Consumer Complaint: The company name is through National Credit Systems for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX original creditor balance of {$9600.00} joint account opened XX/XX/XXXX last reported XX/XX/XXXX due to a dispute I mad said it met FCRA requirements still have not received no documents/information after contacting them that violates FCRA requirements, and them sending negations offers to pay bill in full at high ridiculous unrealistic amount that would take me more then 7 years to pay regardless. I contacted them various times regarding why there are charges of {$9600.00} wanting an itemized report on how they came up with this large amount of collection. This joint account was due to other non payer during Covid-19 that lost there job. The apartment were already in not good living conditions they were for XXXX XXXX next to XXXX XXXX XXXX the amount of money is unrealistic for the apartment realistically a studio I have photo still of how the apartment looked when we moved in, and many others in that complex has the same issues with ridiculous charges made fraudulently. In the small time period I lived there two new management teams were there they could not keep management. I tried contacting the office they were unresponsive and in the middle of training new management. I contacted the collections company I have never been treated so poorly before as if the stress of a XXXX XXXX with school depth with a XXXX dollar collection during Covid -19 was not stressful enough because an old roommate was not paying his bills. I tried to explain I wanted itemized documents on how they were getting that amount of money, and possible resolution I will not be able to pay that much money my self it would just have to wait 7 years to get dropped off. I know there was a Covid-19 relief to pay renters who were unable to live there XXXX cash to move out immediately because they did not want people not being able to get evicted. They transferred me to multiple representative all harsh, and still couldn't give me information said I just had to pay it. I ask them its my right to have documentation why I owe that much money they hung up on me I called back tried to make a complaint they transferred me to the management and supervisor line went straight to voicemail I left 5 plus voicemails never got back to me. I was so upset I cried and left it alone this has been ruining my credit, and I don't have a lot of depth I'm in XXXX XXXX struggling. Due to this my chances of renting on my own will be impossible. This company wont respond or give me information of the documents I asked for the charges are insane for those apartments there trying to exploit us on extra outrageous fees. I have seen the company 's reviews I'm clearly not the only person having this issue they have many many complaints. I have had a collection before where it was easy and handled professionally.

Consumer Complaint: around 3 years ago I applied for a student housing apartment and attached directly to the application was the apartment lease which I had no idea about and I thought was the application I have never been inside the apartment at all I have only drove past it. supposedly I had a move in date that I knew nothing about and I didn't move in and it was posted on my credit report on XX/XX/2019 same year for a whole year worth of rent which on the report is {$13000.00}. i really think that this isn't fair to me and i really want this to be off my record.

Consumer Complaint: This debt was removed from my credit report a few weeks ago. It has been removed from my credit report numerous times yet they find a way to sneak it back on there. Before it was removed this last time I attempted to call and get the account figured out as they were also attempting to collect more than what the court ordered amount from the original break of lease was, I was yelled at by 2 different reps. When they called today I informed them that this debt was no longer on my credit report and to never call me again.

Consumer Complaint: i was looking at my credit report and national credit system is on my credit report. in tennessee the statue of limitations for debt is 7 years and it has to be removed from my report. this debt started from the information online XX/XX/XXXX. this means the debt from the national credit system according to tennessee debt collection law should come off the credit report in 7 years. this means the debt comes off XX/XX/XXXX. according to the credit report that i attached the last day of activity on my account now was XX/XX/XXXX. there was no increase in balance, no new payment, and they changed or re-aged this date so the account on my credit report would stay on there for another 7 years which would be XXXX. this is re-aging which is illegal and owes me money for this illegal activity.

Consumer Complaint: I was first contacted via mail on XX/XX/2023 from National Credit Systems INC regarding an attempt to collect a debt from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I sent my first dispute letter on XX/XX/2023. National Credit Systems then sent me a letter from XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX with a Statement Letter and Renting Ledger. I did not believe this was satisfactory in showing an itemized list of what the debt is for so I sent my 2nd Dispute letter on XX/XX/2023 requesting the following information : Amount, the full name and mailed address of the original creditor, Documents showing they have verified this debt, documents showing theyre licensed to collect a debt in KY, documents showing I owe National Credit Systems this debt, and documents showing I agreed to this debt that it is my debt. Today is XX/XX/2023 and I have not received any documents or information I have requested and after checking my credit score, I have noticed it has been put on my credit. I believe this is an inaccurate debt that I do not owe as I did not approve this debt nor sign any documents approving this. I also believe National Credit Systems has broken my right to personal confidentiality as they mailed me a collection letter regarding this debt in question in an open, non-sealed envelope that I have kept for my records as a breach of privacy. Again, I have requested documents under my right as a consumer and have no received any documentation from National Credit Systems, since then they have posted this on my credit, and breached my right to privacy.
