Creditor has repeatedly provided the same statement saying that I have to ignore the balance due and understand that I owe a debt of {$8300.00} and that the billing statement doesnt have to be in my name.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX " NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS INC '' began to report a {$8500.00} collection account to my credit report. The original account is an apartment complex named " XXXX XXXX ''. I have never lived at this apartment complex and this account is a result of identity theft. I have made a police report with my local police department as well as filled out an FTC Identity theft report and sent it in to " NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS INC '' and they refuse to stop reporting this account to the credit bureaus! This is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. They should not be reporting this account to the credit bureaus after receiving my police report. I sent the Police Report in XX/XX/XXXX last, but have sent it multiple times in the past.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, OH XXXX This letter is my LAST request for you to remove your inaccurate and unverifiable accounts from my credit report. Once again, note that this is not a refusal to pay, but a notice sent pursuant to the FDCPA 15 USC 1692g Sec. 809 ( b ) that your claim is disputed and validation is requested. The following accounts remain unverified, even after multiple attempts to receive validation from you. I request that these accounts be immediately removed from my credit report with all credit bureaus that you report to : National Credit Systems Account # XXXX Furthermore, I believe I may have received telephone communication from your company even after I specifically requested to not be contacted by phone. As you know, this constitutes a violation of the FDCPA. I will be closely reviewing every call I've received from unknown numbers, but I am nearly certain these calls came from your company. According to the FTC, consumers can sue a collector in a state or federal court within one year of the date the FDCPA was violated. Consumers can sue for damages, like lost wages and medical bills. Even if a consumer can't actually prove damages, they can still be awarded up to {XXXX} plus reimbursement for attorney 's fees and court costs. They received my documentation according to my certified mailing receipt and have not sent any information. NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS is in violation of 15 USC 1692g by not providing validation and 15 USC 1692j by furnishing this invalidated information to my reports.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2021 I send a Debt Validation Affidavit letter to NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS regarding an " alleged debt. '' I gave the debt collector 30 days to respond and received no information which violates 15 USC 1692g. Pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act I have the right to request validation and receive such information in a timely manner. It has been well past 30 days, as a result, I have sent NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS an Affidavit of Truth and a Cease and Desist regarding their violations. They have also violated 15 USC 1692j furnishing certain deceptive forms by having an invalidated account on my credit reports. I have included all documentation they originally received and the most recent documents. All documentation originally sent was notarized and signed and sent with a green return receipt that I also included as Exhibit A.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX has sent my information to a collection agency called National Credit Systems , Inc . Since XX/XX/XXXX I have been receiving calls and letters from NCS requesting payment for something I never agreed to pay. I signed a lease with XXXX XX/XX/XXXX that ended on XX/XX/XXXX. As stated in the lease, the contract only automatically renewed on a month-to-month basis if neither if either party failed to give 60 days notice. I gave my 60-day notice on XX/XX/XXXX ( move out date of XX/XX/XXXX ) and did not enter another agreement with XXXX XXXX. There was no new lease signed, I did not agree to any of the charges they tried to bill me for. When I received my first letter from NCS I informed them, through certified mail on XX/XX/XXXX, that I had no knowledge of the charges. I asked if they could validate them and provide a detailed explanation. I have receipts from that letter that my letter was received on XX/XX/XXXX. National Credit Systems ignored my requests and continued to ask for a payment in a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I sent NCS another letter explaining to them that I think my right had been violated by failing to validate a debt at my request and continuing to attempt to collect a disputed debt, both FDCPA violations. I asked them, again, to validate this debt. I specifically asked for them to provide me with the following : 1. Proof of right to own/collect this alleged debt 2. Balance claimed including all fees, interest and penalties 3. Contract bearing my personal signature 3. License proof to collect debts in my state To date they have yet to comply with my requests for validation. The lease they insist on providing me with expired with no new agreement on XX/XX/XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX, I fulfilled my final payment to XXXX XXXX and had a XXXX balance. XX/XX/XXXX, I received extra fees and charges ( I also disputed and was told by NCS I should've done a walk through - XXXX was NOT doing walk throughs at the time due to covid ) I never agreed to and along with threats to my credit report. I am distressed that National Credit Systems has now included this information in my credit profile and they have failed to maintain reasonable procedures in their operations to assure maximum possible accuracy in the information they report. At this point I feel this company and any claims for amounts owed is untrue and not properly investigated. Im very bothered by the months of total disregard of my rights by National Credit Systems and XXXX XXXX.
