Issue: Written notification about debt
Subissue: Didn't receive enough information to verify debt
Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I sent a letter to National Credit System ( Account # : XXXX ), disputing the debt as they have been reporting this item on my credit, however this account was unauthorized and is a result of identity theft. They received the letter on XX/XX/XXXX. I concluded their receipt via USPS certified mail ( Tracking # : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ). It is now XX/XX/XXXX, 53 days since they have received the dispute letter and I have yet to receive a response from this company. This is an unfair practice as they have ignored my direct communication with them. They are reporting an item that I did n't authorize on my credit and this is preventing me from moving forward with credit purchases. Because of the nature of this item, I requested some type of proof of the original business transaction that binds me to this debt. This is well within my rights according to the Fair Credit Reporting Act. I have n't received anything, and the item is still reporting to me credit. Please hold this company accountable immediately.

Consumer Complaint: National Credit Systems is attempting to collect an illegitimate debt on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX, specifically their property in XXXX, FL for which I was notified by the leasing office that I never signed the final and complete copy of the lease for on XXXX XXXX, XXXX. I never moved into or received keys to this property and National Credit Systems is attempting to collect the amount owed for an entire lease term, despite the fact that the proper paperwork was, according to the property, never completed and turned in. Going off of what was sent to me in the voicemail on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, ( which I have proof of ), I assumed that no action needed to be taken. I am not responsible for this debt in any way.

I asked NCS to show me how they calculated what they assume I owe. The company replied with a lease agreement but no transaction history.By law If you saying I owe a Debt I am legally able to see how it was calculated & NCS & in compliance. Secondly, there are inaccuracies on all 3 Bureaus. Ill explain. On XXXX its reported it was opened on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, & XXXX XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. NCS is Violating FCRA 609, 611, & 623. Consumer Complaint: A debt in the amount of XXXX from National Credit Systems is being reported on my credit report. I have requested validation of the debt. The company replied by sending a contract beginning XX/XX/XXXX and expiringXX/XX/XXXX and an account statement stating that my lease expired XX/XX/XXXX. The statement also says that the move out date was XX/XX/XXXX which is incorrect. National Credit System failed to send a lease renewal, a current contract saying that i occupied the complex during the time the charges were put on the account, and transaction history. I have let them know that they are reporting inaccurate information and that there was no contract with the company. I received an automatic message stating that the information is accurate and that it will stay on my report. As you can see the dates do not match up and there was never a renewal of the lease. The complex also received a 30 day written notice. Without the lease RENEWAL, the debt can not be validated.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX improperly represented themselves as working on behalf of apartment complexes who charged off the debt I owed. Two representatives stated that the apartment complexes would not accept less than 70 % of the debt. One manager stated that " the client '' not accept less than 80 % on a debt, and constantly referred to the client being the entity setting the terms on this charged off debt. When I spoke to a third manager today, XXXX, I told him that I contacted the apartment complexes who confirmed they charged off the debts and that none of the money I paid would be sent to them. XXXX stated " That is correct. The apartment complexes wo n't get the money, their management companies will. '' This is also inaccurate as I contacted the management companies for both of these complexes and they also confirmed that none of the money I would pay would go to them. I recorded our conversation where he states that money would go to the management companies of these apartment complexes, and have attached them. XXXX then replayed my conversation where I spoke with the previous day, which I also recorded but was not able to add as the file is too big. I can provide a copy upon request.

Consumer Complaint: I noticed that you are reporting inaccurate data - such as : REPORTING AN ACCOUNT AS A COLLECTION ACCOUNT MULTIPLE MONTHS IN A ROW WHEN AN ACCOUNT CAN ONLY GO INTO COLLECTIONS ONE TIME. NOT 4 TO 24 MONTHS IN A ROW LIKE YOU ARE REPORTING IT!!! AND NOT AS A BRAND NEW COLLECTION EACH MONTH ... YOU HAVE REPORTED THESE ACCOUNT INACCURATELY LONG ENOUGH.. .REAGING OF AN ACCOUNT IS A MISREPRESENTAION OF MY CREDIT HISTOR-Y ... XXXX so DELETE THESE ACCOUNTS NOW!!!! PLEASE!!!!! I have fully researched my rights and found that the Fair Credit Reporting Act does not allow you to victimize innocent credit worthy people by reporting erroneous false information. Under the FCRA, the following applies to me 2011 Louisiana Laws Civil Code CC 3494 Actions subject to a three-year prescription Universal Citation : LA Civ Code 3494 SECTION 2. THREE YEAR PRESCRIPTION Art. 3494. Actions subject to a three-year prescription The following actions are subject to a liberative prescription of three years : ( 1 ) An action for the recovery of compensation for services rendered, including payment of salaries, wages, commissions, tuition fees, professional fees, fees and emoluments of public officials, freight, passage, money, lodging, and board ; ( 2 ) An action for arrearages of rent and annuities ; ( 3 ) An action on money lent ; ( 4 ) An action on an open account ; and ( 5 ) An action to recover underpayments or overpayments of royalties from the production of minerals, provided that nothing herein applies to any payments, rent, or royalties derived from state-owned properties. Acts 1986, No. 1031, 1. civil code sec. 2 art. 3494 Louisiana Also I would like to state you keep deleting accounts and then the creditors add them back to my credit and re age debts that are in fact 3 + years older and also none of the creditors are registered in the state of Louisiana. I have provided proof were accounts have been deleted and creditors are illegally adding accounts back as new accounts. I have also provided proof that you are reporting accounts open that have been charged off and in my state prescription which is only allowed there Years ... do whats right and delete these accounts as you are reporting false documents!!! The following accounts listed on my transunion as follows National credit systems- I havent lived in XXXX Arizona , they cant provide proof of a lease or a drivers license with my signature. Over 3 years old per my state that I have lived in for 5 years ( Louisiana ) I have contacted this creditor no response I disputed with credit bureaus 3 separate Times to validate these debts which they found and deleted and some home this account is on my credit again for the 4th time with a different age date. No contract
