about the {$5000.00}. XXXX manager of PMI called me at XXXX. Said it 's probably been too long since it happened. Not my fault. I 've asked almost every month. XXXX called me again XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX and now said my PMI should not be removed until XXXX but since it 's off now they 're not going to add that back in. He said my payoff has to be at 78 % to have PMI removed. I 'm at 75 %. Sounds like falsification to me. He said the PMI should not come off till XXXX. XXXX also said he sees where the {$5000.00} incentive was to come off in XX/XX/XXXX. But he also said he sees where Nationstar requested it from the government on my behalf on XX/XX/XXXX. Something smells fishy These are my notes of just some of the dealings I 've had with Nationstar in hopes of 1. Getting my correct refund for overpayment of PMI and receiving the {$5000.00} credit off my principal. Now there 's a third issue. I made my regular monthly payment in XXXX. I have the confirmation email that was sent to me. But the funds have not been removed from my account I called and spoke to Nationstar and I called my bank and I have sent them three emails and this is still not been taking care of.

To this date, neither Nationstar or XXXX has returned my belongings, which were most likely thrown away. Nationstar didnt bother to speak with me or my agent about securing the house, and now i have no clothes, no personal documents, etc. I was left like a dog in the street. I want NAtionstar or XXXX to return all my things or to compensate me for the things lost and for the pain and suffering, along with the health issues I have now had to deal with because of this traumatic event.

Consumer Complaint: Went through the exhausting process of refinancing with Nationstar Mortgage and closed my loan on XX/XX/2016. XXXX should have been closed the week before but when the closing XXXX came to my home my husbands name on the documents were not correct. Yes, they had a persons name on the documents I have never heard of. The documents were corrected and loan closing was done on XX/XX/XXXX. I was told after XXXX days funds would be wired to my XXXX mortgage lender ( Nationstar ) and my XXXX mortgage lender XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. This has not been done as of today. I call my loan XXXX XXXX XXXX with Nationstar and he told me the loan had funded on Monday XX/XX/2016. Again, no one has been paid off yet. I have called the closing company and the person that was handling my closing will not call me back or answer emails, her supervisor and every other single person I have tried to talk to there will not call me back. I have tried to get Nationstar to get to bottom of this and even they promise to call me back but do not. This has put me in a very bad situation as I was told not to pay my XXXX mortgage in XX/XX/XXXX and now its XX/XX/XXXX. I have kept my XXXX mortgage paid up. Today I finally received a call from the title company stating there was some sort of date issue on the paperwork????? No clue and they said they were working to resolve???? None of any of it makes sense to me and they could n't explain it either. I also asked why almost XXXX weeks later this is my first and only notification of anything???? Again, no answer. I feel there is some sort of fraud going on. Can you help me?

Consumer Complaint: I had a mortgage with Nationstar Mortgage that I refinanced with another lender on XXXX XXXX. Nationstar managed an escrow account for this mortgage, but has failed to return its balance to me. I 've called the company at least three times, most recently today, to understand what is going on without success. I 've spent hours on the phone with Nationstar only to receive inconsistent responses, making me question whether Nationstar intends to refund the escrow in a timely manner. Nationstar representatives claim that they used the escrow to pay taxes due to XXXX XXXX ( FL ) in XXXX. However, representatives at the county tax office as recently as today ( XXXX ) indicate that they have not received this payment ; they have, however, received the property taxes sent by my current mortgage servicer. Nationstar insists that it sent the payment on XXXX and that XXXX received it on XXXX XXXX and that XXXX will ultimately refund the money to Nationstar, which will then return it to me but without any proof of this story. Nationstar will not provide any documentation to prove that XXXX has the money and given XXXX 's denial, I have no reason to believe that Nationstar paid the taxes to XXXX in the first place. Nationstar tells me this will take weeks to months to clear up which I believe is unacceptable. The money should have been refunded to me immediately upon paying their mortgage in full.

Consumer Complaint: nationstar mortgage company ( NS ) assumed our motrgage in XX/XX/XXXX and did an escrow analysis. this analysis stated we did not have homeowners insurance and added a monthly charge of {$34.00} for the cost of them paying for and securing insurance. On XX/XX/XXXX I called them upon recieving my monthly statement /mortgage bill and was told there was no insurance on acct and would have to provide insurance voucher and charge would be removed. I faxed insurance coverage and payment information effective XXXX and paid in full for the year ( {$390.00} ). NS acknowledged reciept of fax and stated they would remove after another escrow analysis was complete which would take XXXX15 business days. I called up on a weekly basis until XX/XX/XXXX and nothing was ever done to remove these charges which were accumulating as overdue payments at the rate of XXXX per month. I have been paying the origional mortgage amount but the insurance pmt has not been removed to this date. I should not have to pay for something that has already been disclosed as active, never lapsing and paid for. they stated they had to buy insurance for me but i have never recieved any insurance information from them, carrier, coverage, options etc. I have made 12 calls to NS for a resolution, spent 45 min per call and was promised it would be removed but as of this date it has n't. I do not want my credit to be affected by their inability to retract this fee.
