Consumer Complaint: During Covid I was harassed monthly by XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX leasing office agent although they received their rental payments on time. Monthly, I was threatened by them that myself and my XXXX children ( XXXX of which were XXXX ) would be kicked out on the streets After receiving a fake eviction notice on red construction paper I was basically forced to leave the unit without anywhere for my family to live due to the constant harassment, emotional distress and feelings of uncertainty and safety. We were homeless living out of my car for 4 months. The makeshift eviction notice contained a signature of someone who was no longer an employee at the property and Im sure she has no idea her signature was used. The property also received 2 months rent on my behalf after my move out although I was no longer occupying the unit. While residing in the unit maintenance never came to fix anything that I put a work order in for they just marked it as completed in the portal. My garage door didnt work for XXXX months even though I put in several work orders to get it fixed. XXXX months after moving out I was contacted by a collection agency regarding a balance of {$590.00} that I had no knowledge of and was unaware even existed. I requested information regarding the balance from the collection agency and the property and never received either although I was informed that I would. I never received anything from the company stating that I owned anything. I wanted to know exactly what I was being charged for seeing as though I left the unit in excellent condition other than the normal wear and tear of living there for almost 8 years. I never received the information requested and 2 months later the balance appeared on my credit report. Charging people unknowingly, for unknown reasons and attempting to ruin their credit is illegal and extremely unprofessional. It was a complete nightmare living there after 2019! I would like for their billing department to credit the charges and remove it from my credit immediately!

Consumer Complaint: This debt collector engaged in abusive, deceptive and unfair practices of the FDCPA which prohibits. They furnish this account that we didnt agree upon and I didn't sign an agreement on. A legal contract is signed by two parties and I did not participate in any of it, more so they didnt follow the proper 5 step validation procedure which makes this unfair practices. According to FDCPA Im entitled to {$1000.00} per violation and clearly they violated my rights. I am not liable for this debt and do not have a contract with them. They have not provided me with any of the documents I continuously ask for.

Consumer Complaint: Fact of the case : I am the tenant and there was lease agreement between me and XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) which says that i have to stay in rent for 1years. I stay and live in XXXX XXXX XXXX with monthly rent of {$900.00}. Every month i was paying the rent. This way the lease was for 12 months commencing on XX/XX/XXXX and ending on XX/XX/XXXX. But also there was provision on lease to terminate or buyout early. For that there was 3 requirements to meet. They were as follows : 1. ) Tenant shall provide Landlord 60 days advance written notice 2. ) Tenant shall pay all monies due under this lease through date of termination and 3. ) Tenant shall pay additional amount equal to {$1500.00} as liquidated damages If any tenant complete these 3 requirements he/she can terminate lease. Issue of case : Excessive amount or charge was asked from tenant to be paid in the name of XXXX XXXX XXXX in the name of Lease Buyout. Total amount debt in my name is {$3400.00} which is unreasonable and very excessive. I will prove this with all evidences. Please also do check attachment because all supporting proof for my statement you can find in attachment. Me ( Tenant ) stayed in that apartment from XXXX to XXXX for 7 months. I cleared all my 7 months rent fee month to month. I even gave 60 days advance written notice to Manager of XXXX XXXX about my intent to vacate room on XXXX XXXX and i also clearly said manager that i am going to buyout lease early because i had to move to another state. In Lieu of acceleration fee = {$2200.00} My security deposit they took was {$290.00} Total Charge in my name was {$3400.00} Bill amount for what I had strong objection : 1. Carpet replacement fee : {$1300.00} ( Are you kidding??? All carpets of inside rooms are neat and clean as you gave to me. I could accept carpet may be dirty in some place in living room. But I workout my best cleaning it by vacuum. So for what you are charging me for {$1300.00}. Is it reasonable and market value price charge for replacing carpet?? You dont had to replace whole carpet. It just may in worse case in living room?? And most noteable thing is you cant rampantly charge whatever you want just for replacing carpet?? You can charge up to amount not exceeding renters deposit! Thats the notion and law of lease agreement. 2. In Lieu of Acceleration Fee : {$2200.00}?? This charge in my name is another mockery against me?? For what is this charge for as I had proof attached with this email that I pre-informed and gave written notice to the manager of XXXX XXXX before 2 months stating my intent to vacate room with reason. As long as I gave you enough time space that you can put your apartments in let-to, how could you again can charge me {$2200.00} in name of acceleration fee? I am ready to give {$1500.00} as liquidated damage because i terminated lease before 12 months. It may be reasonable if they had asked me to pay {$1500.00} in lieu of Acceleration fee instead of {$2200.00}. Now what can I pay you is I am ok to pay you only those headings bill. They are : - 1. Sewer/water charge and 2. Drip Pans charge 3. In Lieu of Acceleration Fee up to {$1500.00} Carpet replacement charge can be fulfilled from my deposit money. I had no problem for that. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023 I called and left a message for XXXX XXXX to give me a call back on my number. At XXXX XXXX I received a call back on work number. When I asked why he called that number he said that he just hit redial. During the entire conversation he would not allow me to speak. I felt like I was constantly trying to tell him what was going on and he refused to even give me the opportunity to speak. There is already a case open for my other complaint. XXXX. If XXXX XXXX would have actually read what was sent he may be able to understand what I am trying to say. I did ask to speak with a supervisor but was transferred to a voicemail. The fact is that we do not owe the money that they are trying to collect. We have told them this numerous times. We only owe about {$10.00} which I am more than happy to pay. Also they sent me someone else 's debt.
