Consumer Complaint: I have disputed NATION CREDIT SYSTEMS Collections MULTIPLE times. XXXX, XXXX, XXXX continues to report it even though the collection agency has provided NO proof of verification. The collection was removed in 2020 yet XXXX XXXX XXXX allowed it to be added back with no verification and without notifying me 30 days prior as required thus giving me no time to dispute. The collection agency provided no 30 day letter prior to attempting to adding it giving me no time to dispute. XXXX has drawn this out and it is affecting my credit substantially. The collection company continues to repeat the same information and provides NO proof. I keep attaching these conversations from email showing this and NOTHING is done In Fact, and truth, Bureaus violated my rights even more so in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting. Everything has to be 100 % accurate on my credit report. The Credit bureaus state my account was properly investigation but how is that possible if when I contacted the Debt collector agency, they could not provide me with Privacy disclosure : their ability to retrieve my private information and how it was transferred from original creditor. No documentation including or showing interest charges, payments, credit fees associated with the acclaimed amount owed was provided by credit collection agency. No full account number was provided by the collection agency to and Credit Bureaus because that information is redacted if full privacy disclosure is BREACHED. ) This grounds for removal. They also violated the law because according to : 15 USC 1681 Section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 USC 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions. 15 USC 1692. ( c ) ( a ). A debt collector may not communicate with a consumer in connection with the collection of any debt. 15 USC 1692. ( B ) ( 2 ). Any debt collector communicating with any person other than the consumer for the purpose of acquiring location information about the consumer shall not state that such consumer owes any debt. 15 USC 1692. ( B ) ( 5 ). Not use any language or symbol on any envelope or in the contents of any communication effected by the mails or telegram that indicates that the debt collector is in the debt collection business or that the communication relates to the collection of a debt. of 15 USC 1692. ( D ) ( 2 ). The use of obscene or profane language or language the natural consequence of which is to abuse the hearer or reader. I did not give anyone written instructions.
