Consumer Complaint: I spoke with National Credit Systems , Inc and setup an a 12 month going payment arrangement for repayment of my debt to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, in the amount of XXXX that began on XX/XX/XXXX, which will be complete in XX/XX/XXXX. In spite of this they continue to send the attached letters which state that any future landlord or credit grantor should not consider this as confirmation of an on going arrangement. This seems to be a violation of my rights as a consumer who in good faith has worked out an agreement with this company, which in my perception threatens to intentionally harm my credit and prevent me from using this arrangement as a positive payment history after an agreement has been made. Also, they do not receive checks from me the only way that the representative told me that I could make payments was with a debit card and they are falsely reporting that I'm submitting checks to them.

I told them that they have commited Aggravated Identity Theft pursuant to 18 U.S.C. 1028A. also this agency is in violation of 15 USC 1692g. They were to notify me of this in writing 5 days prior, I was not. As the original creditor only, I can validate this debt. I do not validate this debt. Therefore, the following accounts must be deleted from my report. Consumer Complaint: The Fair Credit Reporting Act ( 15 U.S. Code 1681 ) says ( 1 ) The banking system is dependent upon fair and accurate credit reporting. Inaccurate credit reports directly impair the efficiency of the banking system, and unfair credit reporting methods undermine the public confidence which is essential to the continued functioning of the banking system. So whenever there is a violation under the FCRA, it impairs the efficiency of the banking system. This is a violation of my privacy with my consumer report, since I control what is listed and what is not. In the event that any accounts are reported without my written consent, that is considered identity theft. This is a violation of both 15 U.S. Code 1681b ( 2 ) and 15 U.S. Code 1681c-2. This leads way to civil liability against the credit reporting agency for negligent and willful noncompliance under 15 U.S. Code 1681n, which allows for {$1000.00} per violation, for account listed without my expressed written consent.

Consumer Complaint: I believe this collection is falsely being reported on my credit report by error or as a result of identity theft. in 2019 I was contacted by a business who suggested I contact the credit bureaus because I may have been a victim of identity theft and fraud. I contacted another credit bureau is where I found the collection. I reached out to the business. I had never heard of this business until seeing the name on the report. I am not liable for this debt with NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS INC. I do not have a contract with the collection agency trying to collect and report this to my credit report. I did not sign any paperwork with the collection agency NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS INC. stating that I would pay them or owe them any money. I requested they provide me with the original contract. They did not provide me with the contract as requested. I want a correction to my credit report, I demand that this account be removed from my credit report. I do not know who National Credit systems is, yet I do know that they are doing bad business practices as far as I can see, National Credit Systems does not verify information they receive for accuracy. They report inaccurate information and put debt in collections accounts that otherwise would not be there. This is wrong and has caused conflict when it comes to verifying my identity because I do not have any debt. I am making this complaint because I have contacted National Credit Systems about this more than once, from the time I first learned about their information on the consumer report file account, yet they have not made any effort to remove the inaccurate information that they are reporting saying I owe them money I never agreed to pay them and do not owe and is not my debt, yet they have made every effort to have it remain on the consumer report so that they can be paid from my account to themselves which is a attempt to use me as a source of their funding, which is wrong. They have been trying to do so by using a way to have this incorrect information continue to be reported, causing me delays, false declines, and a negative narrative that I have debt and owe and not responsible to pay. Which is not true and absolutely unfair that no one is taking that seriously, because I have made several complaints about this from the time I have learned about it, and even I years later I have made complaints about it and it is still there on the report. I am making this complaint to have this removed for a resolution for this error or what is being intentionally done by NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS INC. Thank you for you help with this.

Consumer Complaint: I have been a victim of fraud, Due to XXXX XXXX XXXX making a false claim that a money order of {$220.00} for the rent deposit on an apartment came back insufficient funds. I sent off for the copy of the money order, and the copy showed where the money ordered was stamped and cashed on XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX. My credit report has been affected, due to the balance owed being falsely added to my credit report, even though XXXX XXXX was the primary lease holder for the apartment, and the judge ordered for him to be responsible for the payment of {$1400.00}. I have paid XXXX XXXX XXXX to remove the balance from my credit report, but the balance is still showing on my XXXX report. I disputed the XXXX account and sent in copies of proof and am waiting for a response. I will be contacting an attorney to represent me in this matter.

You are in Direct Violation of The Fair Credit Reporting Act XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has all violated several of my rights. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 602 A.
