Consumer Complaint: I had my identity stolen and realized there were fraudulent items on my credit report which caused me to fill out identity theft reports ( local police and FTC ) back in XXXX of XXXX. Then I submitted these reports to all 3 major Credit Reporting Agencies which caused them to remove all the fraudulent accounts. This company came back randomly a few months later and put this account back on my reports under the guise of it being a different account than the one that was removed. I contacted them on XX/XX/XXXX via a letter sent certified mail and got no reply or proof of any business we've ever done.

Consumer Complaint: I have received a Debt Collection on my Credit Report for a collections on a past-due bill that I was never notified of. I went to National Credit Systems with the collections amount reported on my credit files along with my Social Security Number and no debt with those details are listed in their own system. I was never notified of a past-due bill from my former landlord, nor was I provided with notice from NCS that the past-due bill was sent to them for collections. When I went to NCS to pay the reported debt, their own systems are not even able to locate the account based on the details listed in my credit report under Collections. I submitted a Dispute with XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. XXXX found in my favor, XXXX found in favor of NCS, and XXXX is still reviewing.

They are claiming that they didn't get a key back which would be true because they took it when they installed the ring door lock for me. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022, I opened a dispute claim with XXXX and XXXX for the creditor. The XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. The amount they are charging is incorrect. We moved out on the dates that they are charging for. My husband disputed the claim on his credit report. It is not on his credit report. I was a joint owner. My husband disputed the claim first. I was not aware that the claim was on my credit report as well. I am not sure why this amount is on my credit report if it is not on my husbands and he disputed it. I provided evidence from the apartment manager at the time stating that we ( my family and I ) moved out of the apartment complex before the dates they are changing us. I called XXXX and they were of no help. The letter from the apartment manager at the time should've been sufficient for removing the claim off my credit report. It is not on my husband 's credit report.
