I have also requested for them to provide me with verification of the debt and have yet to do so. The credit bureaus are still reporting the account on my credit.

Each time, they send the same letter that says we received your request and they send the same 1 page ledger. I always reply certified mail, with the communication email chain I had with the office showing that I provided notice. The following alleged account XXXX is listed as closed charged off DUE BALANCE of XXXX as of XX/XX/XXXX with balance XXXX balance I recently found out by the original creditor my information was illegally sold off to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX firm and I have never signed a contract with neither XXXX of these creditor back in XX/XX/XXXX This account XXXX reflect still open no term past due XXXX as of XXXX by XXXX by XXXX XXXX XXXX can not collect both debts I have called both parties National credit system stated XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX firm is to my knowledge of the FCRA requirements and laws are handling my illegally bc they not the original collection agency FRCA LAWS IT DOES NOT MEET FRCA REQUIREMENTS AND MUST BE PERMANENTLY DELETED FROM MY RECORDS I HAVE FILED MULTIPLE DISPUTES asking for ORIGINAL COPY OF THe CONTRACT with my HAND WRITTEN SIGNATURE validation of the debt and how it was validated and verified AND THEY ALL COME BACK VERIFIED AND UPDATED WITH NO. Consumer Complaint: THIS IS NOT A DUPLICATE On XXXX NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS INC on behalf of XXXX XXXX reported a collection in my credit report. This report is based on inaccurate information provided by the original creditor regarding apartment damages. The original creditor used a document dated XX/XX/XXXX to support a narrative of alleged damages. ( See Attached Document ) On XX/XX/XXXX my property was moved out of the apartment and myself and the property manager did a walkthrough inspection of the apartment, and no damages was mentioned or found. There was no documentation provided during the time of the walkthrough reflecting any damages. On the other hand, the original creditor generated a SECURITY DEPOSIT RETURN FORM dated XX/XX/XXXX. ( See Attached Document ) alleging damages to a cabinet. The original creditor also generated a move out letter dated XX/XX/XXXX addressed to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, AL XXXX ( See Attached Document ). My address during this time was at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, AL XXXX ( See Attached Lease Copy ).

Consumer Complaint: I had been receiving multiple calls and letters from National Credit Systems from their representative XXXX XXXX XXXX regarding a debt I do not recognize at all. I could see from the letters that it was for the amount of {$340.00} originally due to XXXX XXXX, a company whom I also don't recognize. Apparently, according to the letters sent to me, this debt was due XX/XX/XXXX but it doesn't say what for, and until I got a call from collections, I never got a notice from anyone saying I owe them anything, they just let this debt go straight to collections and purposefully effect my consumers report. At first I ignored them because I was just annoyed, but then I saw they hit my credit report and never gave me fair notice, so I looked into how I can learn more about this debt. After searching online I came across several samples of a debt verification letter that I could send to them, and with that I could request a cease and desist for 30 days while I wait for verification. I included all the details I needed to in my letter - dated and sent XX/XX/XXXX. It is now XX/XX/XXXX and the same rep has attempted to call three times now, first on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX, and earlier today at XXXX ) leaving a voicemail stating they are attempting to collect. I have yet to receive any verification and I don't want this effecting my credit anymore, I need something done about this.

Consumer Complaint: I received a debt collection notice from National Credit Systems , Inc. in the mail. The letter is dated XX/XX/2023. I called the representative assigned to my case, XXXX XXXX XXXX. She called me back 2 days later. When she called me, she told me the amounts associated with my collections account. I told her I was a victim of identity theft and that I would like to dispute the charges. She said she would send me the identity theft packet for me to prove that this debt is not mine. This is exactly what I was expecting because I have had to fill out many of these with several debt collectors as a result of this recent identity theft. I then asked her for details regarding the debt owed, specifically which apartments complexes I owe the debt to and the dates for the charges. She would not provide me with the dates associated with the charges. This surprised me because every other debt collector has given me the dates and it is required for a debt collector to provide details regarding the debt owed. She insisted that she did not have to provide the dates. After getting off the phone with her, I realized she also did not email me the right information for submitting a fraud claim. She emailed me a form requesting emergency rental assistance. I am filing this complaint because National Credit Systems needs to provide me with the dates associated with my fraud claim and they need to send me the fraud packet so that I can prove this is identity theft.
