Consumer Complaint: The collection company only sends the amount of the debt but not the breakdown of the amount owed, and the dates the money was owed. The XXXX XXXX XXXX has also requested this information on numerous occasions on my behalf. Consumer Complaint: My name is XXXX XXXX, a federally protected consumer, and I am making this complaint against NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEM. IN COMPLAINT NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEM states that this account has been charged off. I have never given NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEM any permission to share any of my identifying information with this non-affiliated third-party ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ). I am aware that in accordance with Article 9, the assignment of a defaulted note is illegal. Both the assignee and the assigned are both liable for violations under 15 U.S. Code 1692e ( 12 ). I am also aware that the definition of a charge off, pursuant to 7 CFR 1956.54, is " The writing off of a debt and termination of collection activity without release of personal liability. 'XXXX XXXX XXXX stated that " we are obligated to report true and accurate information to the credit reporting agencies. '' This is false information. Nowhere in the FCRA does it state that they're required to report negative information to my consumer report. Being that I don't owe NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEM ANYTHING I have reason to believe that NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEM is choosing to share this non-public negative information to my consumer report with fore thought and malice as an attempt to bring harm to me and my financial reputation. I am demanding that this account is to be removed from my consumer report along with any negative information that is attached to this account. I DEMAND THIS ACCOUNT TO BE UPDATED TO PAID AS AGREED OR REMOVED FROM MY CONSUMER REPORTS OR I'LL BE FILING FOR LITIGATION AND DEMANDING {$1000.00} PER VIOLATION. XXXX XXXX XXXX - account # XXXX

Consumer Complaint: Our lease with XXXX XXXX XXXX ( managed by XXXX ) ended on XX/XX/2023. On XX/XX/2023, we received a move-out statement with a balance due to Landlord of {$430.00}. The balance consisted of a {$300.00} charge for hardwood floor scratches and glue residue as well as {$140.00} for valet trash service ( move-out statement attached ). The move-out statement was communicated to my wife and I via e-mail from XXXX XXXX XXXX . To be clear, there was no unpaid rent due. On the same day, we responded via e-mail to XXXX XXXX XXXX disputing these charges. As we received no response to our e-mail, we then followed up by calling and leaving voice messages for management at XXXX XXXX, requesting them to call us back to discuss the matter. We received no e-mail or phone response ( e-mail chain attached ). On XX/XX/2023, we received a notice from National Credit Systems, who was trying to collect this debt. After speaking with the Collection Representative, on XX/XX/XXXX, as per her direction, we sent in supporting documentation to dispute the debt via mail ( copy of letter and documents attached ). On XX/XX/2023, we received a letter from National Credit Systems stating that we have not received information sufficient to validate your dispute or revise our records and enclosed you will information provided to us by XXXX XXXX XXXX. There was no supporting documentation provided in the envelope with the letter. We then called the Collection Representative who stated that the Landlord stands by their position that the debt is owed. We told the Collection Representative that no supporting documentation was included and we require proof from management of the alleged damage to the hardwood floors as well as a copy of the move-in inspection report. The hardwood floors were in poor condition when we moved in, which was noted on our initial walk through inspection that management retains a copy of. The hardwood floors had glue, scratches, and paint drops on them when we moved in and we left the unit in the same condition as when we moved in subject to standard wear and tear, which is expected in a rental unit as tenants cycle through. Regarding the trash valet service, we supplied evidence of our communication with the Landlord throughout the year noting that the trash valet services were not being provided as per its terms. Management did not explain why the services were not being provided, they only instructed us to keep paying the " mandatory '' fee. We gave management ampleopportunities to resolve this yet no action was taken and the issue persisted. Therefore, we informed the Landlord to cease the trash valet service for our unit as well as stop charging the monthly fee. The Landlord ignored our communication and continued to include this fee on our monthly statement, which was illegitimate. We did not pay for this service because it was not provided which resulted in the outstanding charges of {$140.00}. As of XX/XX/2023, we have not received any of the information we requested from National Credit Systems or the Landlord. From XXXX to XXXX, we sent numerous e-mails ( documentation attached ) and left voice messages for XXXX XXXX to clarify the charges and discuss the matter, but we have not received any communication since the initial outreach on XX/XX/XXXX. The Landlord is intentionally ignoring our requests.

Consumer Complaint: I received approval for Arkansas rental assistance on this full balance of {$2800.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. This check was mailed directly to a landlord ( XXXX ) who quit shortly after/left this company on bad terms!! On XX/XX/XXXX The next landlord accused me of stealing an oven ( which was a false accusation ) and then magically my rental account all of a sudden ended up in collections THE SAME MONTH after arguing with the second property XXXX about property she falsely accused me of stealing! WHY did XXXX months pass before I was sent to collections?? IF this was a proper collection-the landland originally handling my eviction process would have turned me in. This is company retaliation and illegal to open a collection account against me when I have confirmation that this company did in fact receive a check for the full amount owed! I have attached PROOF with my relief confirmation letter! I also attached the proof of this landlord falsely accusing me of theft of property via email and threatening to have me arrested!! She obviously opened a collection account the same month as our negative email exchange!

Consumer Complaint: To Consumer Finance, I'm seeking assistance regarding a dispute over an outstanding rental debt, which I believe is unwarranted. I'd like to provide you with a brief overview of the situation : 1. I submitted a property inspection report and lodged a formal complaint in which I expressed my decision not to pay the last month 's rent. This was primarily due to a lack of maintenance and the exorbitant cost of rent, which I considered unjustified. 2. I'd like to emphasize that my job required me to relocate from XXXX to XXXX. Consequently, I officially moved to Texas and was not a resident of Georgia during the two months for which I'm being asked to pay rent. 3. I returned the keys to the property, conducted a peaceful move-out, and left the property in the same condition as when I first moved in, with no damage. 4. Despite my multiple attempts to communicate and address my concerns, the property management company chose not to respond or engage in any dialogue regarding the issues I raised. I'm seeking your assistance to evaluate the legitimacy of the rental debt I'm currently being asked to pay. I firmly believe that the debt is unjust, given the circumstances outlined above. Any guidance or support you can offer in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this issue, and I eagerly await your response. Sincerely, XXXX XXXX XXXX
