Consumer Complaint: on XXXX XXXX I rented an apartment from XXXX XXXX in XXXX Ga. I initially paid six months upfront and every month I was never late. I stayed there from XXXX XXXX to XXXX XXXX. In months prior to me moving out I have made and requested several request for them to get an exterminator to come because my apartment was having pest problems due to surrounding neighbors such as ; bed bugs and roaches and no given point did they ever send anyone to help me in which I had to pay out of pocket at which I was paying an added amount with my rent for extermination. I called again requesting that they send someone due to the continuous leaking problem that was coming from the upstairs unit. they fixed the leakage but never the water damage that occurred to the carpet, doors and walls. at this point my living condition was in humane in which I decided to move out. a letter was sent to my door in XXXX advising that my lease was up for renewal in XXXX, I wrote a letter and gave I to them advising that I will not be renewing my lease and I will be leaving out on XXXX the XXXX in which I did. after a month they sent me a letter that I owed them nearly {$3000.00} in which is not correct. I paid them their money for XXXX and I do not owe them anything.

Consumer Complaint: This is my 2nd complaint FILED AGAINST NATIONAL CREDIT SYSYTEMS. COLLECTION ACCT # XXXX. NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS IN C.F.P.B., COMPLAINT # XXXX RESPONDED TO C.F.P.B. THAT THEY WILL STOP THE FULL COLLECTION EFFORTS ON THIS ACCOUNT, HOWEVER THEY DID NOT STATE THAT THE COLLECTION THEY REPORTED TO ALL 3 MAJOR CREDIT WOULD BE DELETED! WHEN I CALLED THEM TO ASK IF SUCH ACTION WAS TAKEN TO DELETE THE COLLECTION FROM ALL CREDIT BUREAUS, THEY HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME, WHICH HAS NOW PROMPTED THIS 2ND COMPLAINT. NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS HAS DAMAGED MY CREDIT RATING BY MALICIOUSLY NOT DELETING THIS COLLECTION, THAT NOW THANKS TO THE C.F.P.B. THEY REPLIED IN THE PREVIOUS COMPLAINT. I NEED NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS TO SEND YOU IN WRITTING THAT THIS COLLECTION WILL BE NOT ONLY BE CEASED IN COLLECTING BUT WILL ALSO BE DELETED FROM ALL CREDIT BUREAUS.

Consumer Complaint: In XXXX I co signed for an apartment with a friend. At the time I lived in North Carolina & he lived in Florida at the XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, Florida. In XXXX of XX/XX/XXXXafter his graduation, he moved out the apartment. I was not contacted of any debt owed. Months went by and I was never contacted via email, mail, or phone. On XX/XX/XXXX, the apartment contacted me & told me if I did not pay them almost {$1700.00} that day, they would send it to collections. I told them I just had a new born baby and was out on unpaid leave & would be unable to pay. I also stated the fact that I was never contacted and asked why did they wait 10 months to contact me concerning the money owed. I received no response to my question and was told they would be sending me to collections & hung up. Within a month I received calls multiple times a day from a number I did not recognize. One day I decided to answer the call. A gentleman from National Credit Systems call about this debt. I explained the situation to him. He told me I had until XX/XX/XXXX to make some type of arrangement in order to not place the debt on my credit. He said if I made a payment arrangement, they would not report the debt. Even after this conversation, the company still continued to call numerous times a day. On XX/XX/XXXX my financial advisor called on my behalf. After speaking on a recorded line, the representative said that the debt would not report to my credit due to new law changes. As of XX/XX/XXXX National Credit Systems has placed this collection amongst all 3 credit bureaus. Upon further investigation, the State of North Carolina requires collection agencies to be licensed and/or registered with the Secretary of State. National Credit Systems is currently under a REVOKED status.

Consumer Complaint: Dear sir or madam, I have reached out to XXXX so many times i cant count, I need you as a company to thoroughly investigate these companies that are saying a debt is validated, Please note that this means i need a legal contract with my signature and also a lease and drivers license for an apartment that they are saying i leased when i have lived in XXXX XXXX for the past 6 years never XXXX Arizona, Please provide me with a lease, drivers license and signature on lease for these creditors as ( national credit systems ) {$13000.00} at XXXX XXXX who said that unit has been leased well over 5 years ago and also states they have no lease of me living there, which i know national credit systems does n't have proof of this debt as they asked me for documentation as i have included proof and ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) the company that sold the debt is not in business and i 'm sure you do n't have documents saying this is my debt like a lease nor a signature or drivers license, yet you are stating i owe your company $ {$40000.00}, now i have done my research and Im a resident of the state of Louisiana and would like you to know the prescription law here is the following applies to me 2011 Louisiana Laws Civil Code CC 3494 Actions subject to a three-year prescription Universal Citation : LA Civ Code 3494 SECTION 2. THREE YEAR PRESCRIPTION Art. 3494. Actions subject to a three-year prescription The following actions are subject to a liberative prescription of three years : ( 1 ) An action for the recovery of compensation for services rendered, including payment of salaries, wages, commissions, tuition fees, professional fees, fees and emoluments of public officials, freight, passage, money, lodging, and board ; ( 2 ) An action for arrearages of rent and annuities ; ( 3 ) An action on money lent ; ( 4 ) An action on an open account ; and ( 5 ) An action to recover underpayments or overpayments of royalties from the production of minerals, provided that nothing herein applies to any payments, rent, or royalties derived from state-owned properties. Acts 1986, No. 1031, 1. civil code sec. 2 art. 3494 Louisiana Also I would like to state you keep deleting accounts and then the creditors add them back to my credit and re age debts that are in fact 3 + years older and also none of the creditors are registered in the state of Louisiana. I have provided proof were accounts have been deleted and creditors are illegally adding accounts back as new accounts. I have also provided proof that you are reporting accounts open that have been charged off and in my state prescription which is only allowed there Years ... do whats right and delete these accounts as you are reporting false documents!!! The following accounts listed on my credit as follows XXXX XXXX XXXX- over 3 years old reporting as open even though its charged off. Not a business in Louisiana and also been over 3 years. I fully researched my rights and found that the fair credit reporting act does not allow you to victimize innocent credit worthy people by reporting erroneous false information, under the FCRA, the following applies to me : FCRA 623 ( a ) ( 7 ) negative information ( A ) Notice to consumer Required ( I ) In general. If any financial institution that extends credit and regularly and in the ordinary course of business furnishes information to a consumer reporting agency described in section 603 ( p ) furnishes negative information to such an agency reporting credit extended to a customer, the financial institution shall provide a notice of such furnishing of negative information, in writing, to the customer. ( II ) Notice effective for subsequent submissions. After proving such notice, the Financial institution may submit additional negative information to a consumer reporting agency described in section 603 ( p ) with respect to the same transaction, extension of credit, account, or customer without providing additional notice to the customer. ( B ) Time of notice ( I ) In general, the notice required under subparagraph ( A ) shall be provided to the customer prior to, or no later than 30 days after, furnishing the negative information to a consumer reporting agency described in section 603 ( p ). ( II ) Coordination with new account disclosures. If the notice is provided to the customer prior to furnishing the negative information to a consumer reporting agency, the notice may not be included in the initial disclosures provided under section 127 ( a ) of the truth in lending act. As I stated before, this is my final Request for you to do as you are governed by FCRA. If this final request does not prompt you to conduct a proper investigation of the accounts in question, I will be forced to file suit against your company in the county in which I live. That way, you can travel here in order to defend yourselves. I demand that you correct my account to show to paid as agreed-never late and remove the inaccurate data, or I will seek legal action and remedy, as I found out my right if you are victimize me by reporting false information about me to/on the credit bureau

Consumer Complaint: Hello, I have attempted now 5 times to get these creditors ( national credit systems ) to provided me with evidence that i have lived in XXXX Arizona. Provide me with a lease and my drivers license. I have Filed a complaint with CFPB and there response instead of validating was asking me to submit documentation to them?!! The funny thing is if you have debt for me for an apartment you should have the following documentation Lease, Drivers license, and signature on lease, you have a debt that you are reporting as {$13000.00}. The apartment I 'm sure has probably been leased again which the amount owed is also incorrect. I have not said this is my debt but i have even sent a letter offering to pay a little for your company to delete, which you never responding to that! I will like for you to find documents if not delete from my credit file as this is defamation of my character!!!! I live in XXXX XXXX, La and have for now 6 years!! The law here and remedy here is you can not collect debt after 3 years here, also provide me with your company license to collect debt in the state of Louisiana. I here by demand you provide me with proof of this debt not a letter telling me its my debt. thanks XXXX

Consumer Complaint: I received a letter from National Credit Systems Inc stating that I owe {$2200.00} as un paid balance from XXXX XXXX XXXX. The letter states that since I have failed to make suitable payment arrangements that they are going to be filing the debt with all 3 credit agencies. I was never given my chance to dispute the validity of the debt. Which I firmly dispute. XXXX XXXX is currently in possession of 2 months rent in check form that was given to them prior to my eviction. They evicted me because they state the are unable to accept checks. These checks have never been returned to me and are still out standing. I dispute the amount, the times, that fact that I was not given a chance to respond and that this debt is reportable.

And a video of our neighbor playing drums, these things happened multiple times.

Consumer Complaint: I ask this creditor to provide me with documentation that i agreed and sign a financial obligation to pay them the amount they are reporting. I ask them to show me detailed notations of how the balance they are reporting was configured, including notifications, dates, invoices, receipts of damages paid. I sent 3 certified letters to this company, the first one was sent off on XXXX XXXX, 2017. The collection agency is not the original creditor, i 've reached out to the original credit as well but no no response. I 've asked for validation not verification, and a timely response, under the guidelines of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 USC 1692g Sec. 809 { b }.
