Also be advised that I am keeping very accurate records of all correspondence from you and your company. Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XXXX I contacted National Credit System to inform them that the account they were reporting to XXXX and XXXX were the result of Identify Fraud & the signature on the lease agreement was not mines. I sent them a copy of my Driver 's License and Social Security card with my signature. I ask them to send me a copy of the lease agreement which did and signature is not mine, I then reach out to XXXX and XXXX about the situation and they both have fail to remove the account. Please advise me of how to proceed.

XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, TX XXXX XX/XX/2023 Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Subject : Dispute of Credit Reporting Agency Dear Sir/Madam , I am writing to file a formal dispute regarding the information listed on my credit report. I have made previous attempts to resolve the matter directly with XXXX, but have been unsuccessful in reaching a satisfactory resolution. I want to bring to your attention the following details regarding the dispute : Account Information : Name on Account : XXXX XXXX Account Number : XXXX XXXX Date of Incident : XX/XX/2023 After reviewing my credit profile on XX/XX/2023, I identified a discrepancy with account listed under National Credit Systems and validation was requested as this was and account that I did not recognize. I reviewed my credit report again on XX/XX/2023 and the account continues to reflect on my credit report and I have not received any correspondence from creditor to validate this account as correctly belonging to me, nor has my credit report been updated to reflect hat the account is disputed and therefore a second validation letter was sent out on this day. After reviewing credit report again on XX/XX/2023 there have been no update and account is still reflecting on credit report. I do not believe the account belongs to me nor do I believe the creditor has authorization to access the account nor authorization to attempt to collect on the account and the account continues to negatively affect me. Please strike and remove this account from all 3 credit bureaus until adequate validation has been received proving this account belongs to me and all information is correct. Enclosed with this letter are copies of relevant documents that support my claim. I kindly request that the CFPB investigate this matter and take appropriate action to help resolve this dispute. Consumer Complaint: I have sent 3 Certified Mail to this unscruplous people, requesting for ; 1. proof/ legal right to collect this debt, 2. original contract with my wet signature and 3. Itemized bill. 4. I have no contract with them, they keep sending me the same thing over and over again, which is absolutely not what I requested. 5. I have disputed this debt as well with all credit bureaus, upwards of 3+ times, no resolve! 6. Validate this debt. I have recorded conversations with them which will prove my utterance. it's perfectly legal in Texas to record conversations, this is a one party consent state. I am now reaching out to my Congresswoman, my Senator 's office and DC. I am also starting a petition on XXXX, my hope is to get enough signatures to stop this people. Judging from all this complains, that will be a walk in the park. Enough is enough.. Desired settlement : Delete this apparent joint debt from my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: The National Credit System garnished my paychecks in the amount of {$1800.00} starting on XX/XX/2022. The garnishment stopped on XX/XX/2022. I've contacted the company several times about this issue and they told me it would be removed from my credit once it was paid off and pay an additional {$94.00} court fee plus a processing fee of {$4.00}, which was paid on XX/XX/2022. I've asked for confirmation via email and they told me that I would receive confirmation after 30 days. After that 30 days, I didn't receive any confirmation nor was it removed from my credit report. I've contacted them and explained that the issue is still showing on my report and I need confirmation that it was supposed to be removed. As of now, it still shows that I owe the company the debt amount, but aligned with different account numbers. I have documentation from my previous employer that states that the debt has been paid in full.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022, I sent XXXX XXXX, an employee of XXXX XXXX, a written notification In the form of an email stating that I would not be renewing my lease cited for XX/XX/2022. Per the leasing agreement, if the number of days is not filled in [ sic ], a renter only has to give the complex thirty days ' notice. Based on this criterion and the written, I satisfied that requirement. ( see Appendix A. ). I do not owe the amount, making your collection activities illegal. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 1006.18 ( c ) ( 1 ), debt collection agencies must not use false or deceptive means. A failure to thoroughly read and analyze the rent ledger to attain a debt for pennies on the dime in the hope of making a profit from a distressed victim is unethical and inhumane. I demand the immediate removal of the collection account from my credit report.
