Consumer Complaint: I paid my account and settled in one lump sum payment. The collection company is not willing to delete my account from the bureaus. Other companies either delete after settling in full or at least update you as a paid in full. Other companies Ive dealt with claimed the same thing that they do not delete but do in fact delete when a CFPB complaint is filed. its not right to the consumers who faithfully pay there debt in full hoping to clear their bad credit history in order to regain their life back. And the average person doesnt even know about the CFPB. So they stay stuck with the bad history. Its just not right for companies like these to not delete just because they choose not too. And we wonder why there is so much poverty and homelessness in the community. Something needs to change ... ... ....

Consumer Complaint: I lived at this complex for 5 months and they are now trying to collect money for damages I did not do. The only damages to this unit is the damages I constantly complained about and was never repaired. There is no truth to this whatsoever. I should not have had any of these issues for the amount of money you pay for these overpriced projects and all the outrageous fees they tack on to the base rent. How can people survive paying excessive fees which is always {$100.00} plus more dollars a month. I just can't and will not reside under these conditions.

Consumer Complaint: In XXXX I was contacted by a debt collector called ( NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS XXXX. XXXX XXXX, XXXX, GA XXXX XXXX. They informed me that there is a debt on my account from my previous apartment. I asked them what the reason was and they said it was due to a ruined carpet/rug and utility bill. I offered to send them pictures and bill proof to prove that I left the apartment in good condition since the leasing office refused to do a walk through with me but they declined. I asked for an evidence of their claim and they didn't respond nor provide them. I didn't know that they had already put an adverse report on my credit history ; sometime in XXXX, XXXX, when I ran a credit report, I found the adverse report and contacted. They said they were in the process of passing the case on to a lawyer and would be heading to court. I am a foreigner and the thought of going to court for something I didn't do, is so scary ; so I asked them what I needed to do and they said to pay every dime off and that it would be out of my report. I went ahead to pay for something that I knew absolutely nothing about all in the vain of continuing to live peacefully. I ran a credit report today ( XX/XX/XXXX ) and to my surprise the two negative reports are still in my credit report.
