Consumer Complaint: Nationstar applied my payments from Keep you home XXXX since XX/XX/2016 to another loan number. They have my loan in active Foreclosure currently and for the last month I have been trying to get them to reverse the payments and apply them to my loan. I faxed a letter to XXXX the Supervisor in the Loss Mitigation XX/XX/2016 @ XXXX pm PST and have not received a response.I included a printout from XXXX of the payments they sent and it indicates the incorrect loan # XXXX. As of XX/XX/2016 the status of the loan is unchanged nothing has been done to rectify this probelm. My credit has been affected by the loan being in Foreclosure and the fees assessed due to this problem are still due. Note : Nation stars funding dept gave Keep your home XXXX the incorrect loan # when they electronically transmit data for the loans XXXX remits on. Nationstar has been telling us I did it??? Please make this nightmare stop ... ....

Consumer Complaint: I am summiting this complaint for the reason that Nationstar is refusing to review my loan for the Hamp Tier 2. I have tried to work directly with them however they keep adding extra expenses or they do not use my whole income. I am not negative I make enough for an affordable mortgage payment. From {$4500.00} I am make per month Nationstar only use {$3600.00} they are deducting {$900.00} from my income making me deficit. I have explain many times in writing to Nationstar that I do not have any expenses for the reason that all my clients provide all the materials all I do is labor. There is no reason why they need to take {$900.00} from my monthly income. Therefore I am more than sure that Nationstar is using fraudulent and deceptive practices in order to deny my loan for any assistance. Therefore if this continues I will be forced to file a complaint with my Attorney General and report Nationstar to the FTC and FDIC Department.

Consumer Complaint: I have asked Nationstar for assistance for a few months now and they have agreed to help me. Unfortunately my health has been deteriorating rapidly due to the amount of stress I have been under. This made it very difficult for me to get the required documents together in the time provided. All of this stemmed from my wife 's poor health as she was diagnosed with XXXX and subsequently the XXXX of her XXXX XXXX. For me this placed me in a very bad situation as I suffered a XXXX which XXXX and took over XXXX. All this not being enough the mounting medical bills and depleting money reserves placed me further and further back on my financial obligations. Now as I regain my XXXX I find that Nationstar has opted to sell my home on XXXX XXXX 2016. I have tried to speak to my assigned representative with Nationstar XXXX XXXX to get the assistance I need but I fear that I 'm too late. This did not happen intentionally as I do have proof of what has happed to me and my wife by medical records and bills. At this point I have tried everything within my power to maintain my home and I 'm now in the hands of Nationstar 's trustee XXXX to keep my home that I have worked so very hard to get. I have lived in my home for 18 years and have never had a problem or delinquency on my mortgage but now that I face losing my home I feel as I have no option. I was advised to contact your institution to see if there is at least a small hope of an opportunity to get back on track and retain my home. I 'm a good member of my community and have always been responsible for all my financial obligations. Please speak to Nationstar to give me the opportunity that I need to retain my home and get back on track with them.

Consumer Complaint: Nationstar hired XXXX XXXX XXXX to forcibly enter our investment property and removed everything ( {$8100.00} ) and destroyed our yard with roundup and cut all our trees. Even though the log in sheet, left on kitchen counter, stated winterizing, they took items we used to winterize the house. When NS was originally asked about the break in, they stated that we were in good standing and they did n't order an inspection. It was n't until I found out it was XXXX employee who removed everything and they had a work order from NS to perform these debri removal did NS tell me that no one was suppose to go into the house, only take pictures of the outside. The police investigation concluded that it was XXXX employees who took everything. They had a XXXX page inspection report and paid by NS. XXXX turned the issue over to their claims office. Nationstar now refutes all allegations of illegally entering the property because they hold the deed of trust and they determined the house was abandoned and unoccupied. There is NO way to tell from the outside no one was living there. We had spent 80 hours cleaning, staging and repairing this house after having to get court order to evict the tenants. The power was on. The a/c was on. There were lights on. A realtor had just left the house with in the hour. The security guards were never asked about the status of the house. AND our primary house mortgage is also with Nationstar. We received a letter from Nationstar on XXXX/XXXX/16 stating that if payment for XXXX 2016 and XXXX 2016 was n't paid by XXXX XXXX, 2016 foreclosure proceedings would XXXX. Payment in full was sent on XXXX/XXXX/16. NS received it on XXXX XXXX, 2016. The break in by XXXX was XXXX XXXX, 2016. Nationstar Mortgage mistakenly issued this work order two weeks too early. We feel they are using bully tactics on us little people so they do not have to admit wrong doing or repay us for damages. We 've just survived the XXXX 10 days ago and just do n't have the time or money to make Nationstar do the right thing. All we 're asking is to be where we were before Nationstar illegally removed our property from our house. We had to follow the law to get the tenants to vacate the property. Nationstar is no different. They 're not above the law. Any assistance in this matter would be much appreciated. Consumer Complaint: I wanted to pay extra principal towards my mortgage & I used to do it online periodically whenever I had additional money. Nationstar changed websites and I was told I can not do it online without also processing early my customary monthly mortgage payment with additional principal. However, they can do it over the phone and will not charge me for it. I agreed and asked for money to go towards principal. They took as I asked additional $ XXXX but did not apply it to principal as I agreed but distributed between escrow interest and principal. I called and they apologized and reprocessed it all to principal ( but deducted {$35.00} towards inspection without my consent ). I was told that in the future I have to modify my next auto payment online to add additional principal. I did modify my XX/XX/XXXX auto pay to add additional principal to my monthly mortgage. On XX/XX/XXXX, they took mortgage payment + additional principal. But then on the same day, they processed another mortgage as XX/XX/XXXX which is a month in advance. I called them again just to spend over 30 minutes on the phone without resolution as it got disconnected.

Consumer Complaint: RE ; NATIONSTAR Mortgage - Loan # XXXX Hello, I 'm reaching out to you because it is now over 7 months since I requested help from Nationstar Mortgage to sell my under a Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternative in order for me and my family to avoid foreclosure. Now after we provided all the documents, buyers offer and appraisal requested by nationstar. Nationstar is refusing to work with the buyer that offer the max amount requested by Nationstar Mortgage. I called Nationstar Mortgage and spoke to XXXX XXXX and she told my realtor because one of her family members is interested on my home. XXXX will not review the offer of the buyer who has been waiting on the short sale approval for over 6 months. But instead she will forward my property to a website where called XXXX OR XXXX where they will conduct an auction. I feel this is not a fair review, the buyer who has been waiting for his offer to be accepted, which the buyer agreed to pay for the maximum amount requested by Nationstar Mortgage. it seems like they are discriminating the buyers. Consumer Complaint: We did a XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX, our loan was later purchased by Nationstar. We have complied with all terms and have had early payments for all 6 years, and have received annually the XXXX incentive credit on our account each XX/XX/XXXX for 5 years. We have now reached the XXXX anniversary of our trial ( XX/XX/XXXX ) and should be getting the final XXXX incentive. I was told 4 times by nationstar it would be applied in XX/XX/XXXX XXXX specifically the XX/XX/XXXX ). It was not. they are now saying " XXXX ''. However, we have intended to pay off this loan and specifically waited until this amount would be applied in XX/XX/XXXX. Our loan will be paid off in appx. 10 days. I believe they are intentionally delaying so the loan will be paid off and no incentive payment will then be paid.
