Consumer Complaint: NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS randomly put some alleged debt on my consumer report without first contacting me to verify with me if they could even report on my behalf. I have since sent a notice of dispute and debt validation letter with my current mailing address for them to confirm with me in writing the validity of such alleged debt but I was ignored and they continue to violate my rights as a consumer. The tracking number for the notice of dispute is XXXX and said notice was shipped on XX/XX/2023. According to the USPS official site NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS received the notice XX/XX/2023 at XXXX. Included in the notice that NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS received was instructions of a cease and desist where I notified NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS in writing that they are to cease further communication with respect to such alleged debt except to advise me that NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS further efforts are being terminated if they are unable to provide lawful proof of their claim, which they did not provide me with any documentation and intentionally ignored the official notice. In addition, NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS is currently violating federal law, they continue to leave comments and change remarks on my credit report which is causing damage which the consumer report is a medium of communication and because that is the only form of any new information from them to me that action is another federal violation.

Consumer Complaint: The debt collector engaged in abusive, deceptive, and unfair practices of the FDCPA which it prohibits. They furnished this account that we didn't agree upon and I didn't sign an agreement on. A legal contract is signed by two parties and I didn't participate in any of it. More so they didn't follow the proper 5 step validation procedure which make this unfair practices. According to the FDCPA Im entitled to XXXX dollars per violation and clearly they violated my rights.

Consumer Complaint: This is my 3rd complaint with National Credit Systems and XXXX XXXX about a rental dispute and debt that's not owe, I've asked for the copy of a re-signed lease with me and my wife 's signature on it and all they keep providing is the lease that XXXX prepared with no signature on it. They originally tried to charge me {$5000.00} and saying that was breaking the lease and fees etc... .it wasn't until I filed my complaint with the XXXX that I was finally given a itemized spreadsheet that I've been asking for since we've moved, we never signed a new lease and we've given XXXX a early notice notice that we weren't resigning the lease, she didn't want us to move... We we're looking for more space so she told us that they were going to have XXXX XXXX which is a 3 bedroom unit, and our unit XXXX was a 2 bedroom and we had a growing family, XXXX XXXX us she can try to get us in XXXX and we stated if she could then we'll do a new lease for XXXX but until then we'll do month to month while we wait. XXXX couldn't get us the XXXX bedroom so we searched and found a new place and she was upset and didn't want us to leave. But we've never signed a new lease agreement, it was originally reported at {$4700.00} and then at {$5000.00} which I've proved on in previous disputes and nothing was done but once I filed the complaint with the CFPB National Credit Systems reduced it from {$5000.00} to {$3300.00} ... .I will send screenshots from the previous disputes, along with the copy of a unsigned lease that they've sent me, I've been trying to get this issue resolved for almost 2 years now and it's affected my ability to rent ... .Also this account was already removed from my other credit profile except XXXX
