Consumer Complaint: For Several months I have repeatedly reached out to National Credit Systems , Inc. in regards to them reporting false, inaccurate, and misleading information on my credit report. With proof of identity theft I have responded with completion of there fraud package, my police report, sign affidavit of my identity and copies of my identification and social security number. This company has repeatedly failed to adhere to the law and has in fact violated the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act. First attempt was made XX/XX/XXXX and I informed the associate that I was a victim of identity theft. He notified me that he would send out a fraud package. I later returned that package within a few days. I followed up with a call and the company verified that they received it. For several months I continued to send correspondence via. mail. Attempt 2 : XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX : A phone call was placed to National Credit Systems at ( XXXX ) XXXX XXXX. After first being forwarded to a collection agent I was HUNG UP ON! At XXXX XXXX a second phone call was placed and a lady by the name of XXXX forwarded me to a XXXX XXXX who stated that he was a supervisor of the department and that he in fact had no manger above him that i can speak with in regards to the case. A return phone number was provided and Mr. XXXX stated that it would be forwarded. At this time of XX/XX/XXXX no return phone call has still never been made and they continue to break the law. All calls have been recorded. Last Attempt was made today XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX Eastern time to their office and after being hung up on twice after simply saying that I was a customer calling about a debt I then, called for a third time an spoke with XXXX again, who this time forwarded me to XXXX XXXX who then verified again that they did indeed receive all of my correspondents and that I can not talk to anyone in the department to properly get the matter resolved and it could take months longer! It has been over a year that this company continues to report false information on my credit report and has cost me employment wages and opportunities along with emotional stress. The amount of the inaccurate debt is {$5300.00} and I do not owe this debt or have ever done business with the company that they are referring to.

Consumer Complaint: I received a letter on XX/XX/XXXX from National Credit Systems. Its was dated XX/XX/XXXX. The letter stated that they regret to inform me that I had failed to make suitable payment arrangements regarding the debt, which name of creditor was listed on document. And account Is being reported to our credit bureaus. I called the company on XX/XX/XXXX. I gave them verbal notice that I disputed the validity of this debt. I requested Verification of debt and an itemized billing statement for this account. XX/XX/XXXX I received an email from national credit services. With an attached statement showing total amount and description as move out ready. Was not a detailed description of these charges. I contacted the company on XX/XX/XXXX thats a message asking for an Itemized statement and description of all charges. To date I have not received any Verification of this debt. They reported me to all three credit bureaus on XX/XX/XXXX showing this debt was unpaid. XX/XX/XXXX I contacted national credit systems again and spoke to a supervisor. She states that they can report it to the credit bureaus but the description must say disputed. As of XX/XX/XXXX, My reports do not show this debt as disputed. I submitted a dispute to each Bureau independently. I informed the supervisor of this. She tell me goodbye and have a nice day. And hung up the phone. I had verbally informed the company of the dispute and I have submitted a letter via mail to this company informing them of this dispute but I did not receive an initial dispute letter from them.

Consumer Complaint: Apartment complex I previously lived at imposed a debt long after I had left. They stated there were damages to the property. There is no proof in receipts of work done or actual damages. I am requesting to have this collection removed and dismissed. This is a tactic by apartment rentals to nickel and dime. I left the apartment in excellent condition.

My first time hearing this was when I applied for an apartment. I left that residence in 2013 in excellent standing. I am in the process of losing my housing due to this fasle acquisition. I will no longer have affordable housing as a senior citizens if this is not corrected immediately time is of a essence I have 14 business days left to correct these false allegations and I also care for my XXXX XXXX child. When I contacted this company they stated they did not exist anymore and did not have any records stating that I owed them any monies or sums.

I have never lived on whatever property they are claiming. And, they continue to provide some type of agreement created online. They will not even forward an application to show if I even applied to live wherever this place is. They even have a page with a generic email of my name as an email which is not my email and never has been. They are now saying I owe {$4100.00} for some move out service or something. This is not my debt, I did not live here nor applied to do so.

Consumer Complaint: I was renting this apartment and was paying on time.then i made a rent payment in the dropbox me and my roommate and somebody else were dropping their payment off.i was notified about 3 days later that they did not recieved my rent payment.i show them the money order reciept.where i made payment.so somebody that worked in the rented offices had to take the rental payment.which was XXXX total.i showed them in the rental office my proof.well they stated that they will extended my rental period to come back up with the money.i stated thats not fair.somebody in your rental department is taken people rental payment.and it happen several time before it happen to me.so i made a stop payment on the money order but it was to late.the money order was forge in XXXX virginia.so i made an police report and everything.but the whole sitution was still brushoff by the rental office.so i tryed to figth it in court.but they lied in court.filed false docment.and then charge me.all kind of late fees.i am disputeing this debt.because i didnt owe this company money.how are you going to make pay.again and my money was stolen out your rental office thats nelegect.on the rental company but punish me for their mistake.then charge me court cost.and attorney fees.this apartment complex should still be investigated.they have been many tentant the same way and now they put this on my credit report.that unacceptable.and its not affair when consumer try to figth these big corporate they use all kind of scams to beat the little man.and credit companys just take these theives words and place these things on people credit and damage they lifes it not fair.i want this remove.or a 100 word statement under this report with the apartment complex name add in it.for consumer to know not to deal with them or consumer that have experiences the same thing that i have.thanks

Consumer Complaint: I filed for Chapter XXXX bankruptcy PRO SE back in XX/XX/XXXX and listed my apartment complex as a creditor with an unexpired lease on my schedules. Throughout the bk proceedings, I still lived there and paid my rent. My bk was discharged in XXXX and closed in XX/XX/XXXX. My lease ended XX/XX/XXXX and they are trying to collect about {$800.00} in move out fees for worn carpet through a collection agency. They sent it to collections the day AFTER my lease ended without contacting me. My question is, since they were listed on my schedules when I filed, can they collect any amount from me even though my lease ended after my bk was discharged? I had a similar situation with my vehicle lease where when I filed, my lease was still active and didnt officially terminate until AFTER my bk closed. Even though I knew I would have owed the finance company money for going over my lease miles ( est. around {$4000.00} over ), they wrote it off as included in bk and never attempted to collect. If it turns out the apartment complex cant collect, do I need to hire an attorney just to tell them they cant collect from me? I think theyre doing this just because I didnt have an atty.
