Consumer Complaint: I am writing to delete the following information in my file. The items I need deleted are listed in the report. I am a victim of identity theft and did not make the charge. I ask that the items be deleted to correct my credit report. I reported the theft of my identity to the Federal Trade Commission and I also have enclosed copies of the Federal Trade Commissions Identity Theft Affidavit. I would be grateful if these fraudulent items are removed as soon as possible as it is hindering me very much so. I am unable to move forward with life so that I may provide for my family. I don't have a home, a car, no credit because of this problem. Please I ask that these fraudulent reports be removed.

Consumer Complaint: I have never contracted services with NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS. I have never received any written communication to be able to review this alleged account prior to it showing up on my credit file. Upon reviewing my credit file, this alleged account is also beyond the STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS. NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS is clearly in violation of the FCRA for failing to even notify me of this account, it simply appeared on my credit report. I will prepare a media kit to expose the fraud that has been committed against me to all local and national news stations alike if necessary.

Consumer Complaint: I owned and lived in my own home for 27 years. I have never heard of this company. After the shock of seeing this on my reporter, I tracked down this company and learned it is notorious for filing false credit claims and then shaking down the victim for money to remove it. What a sore lack of integrity on the credit bureaus for allowing such a corrupt and transparent scheme. This company has has apparently been the subject of multiple lawsuits and have included links below to some of the sundry of complaints against them that date back several years. This is an absolute egregious violation of the FCRA and it's outrageous. I demand this claim immediately be removed and that this complaint along with its attachments is immediately posted in this matter. XXXX removed it ( I think ). XXXX claims they verified it. There's absolutely no way this account/claim could have been verified! It's false. I have not applied for any credit for several years.

Consumer Complaint: National Credit Systems is reporting an erroneous debt on my credit file. This debt if a Apartment complex. I recently sent them a letter disputing the debt because i do not owe the anything, they actually ended my lease early without advising and allowed someone to move in before that lease was even finished. Now they are trying to collect a debt on " damages '' to the apartment. I was sent pictures of the apartment as verification of the debt. There is an issues with the documents sent to me. The apartment in the pictures is not mine. I dont understand why they would put that on my credit I know what I had in my apartment and that is not my place. I have tried to contact the apartments and they refuse to talk to me but this is not my apartment and i do not owe them anything. I need this collection removed from my credit file. I will contact an attorney and file complaints with the attorney general. i will use all the resources i can to get this off of my credit file as I do not owe them anything.

Consumer Complaint: NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS add a derogatory marks on my credit reports. Upon further research, this account was transferred /sold to a third party collection agency Debtors creditors did not verify this collection. Also there was no written form of communication, contract or signature for this account debt at all. A bill without signature does not validate the debt and anybody can send a bill and say it is mine. According to the FCRA and HIPPA NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS has violated my rights as a consumer and I requesting legal action to remove this account immediately.

Consumer Complaint: Good evening, I am past due on the rent from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Unit XXXX, XXXX XXXX, FL XXXX, due to the pandemic. It was for the last two months of the lease only. Otherwise, I was an excellent tenant. They were offered a credit card but refused it. I lived there for 5 years total and I also asked to be released from the lease without penalty for XXXX and XXXX but I received no response. It was beyond the state statue for sales tax on short term rentals which is 6 months and 1 day. They sent my debt to National Credit Systems XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX, GA XXXX. I was laid off due to the pandemic. I called National Credit systems on XX/XX/21 and left a message and again a week late and spoke with XXXX XXXX. I informed them that I applied to XXXX XXXX for rental assistance due to the pandemic and that they had permission to speak with them. However, XXXX informed me that they could not speak with a debt collection agency. I have sent two emails to XXXX with no response from them. I asked them to recall the debt and have it paid in full. I finally filed a complaint with the Dept. of Agriculture and Professional regulation. I received a threatening phone call this evening from National 's lawyer. I have been trying to work with this management company. They have not offered the best service in XXXX XXXX anyway. XXXX was in trouble just a couple of years ago for taking affordable housing tax credits and writing leases to people who worked outside of XXXX XXXX. So, they do not have the best reputation. I would like to resolve this issue and move on. I have been informed that my application is moving through the system and I expect it to be approved within a few weeks. They said it takes 6 - 8 to complete the process. National 's lawyer called my business phone number which is illegal. They want to get paid yet they refuse to cooperate. What else can I do?
