Consumer Complaint: I sent a initial dispute letter to National Credit Systems on XX/XX/2018 ; follow-up letters on XX/XX/2018 and XX/XX/2018 asking the company to validate and verify the debt. Tell this day I did not receive proper validation of debt of ownership of dept from National Credit System. The company sent me a part of a rental lease an a bill. This isn't proper validation under FDCPA. Not only did I request for validation of debt, proof of ownership and many other requirement by law, I also provided them proof of inaccurate reporting errors on my credit reports. Also, I sent disputes to the all three credit bureaus ( XXXX, XXXX and XXXX on ( XX/XX/2018, XX/XX/2018, XX/XX/2018, XX/XX/2018 and XX/XX/2018 ). Again, asking for proper validation and investigation of inaccurate reporting data. Unfortunately, I only received letters from the credit bureaus stating the account was " verified as accurate ''. Please help!

Consumer Complaint: In XXXX. I became a victim of identity theft. I am now XXXX years old, XXXX XXXX college and to my knowledge, never have I ever had in apartment in my name. This has caused me a grave inconvenience because its hindering me from getting out on my own. This company is saying I owe them over {$6000.00} which I find ludicrous. I contacted them after I got denied from applying for an apartment. Again. I have never lived on my own. I reached out XX/XX/XXXX to let them know that I have been a victim of fraud. They were very rude and didnt want to hear it. This whole ordeal has caused me XXXX, Ive been crying tears sea deep because I cant get approved anywhere and its not even my fault. Me being a XXXX XXXX I should be celebrating but my joy has been stolen from me.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX initiated an eviction process against me for 30 days or less late in my rent. XXXX XXXX District Court, XXXX XXXX County, VA granted a judgment for {$910.00} ( the deposit I paid them was not deducted ). Within 30 or 60 days, I received a letter from a collection agency, National Credit System , Inc. Demanding {$3200.00}. I disputed the amount. I tried to find a lawyer unsuccessfully. On XX/XX/XXXX, I settled the debt for {$1500.00}, perhaps more. They send a letter indicating that I had no further obligations. I'm in the process of applying for a home improvement loan, which is denied because the judgment still shows on my credit. I called National Credit System. They indicated is their prerogative not to remove the judgment because I still have a balance. For the judgment to be removed, I have to pay in full. I'm requesting an investigation. One, can a judgment be increased? ; Two, can they refused to remove a judgment after indicating I have no further obligation?

Consumer Complaint: Please see my attached in depth explanation of my complaint against XXXX XXXX XXXX fraudulently collecting debt I don't owe, falsely representing the XXXX ( where I briefly lived ) as the creditor when they emailed me asking me for a copy of this letter because I have only ever had a {$0.00} balance and 2 years later still do, and then NCS breaching all of my rights and immediately reporting delinquent for the past 2 months 1 day after a one page letter with an unexplained balance, calling from a spoofed # with my area code when they are in GA, threatening me, then 2 letters on the same date with different logos and letterhead one stating aware of dispute and a fake invoice, the second letter from XXXX XXXX ( spoofing threatener ) stating I will be sued. The XXXX has not reached out to them to stop this and that is affecting my credit and ability to get housing - and enabling a crime in their name knowingly ... so I don't understand why they would ignore this when for 2 years I have no balance and they said they would take it of it so I don't sue them ( THEY SAID THAT ), but then haven't returned my call to take the necessary steps and make NCS stop dead in their tracks and remove everything from my credit reports- all 3 ASAP.
