Consumer Complaint: I have no knowledge or ownership of this account. Please provide original proof of debt and ownership ex : Bills, Contracts. my stated I.D, Signature. any related documents showing I'm liable for creditor debt and collection obligations in question. Please make sure your company is in compliance with Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and also Fair Credit Reporting Act and The Equal Opportunity Act and The Fair Credit Billing Act and The Truth in Lending Act. Please make sure Credit Laws for State of North Carolina and federal Laws are being followed. I will also file a complaint to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, FBI, and Federal Trade Commission and creditor and collection agency. If information is not provided in a reasonable time I will file pain and suffering suit in Federal Court for violation 's ~815 ~808 ~809 of Federal Credit Law. National Credit Systems is reporting inaccurate information on my credit report. The account in question is not my account. I have contacted NCS to get this matter resolved just to be cursed at, hung up on, yelled at, not giving me any information and very unprofessional. I filed a XXXX complaint and in there response NCS lied and stated that they were reporting a different name on my credit report. This company has taken advantage of me and I need someone to investigate this situation As you will see in the documents attached NCS has lied to the XXXX in reporting XXXX XXXX XXXX on my credit report and as You can see NCS is actually reporting XXXX XXXX XXXX on my credit report. Neither of the accounts belongs to me.

How are you going to put us into something without or permission all we have to do is tell you we are not resigning to stay just like any other apartment I stayed or anybody else I know stayed everyone I talked to said that sounds stupid and looks like they are trying to get over on you. This is wrong

Consumer Complaint: On or about XX/XX/2018 approximately XXXX hours. I received a phone call from XXXX XXXX of NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS XXXX XXXX XXXX, GA. The agent XXXX XXXX stated I owed XXXX XXXX {$3500.00}. I explained to the agent the debt is fictitious, and to cease and desist all communication with the aggrieved party XXXX XXXX. I have no contract nor engaged in commerce with NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS or any subsidiary. The agent taunted, became belligerent and before hanging up abruptly! The agent ( XXXX XXXX ) stated " That's why it's going to be placed o your credit report ''. On XX/XX/2018, I forwarded a CEASE AN DESIST letter to : NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX. to the attention XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/2018, I received notification from XXXX XXXX and XXXX that NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS XXXX XXXX XXXX, GA indicates I owe {$3500.00} in debt. This shows the malicious and criminal practice of this company. I have no contract and never engaged in commerce with the criminal organization. The company has committed a crime against the XXXX XXXX XXXX along with using subversive tactics to prevent any dispute of this fictitious claim.

Consumer Complaint: They contacted me numerous time by phone in 2014. They told me that if I didn't pay then my credit would be damaged. They never showed me a signed contract between them or the original creditor or any proof that I owned this debt. In turn my credit score has dropped and the original creditor listed on the account is not even a location I am or have ever been familiar with. I have paid on this debt and the information on the account is inaccurate and was sold to a third party that I am not responsible for.

XX/XX/2018 - We received no reply from National Credit Systems and followed up with another letter requesting validation and details of the supposed debt ( see " XX/XX/2018 - Letter to National Credit Systems.pdf '' ). XX/XX/2018 - We received no reply from National Credit Systems and observe that a derogatory debt with National Credit Systems has been listed on our credit reports with the major credit bureaus. We filed a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ) and notified the credit agencies via certified mail of the unvalidated and false information listed on our credit reports.

Consumer Complaint: Per review of XXXX credit report from XX/XX/2018 I discovered an outstanding account that I had no knowledge of and a validation letter was sent out requesting more information. On XX/XX/2018 I reviewed my credit report again and noticed that the account was updated to reflect as disputed however requested validation information had never been received and a 2nd validation letter was sent out. On XX/XX/2018 credit report was reviewed once more and the account remains on my credit report, affects me negatively and I still have not received any validation.
