Consumer Complaint: I received my move out statement from my landlord. We disagreed and i disputed the charges within a week. XXXX called and i let them know Ive sent a dispute and waiting for a response. No response from the landlord so i took initiative to call XXXX for a follow up. XXXX XXXX was not in office at time so i left a voicemail stating my concern and requesting a call back ASAP. No response from the landlord proving the debt or countering my dispute. No response for XXXX after i made efforts to resolve this matter. My credit has been terribly damaged and XXXX keep sending letters in the mail threatening to take legal action/garnish wages but cant do their due diligence. I havent even made a payment plan with XXXX. Both company and landlord has refused to communicate and have ignored my disputes. I want this removed from my credit immediately as i havent received proof or response to my disputes.

Consumer Complaint: I sent a letter on XX/XX/2022 to National Credit Systems. My tracking number was XXXX. However the letter was sent back and the address was listed as unknown, although the address is on my credit report. According to the law 15 U.S. Code 1681a - Definitions ; rules of construction. The term investigate consumer report means a consumer report or portion thereof in which information on a consumers character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living is obtained through personal interviews with neighbors, friends or associates of the consumer reported on or with others with whom he is acquainted or who may have knowledge concerning any such items of informations. However, such information shall not include specific factual information on a consumers credit record obtained directly from a creditor of the consumer or from a consumer reporting agency when such information was obtained directly from a creditor of the consumer or from the consumer. I would like to know whose address is on my credit report under National Credit Systems.

Consumer Complaint: I have items on my consumer credit report I dont recognize. I XXXX XXXX did not open these accounts, therefore they are fraudulent accounts. I dont a contract with any of these companies. I would like an investigation conducted, and these accounts deleted from my consumer credit report as soon as possible. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. Consumer Complaint: National Credit Systems and XXXX has violated my rights and this is my last go round with them before going to court. Not only were dates altered by XXXX and the leasing office according to XXXX website and XXXX attorneys, XXXX was supposed to send me a bill directly from Its company XXXX before sending over my personal information to National Credit System. XXXX has allowed this company to be rude and nasty to me over the phone. I will not stand for it anymore both companies will be liable for punitive damages. I have attached documents showing XXXX responsibilities and protocol. This protocol was not followed at all and for this reason I will personally filing a lawsuit against XXXX and National Credit systems. XXXX was supposed to send me a statement not a collection agency. XXXX was suppose to give me the opportunity to dispute and correct it with them prior to sending my personal information to National Credit Systems.

The Assistant Community Director reached out to me via email and said, Ok since it was no notice given, you will be charged a for rent in XXXX plus a retlet fee of {$800.00} and an early termination fee of {$940.00}. Also, a trash out fee of {$150.00} since it was furniture left in unit. I will send your final account statement shorlty. Thank you. She never sent me a final account statement for me to make a payment or reached back out to me. Today, I just received a letter from XXXX stating I owe Residence at XXXX XXXX XXXX {$2900.00} which doesnt add up.
