Consumer Complaint: It has now been ( 90 ) days that National Credit Systems has not furnished a contract bearing my signature, in order to bind me to an alleged debt that they claimed to verify but have not sent me ANY of the documentation I asked for, nor that I am entitled to under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. They are in violation of this act for NOT verifying this debt reported on my credit nor furnishing me with a contract bearing my signature binding me to this debt for more than ( 90 ) days. This account should be deleted firstly from my credit report and immediately afterwards from their system entirely. These are false, misleading and inaccurate actions that is unfair to me enjoying the benefits and privileges of fair credit reporting and should be deleted expeditiously.

Consumer Complaint: Me and the apartment complex I lived in while in college had a disagreement about me having a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXold to me by XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX department. It was serious enough that they gave them XXXX days to fix it. Since then I started to be XXXX. The place never kept a XXXX while I was a tenant. Most correspondence was through emails which I still have from XXXX 2018. XXXX XXXX came in when my lease was up and went about things the wrong way of cleaning up the complex. Tried to track on extra fees and charged almost a month after I moved out. I disagreed from the beginning and was threatened with balance bring place in credit report.

Consumer Complaint: my wife and i signed a lease with XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX it was for 1 year. in XXXX of 2020 our goverment put everyone on lockdown, isolation. not by our choice did we stop working. in XXXX we were served eviction papers in the middle of covid XXXX unable to work or go anywhere we were being forced out of our home. when we went to court we met the attorney for XXXX XXXX who told us that they didnt want any monies owed. if we would agree to vacate the premises then this would not be on our credit because it was no fault of our own, we agreed in front of the judge, unfortunately this did go on our credit and for 2 years we have been trying to have it removed. we have contacted XXXX XXXX and national credit XXXX to please remove this. this wasnt what was agreed upon. everytime we contact them they raise the price of what is supposedly owed, its horrible enough to be put out in the middle of covid but they continue to torture us by ruining our credit. laws were passed to protect us from companies like this. im attaching the court document where it clearly states posesion only. we are also including copies of the laws that were passed, hopefully it helps others as well

Consumer Complaint: After Reviewing my credit profile on XX/XX/2022 I identified a discrepancy with an account listed as National Credit System and validation requested as this was an account I did not recognize. I reviewed my account again XX/XX/2022 and the account continues to reflect on my credit report, and I have not received any correspondence from creditor. to validate this account as correctly belonging to me, nor has my credit report been updated to reflect that the account is disputed and therefore a 2nd validation letter was sent out on again. After reviewing my credit report again XX/XX/2022 there has been no updates and account is still reflecting on the report. I do not believe this account belongs to me nor do I believe the creditor has authorization to access the account nor authorization to attempt to collect on the account and the account continues to negatively affect me. Please strike and remove this account from all 3 Credit Bureaus until adequate validation has been received proving that the account belongs to me, and all information is correct.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX Has sent me a debt collection page to XXXX adults on the lease each XXXX separate reference for is XXXX i do not owe this debt. the original company is trying to pull a scam and i wont be apart of it XXXX XXXX i rented from XXXXXXXX XXXX i filed a case on them with fair housing because they tried to put me through a bunch of rules and regulations when i tried to move to a new house. i put in notice that i would be moving, but needed to find a house my lease ended on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX they would not let me pay for those couple of days so i stated if i have to pay for the whole month then i will leave when i find a place. if my lease ended XX/XX/XXXX then i should have only been paying month to month after that because i did not sign a new lease. they created a fee saying i had to pay because my lease went month to month. this was not in original lease. so basically i asked them to come get the keys noone did i wsited until trash night put out the trash told them i would return to take trash back in and asked for someoone to meet me at the house again. noone showed. so when i left the house they put bogus charges charging me for removal of items that were originally on or in the house. They even added on extra days i asked for receipts. they told me they were not going to give me receipts .they are not allowed to just make repairs without giving me the chance to do them first. to charge me after the fasct is bad business. I believe they were trying to make me pay more for leaving and for the upgrades they made. They did not ask me to remove any items. everything was left in the trash can it needed to be pushed to the curb. they charged me XXXX after keeping the security deposit XXXX She has also included all three adults on this making it show up on all three of our accoutns when it should have only been on mine. i tried to work it out going back anfd forth with XXXX XXXX. she then stated she wold take action. i was not going to pay charges i didnt owe and that she couldnt produce receipts for.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, ohio XXXX XXXX XX/XX/2022 Date : Dear Sir or Madam/To Whom It May Concern, On last month I requested an investigation regarding inaccurate/erroneous items on my credit file that were being reported erroneously. On 2022 your agency sent a letter stating that you had completed your investigation and the items were not deleted, as requested. This concerns me as I do not understand how you arrived at this conclusion since this information is indeed incorrect. This is a request under FCRA XXXX ( a ) ( XXXX ) for a description of the procedure used by your agency in providing all information to the creditor associated with my earlier dispute under FCRA XXXX ( a ) filed with on 2022 ( To be more specific, based on FCRA XXXX ( a ) ( XXXX ) ( B ), you were required to forward all of the relevant information I provided by you to the creditor for their investigation of my dispute. Please provide me with all of the information you used for your investigation, as required by FCRA XXXX ( a ) ( XXXX ). Please reply within 15 days or delete the negative items, as originally requested. Below are the items that do not belong to me that you continue to report erroneously. Please note that I am taking this matter very seriously and demand that you follow the law, in its entirety, and send me detailed information of how you arrived at your conclusion, or else remove these items immediately. Thank you, reporting incorrect information on my credit report, the company has been out of business for a while now and they are still reporting incorrect information on my credit report, they have forged documents. we have asked for them to supply the original documents that I signed for a share deposit, but they can not supply us with my original signature, that I signed up for this, the documents they have supplied us are typed and then written in not acceptable, I was not told about a share deposit, and I did not sign up for a share deposit. I have never stayed at any apartment complex that requests a share deposit, I have heard about a security deposit but not a share deposit, this is all false, this is a scam, and this is deceptive... remove from my credit report this incorrect information. this share deposit was never mentioned in my lease agreement, I have asked for a year now to show us this in my lease agreement, and they have dropped the ball over a year now, you know why they can not supply the lease agreement with the share deposit because it was never mentioned to me when I signed my lease, please remove, I am asking nicely, next I will be going to court, and you will have to pay all the grieve you have caused me and my family for reporting this scam on my credit report. you know I have an attorney and we are not playing. What is a legal document 's meaning? In short, a legal document by definition is XXXX that outlines an agreement between XXXX or more parties that has been signed by mutual assent and in all other respects can be relied upon in court. please show me a legal document between us that I signed, not something you typed out and wrote on, not acceptable,
