Consumer Complaint: XXXX opened my information and have people posting trash on my record. Every fake, none sense and outdated account they presented for collection, XXXX say sure, put it in. When I make a dispute, XXXX denied my request, and said that they are his partner or the bills are correct as it is. For example, {$15000.00} from XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX apartments. I was I there for about two months and the apartment has snakes and molds, so I moved out with notice. And I notified the court of clerks. XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX pretending that they got me evicted. I never received and eviction paperwork. I checked with the clerk of court, the clerk of court said they brought a paperwork for eviction, I was already moved out. Also, the clerk of court said the do not no about the lawsuits of {$15000.00}. The owner abuse his power to abused me. I hand up lost all the money from my saving, and my job to leave in motel as a homeless. I am seeking financial damages from XXXX Again, a feral retail account that closed due to data breaches. XXXX help them post it so many time with a creation of new account number. I do not owe that debt. Someone else was shopping on my name while I was shopping for furniture online.

Consumer Complaint: I received a letter from CFPB stating that this claim was closed to protect my privacy because you all did not think this was me. The claim that i am not trying to fix my own credit using my own resources and knowledge is frivolous as it does not make sense due to the fact that during the initial submission of the original complaint, I selected that it was me submitting the claim on behalf of me, so how do you send a letter saying that it's not me. How can you deny me a proper investigation or research but not approach the furnisher of data with the same efforts. I have sent multiple written letters sent via certified mail to the original creditor XXXX XXXX XXXX asking for verification of this debt, I've sent multiple letters asking for verification of this debt to the current collection agency NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS and have not received a response. I have proof and documentation of all communication to each of these individual companies and not one of them has provided me with the proper documentation that verifies this debt is mine as i have continued to express THIS ACCOUNT NEEDS TO BE REMOVED IMMEDIATELY DUE TO BEINT FRAUDELENT ; I HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF THIS ACCOUNT ; I have been in contact with all 3 credit reporting bureaus and was able to successfully have this account deleted from XXXX due to it not being able to be verified as mine however XXXX and XXXX Continue to state that the account meets FCRA guidelines and the account has been verified. NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS has never proved this debt belongs to me legally, as to why it was removed from XXXX, so please explain to me how it is still being verified as mine with other agencies if data furnishers are required to submit the same accurate information to each bureau.

He stated he was calling in attempt to collect a debt on behalf of their Client/ Creditor XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) in the amount of {$370.00} and would I like to take care of payment today. I kindly informed that I decline to pay this debt as I never live at the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX., However, in XXXX of XXXX I did submit a rental application in which I paid a {$300.00} application fee that was later refunded back to me via my bank ( XXXX XXXX ) on XX/XX/XXXX ( please attachments ) after submitting a dispute case on XX/XX/XXXX ( please see attachments ) through my bank XXXX XXXX XXXX ) due to miss information not properly disclosed during my application submission with them. I gave XXXX XXXX the case number ( Claim # XXXX ) for him to take back to his client so their client could provide them a copy of the dispute transcripts with my bank ( XXXX XXXX ) showing that they agreed to refund me back the {$300.00} ( in which they did ), and the case was closed on XX/XX/XXXX ( please see attachments ). I also requested for XXXX XXXX to kindly submit to me a debt validation ( in which he did, please see attachments ). And as you can see the statement National Credit Systems submitted to me from their client XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX shows a completely {$0.00} balance. XXXX XXXX stated he would reach out to their client to get clarification and would be in touch. From that day I never heard back from him or National Credit Systems Inc. via by phone, mail or email. So today, I was shocked when I receive an urgent email from my credit monitoring service that a collections account is being reported from National Credit Systems for {$370.00}.

They did not send photo or video evidence of damages to former residence, Only included a handwritten note. Company included false charges in debt and are attempting to collect which is an illegal business practice. Have disputed the charge multiple times for inaccurate balance/past due information and company refuses to correct the false charges.
