Consumer Complaint: I contacted National Credit Systems after a rude woman by the name of Ms.XXXX called me. I sent back the form I had to fill out concerning the fraudulently debt so National Credit Systems could do their investigation regarding the debt. Also, I took it one step farther and contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX and spoke with XXXX the assistant manager. She informed me that once I dispute XXXX XXXX should receive the dispute and she would have them {$0.00} the charge out for identity thief because they have no paper application, drivers license and none of my personal contact information. National Credit Systems has failed to contact XXXX XXXX XXXX. When you dispute a collection charge the collection agency has to follow up with the original creditor and National Credit Systems has fail to due so. Please investigate National Credit Systems and have them send the CFPB proof that National Credit Systems has disputed tis with XXXX XXXX XXXX. Ms. XXXX who works at National Credit Systems is very rude and unprofessional. Again if I have to pay this debt I will take National Credit Systems and XXXX XXXX XXXX to court.

Consumer Complaint: The false debt is from a rental property that we rented in XXXX and early XXXX. The original debtor, XXXX XXXX XXXX is attempting to collect monies that are not due, such as " owners commissions '' on the property. These amounts were never part of the original lease agreement and do not represent normal business practices for rental properties. We disputed this debt back in XXXX of XXXX and then did not hear from them until XXXX of XXXX, where they told us we had 30 days to respond. We again disputed the debt with them and asked for documentation and disclosure documents to prove this debt. On XX/XX/XXXX, we received our first letter from National Credit System , Inc. about this debt. We responded immediately with a written letter disputing the debt and asking for documentation. They responded with the lease agreement with no mention the debts they mention and then made-up documents with numbers that are listed and no signatures. We have now sent them three letters and have yet to receive any real documentation to uphold this debt. They have refused our request for disclosure documents and have sent documents with numbers lined out to reduce the debt owed in an effort to get us to pay a reduced amount. National Credit Systems has placed a debt on our credit report which is false report.

Consumer Complaint: National Credit Systems has NOT provided me a copy of ANY original documentation required under Section 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) & Section 611 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) ( a consumer contract with my signature on it ) and under Section 611 ( 5 ) ( A ) of the FCRA they are required to promptly DELETE all information which can not be verified. The law is very clear as to the Civil liability and the remedy available to me for negligent noncompliance ( Section 617 ) I am a litigious consumer and fully intend on pursuing litigation in this matter to enforce my rights under the FCRA. I was sent an itemized breakdown of charges owed to an apartment complex, but no consumer contract with my signature on it. THOSE CHARGES HAVE BEEN PAID TO THE COMPLEX! And furthermore, were there any charges remaining after the fact, I owe NOTHING to National Credit Systems. My lease contract contained an Arbitration Clause, that the complex is in breach of by sending this account to collections.
