Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX I sent a letter to National Credit Systems requesting they provide me with the methods they used to validate the {$1800.00} debt they are reporting on my credit file with all 3 credit reporting agencies. They in turn sent me a copy of my original signed lease agreement with XXXX XXXX but no breakdown of the {$1800.00} being reported on my credit file because I know that amount is inaccurate and by law they have to provide valid evidence of the amount being accurate. They did not. On XX/XX/XXXXI pulled up my official credit reports from all 3 credit reporting agencies and noticed this company National Credit Systems is reporting this invalidated debt with 3 different " Open Dates '' on all 3 reports. This is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. I have asked all 3 credit reporting agencies to properly investigate this matter and they clearly have dropped the ball because if National Credit Systems properly provided the credit they too would have noticed all the dates are not matching because they do n't have any proof this debt is actually mine. Consumer Complaint: I contacted the company, National Credit Systems, multiple times regarding the two accounts that were placed on my credit report after they sent letters stating that i owed the debt. Two times I sent out validation letters for them to show me that the debt is owed to me and the did not respond either time. These dates were XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. I also contacted all three credit bureaus on numerous occasions - XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX - and stated that the debt was not mine and that they did not respond to my letters. Each bureau said that the debt was validated through their company but did not provide any information as far as the validation that National Credit Systems provided. This debt is inaccurate and should not be reported on my credit.

I have gone down to the actual apartment complex that this debt was originally owed to and have shown documentation supporting my claim. I want this off my credit report as this debt was in the result of neglect on the apartments part NOT MINE. I have tried contacting National Credit Systems multiple times with no luck. This is becoming a huge burden when its not my fault.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX keeps verifying and verifying and verifying on a derogatory remark that I DO NOT OWE.. XXXX and XXXX already removed it but it keeps coming back verified with no signature or legal documents on XXXX. Ive sent them 3 letters asking them for verification purposes biding my signature XXXX, XXXX and XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. All they say is verified without any legal documents or no proof. Its gotten to the point where its affecting my daily life because an apartment complex is reporting is me to a credit bureau on a lease Ive never signed. Also my very last letter I sent on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX they never contacted me back in writing. Theres also 1 more item on my report thats theyre giving me problems with thats unverifiable. The amount of both deragtory marks are {$2700.00} - for the apartment lease I never signed and {$150.00} that I have no clue about.

Now I see another Collection agency is reporting the same debt to my credit report National Credit Systems, however this is already paid and I know this is completely unfair.

They took my entire security deposit. Their workers who many did n't speak English kept entering my unit without notice so I moved out. I let management know but the workers kept doing it. I do not owe this. I 've never been given written notice of the debt. I asked for it just about 2 months ago, again, and habe still received nothing.
