Consumer Complaint: There is a collection showing on my credit file for an apartment complex that I never lived at, Infact I have NEVER even set foot on the property, never even seen the property. I was coerced into beginning a EDoc and did not even complete the application/lease agreement because I had told them I did not agree nor did i sign and SUBMIT this E-document entirely because i said i wanted to meet to further discuss. When I went back to delete my lease because It did not seem right to me due to the fact that I didnt even see or view the apt complex at all. It stated I was evicted which requires me to be living in the place. I reached out and said I did not agree with their terms and they said it had already been done.

Issue: False statements or representation
Subissue: Attempted to collect wrong amount
Consumer Complaint: I enter into a payment arrangement with representative XXXX XXXX of National Credit Systems. According to Mr. XXXX, I had an outstanding balance of {$1500.00} from The XXXX at XXXX. I was surprised because I was currently in the process with XXXX ( from XXXX ) of getting a balance adjustment. According to Mr. XXXX, although I was working things out, that I needed to take care of the bill before he sends it to the 3 credit bureaus. I asked him what can I do to prevent from hurting my credit. Mr. XXXX ensured me that if I make a payment and continue to be current with the payment arrangements that they would prevent any derogatory reporting to any credit bureaus, PLEASE ASK TO LISTEN TO THE CALL RECORDINGS. ( It should be noted they record every call ) Even though I have NEVER missed a payment and/or never later ( they drafts my account ever 2nd of the month ) XXXX National Systems blatantly violated the agreement by reporting as a late payment, the wrong amount, and being sent to an attorney ( WHICH ARE ALL FALSE ). Please note that following the XX/XX/2020, payment on XX/XX/2020, they reported me late before XX/XX/2020 payment was due. I inquired with Mr. XXXX and he acknowledged that I was not in violation but he continued to try to collect {$470.00} and would remove the account from my credit report. I contacted Mr. XXXX XXXX manager, XXXX XXXX. According to Mr. XXXX, the verified that my account was NEVER late and missed any payments and there was a computer malfunction and that he would immediately DELETE the collections for All credit bureaus. According to Mr. XXXX, he submitted the initial deletion letter on XX/XX/2020. It now XXXX and this company continue to update this account with inaccurate and completely false information. After several attempts to have my account corrected, they continue to lie and refuses to provide me with a copy of the deletion letter and the printed payment history. I have left several messages and now Mr. XXXX no longer respond.

Issue: Attempts to collect debt not owed
Subissue: Debt was result of identity theft
Consumer Complaint: In XXXX my identity was stolen. I noticed late XXXX that someone rented 2 apartments, had an XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX account opened in my name and did not pay any of these bills. At first I never noticed the charges until I needed to apply for credit. Once I saw them I began trying to get them off my credit but did not know how to go about doing so. I disputed the charges but they kept coming back. I was then told I needed to file a police report which I did. The company that I am have an issue with is National Credit Systems. I have submitted in writing to have the original signed lease agreements to be sent to me and have not received any as of yet. I then contacted National Credit Systems by phone and requested that they send me those items and still have yet to see them even though they stated they have electronic signatures and IP addresses. My next step was to contact the apartment complex and they could not send me any documentation they stated they do not have any originals or electronic signatures. National Credit Systems are trying to take me to court and garnish my wages even thought they have not provided any original paperwork showing my signature, or electronic IP addresses. I need this taking off my credit and not have my wages garnished as these are not my charges. I have provided information that I lived in my home for 11 years and never rented any apartments during the time they were rented. I had electric bills, water bills, established and can show they were paid via my banks accounts during those rental times. I am at a stand still as to what to do next. Thanks Deflated Consumer.
