Consumer Complaint: I am not LIABLE for this debt. I DO NOT have a CONTRACT with " National Credit Systems ''. As far as I'm concern this is a third party company who has taken this debt as a tax write off and still reporting it on my credit report which is deformation of character and not allowed according to the 15.U.S.C. 1681 Law. I am also requesting that the company send me the " ORGINAL '' contract copy with my wet signature I am also requesting that this company send a copy of the payment history, as well as the " ORGINAL ' address of the " ORGINAL '' creditor and I am also asking for proof of collection authorization.

Consumer Complaint: IDENTITY THEFT I have contacted all parties involved associated with the fraudulent activities associated with my name, NUMEROUS times. I Have Let Them Know! A Violation of 15 USC 1611. The only answer I get is it is accurate, but I disagree with the decision! Which I DO DISAGREE Because this isnt my debit. Rightfully I should not be held accountable for someone else using my information. I have provided police reports, copies of my identification card, social security number and card, I have even sent FTC affidavits. I was assaulted and robbed which is all in the police report. Per 15 U.S. Code 1611 Criminal liability for willful and knowing violations. 15 U.S. Code 1692K - The FDCPA, or Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, find its teeth in section k which imposes civil liability upon any person or business who violates the FDCPA. 15 U.S. 1681 - The banking system is dependent upon fair and accurate credit report- ing . Inaccurate credit reports directly impair the efficiency of the banking system, and unfair credit reporting methods undermine the public confidence which is essential to the continued functioning of the banking system. Section 812 - It is unlawful to design, compile, and furnish any form knowing that such form would be used to create the false belief in a consumer that a person other than the creditor of such consumer is participating in the collection of or in an attempt to collect a debt such consumer allegedly owes such creditor, when in fact such person is not so participating.

Consumer Complaint: I recently submitted a complaint against national credit systems regarding a fraudulent account that was placed on my credit report. XXXX of my complaints with this company is still being reviewed. However, the second account that they are reporting has came back verified or with accurate information. This matter needs to be re-investigated as I explained in plenty of my dispute letters, as well as contacting the company about being an identity theft victim, which in this case my identity was compromised to obtain apartments at properties I never lived at with this complaint, I have submitted my identity theft report affidavit which is also notarized. I also have sent them another letter with the same information dating back XX/XX/2023, which the status on the tracking has yet to be received. To summarize my situation again I am a victim of identity theft, and these accounts listed with your company. National credit system is reporting in accurate information without a thorough investigation. I am requesting you re-investigate this matter with both of the accounts listed in your system.

Consumer Complaint: I contacted the original creditor of the alleged debt for the account NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEM XXXX and asked for proof of the alleged debt specifically the alleged original application bearing my signature they have not been able to provide such proof to me therefore you are reporting misleading false accounts. National Credit System is in violation of 15 U.S.C. 1692g. They were to notify me of this in writing 5 days prior I was not. As the original creditor only, I can validate this debt. I do not validate this debt. Remove this account from my credit report immediately. FDCPA and FCRA violations have up to {$1000.00} fee per violation.

Consumer Complaint: I have been working with National Credit Systems about an eviction debt. I had a wage garnishment against me and a judgement for {$1400.00}. The debt was shared by my ex-husband and I for an apartment we both lived at, until we decided to separate and I left the premises. After physically leaving the residence myself and unable to force my ex-husband to leave due to his name being on the lease, I had to remove myself and my children from the property of XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXXXXXX XXXX in XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received an email stating a judgment had been filed. On XX/XX/XXXX, I notified the apartment by email that the unit was vacated since XX/XX/XXXX. The apartment complex had been given the unit back in their possession. After the complex accessed the apartment and review any necessary damages or charges, they did not file any additional enforcement of any debts and we were not notified any further about debts owed. Within a month, the debt had already been sold to collections without any other information given to me to pay anything off until I reached out myself to XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, I made a payment in the agreed amount {$1200.00} based off communication with a representative named XXXX from National Credit Systems. I was under the impression this was a settlement amount to resolve the debt entirely. There is no other court proceedings that indicate any further debt was owed to XXXX XXXX National Credit Systems . Upon seeing that my credit report did not reflect the payment I made as agreed, I emailed National Credit Systems to ask for a payoff letter and why I still show a debt. I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX courts on that same day to confirm if any additional court cases were held against me by XXXX XXXX or if any additional debt was showed owed, to which the courts stated there were none. On XX/XX/XXXX, I called XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and was advised a Satisfaction of Judgment was sent in and nothing else was ordered as owed and the case is closed. After seeing a new debt amount listed on my credit report, I contacted National Credit Systems and was advised by XXXX XXXX and XXXX that the new debt showing is the balance left from what XXXX XXXX is charging me. I advised them this debt is not valid and I will not be paying them for the amount which was not ever validated in court. The judgment was satisfied and the courts did not order any additional amounts be paid. The case against me for eviction has been resolved, yet the creditor is attempting to collect on a debt that is not valid. When I asked XXXX today, XX/XX/XXXX, why did the complex not take my ex- husband and I back to court for the new debt amount she only replied that the complex needed access to the apartment before they could calculate any further charges. This holds no relevance to the fact the complex did not report any additional debt or charges owed in court at any time since the original signing of the judgement on XX/XX/XXXX. National Credit Systems presents inaccurate information as if they were first hand witnesses to the situation or were even remotely involved in the process other than collecting felonious debts they have bought from other companies. The debt is over seven years old at this time and is still reporting as a current active debt, far past statue of limitations. The company refuses to remove the incorrect debt amount from my credit and does not acknowledge that the debt should not be listed as negative on my credit even though it is more than seven years old.
