Consumer Complaint: On or around XX/XX/XXXX I noticed something on my credit report for a balance of XXXX XXXX I called the collections agency and they told me my account was being handled by XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. I called the law office and spoke with an account rep and she notified me that I needed to pay the amount above. I disputed the account over the phone with her that same day. I also sent out dispute letters regarding the account to both offices ( national credit systems ) to verify the debt. I called the law office today XX/XX/2020 to see what the progress was, and the account has not been investigated at all! They can not verify the debt that it is in my name! In breach of the fcra! I can not speak to a supervisor on either companies because all they do is hang up!

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I was notified by XXXX, the credit reporting agency that a collection account was added to my file. Upon review of the information, National Credit Systems posted a collection account in the amount of {$500.00} via the original creditor, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Further research revealed XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX was the insurance bond my husband and I purchased when we rented an apartment at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX , NV XXXX from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. When we moved out of our apartments on XXXX XXXX, I was informed today XX/XX/XXXX that XXXX XXXX billed XXXX directly for painting, cleaning, and carpet cleaning fees totaling {$300.00}. We provided all our phone numbers, email, and forwarding addresses to XXXX XXXX when we left. We also have mail forwarding set up. From XX/XX/XXXX until now, we never received any type of correspondence from XXXX or XXXX XXXX regarding such cleaning fees. XXXX did not try to reach out to me or my husband to try and collect the debt and decided to send us to collections which ultimately affected our credit we strive to work hard for. Additionally, XXXX is an all digital company for which you will not be able to speak to someone live to discuss the issue as we have tried to contact them via phone or email at XXXX and XXXX. Since we are unable to talk to anyone, we are unable to remove the negative information from our credit report
