Consumer Complaint: I applied for an apartment unit at XXXX XXXX apartment complex. I paid for the application fee online, using the website provided by XXXX XXXX. My application was later denied. A couple of days after the denial, I received a letter ( dated XX/XX/2022 ) from XXXX XXXX, the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, the managing company for XXXX XXXX. Within the notice is a stamp from XXXX, noting that we have the option to dispute the disposition by submitting in writting within 30 days to XXXX. XXXX claimed I still owed the applicaiton fee of {$50.00} and a returned check fee of {$50.00}. On XX/XX/2022 I sent my written dispute via email to XXXX, to dispute the payment being returned. I requested for proof of returned payment. I also informed her to provide a response to me within 30 days of receiving my payment dispute. I never heard back from XXXX, neither by phone, mail or email. I sent another email on XX/XX/2022, and again on XX/XX/2022, with no response from XXXX. I contacted XXXX XXXX ( spoke to XXXX XXXX and she informed me I was following the right protocol by emailing XXXX with my dispute. It was yesterday XX/XX/2022 when I learned that my credit was affected and it showed the {$100.00} balance was in debt collections with XXXX XXXX. I sent XXXX another email, and this time I included the CEO of XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, and finally, after multiple attemps of trying to reach her, she responded to me. This is months later, after my first initial email. XXXX didn't even glance at my dispute, she immediatly said I owed them {$100.00} and the only way to resolve is to pay. Not once did she ask me for proof to show the payment wasn't returned. I replied back to her and the CEO to explain I was still disputing this payment, I even offered to send bank statements. As of today, I haven't heard back from her.

Consumer Complaint: A former apartment complex { XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX } that myself and my daughter lived at for approximately 2 months are fraudulently trying to collect a debt from us via a collection agency : { National Credit System }. They placed this debt on each of our credit reports stating that we damaged their carpets via pet urine. Although a former attorney that I had last year emailed them showing verification that my daughter is severally allergic to pet danger. Therein, proving that we would never have a pet in the home. They also kept our paid deposit as a result of this illegal and unethical act. Can you please help us as my daughter is only XXXX XXXX XXXX and does not need her credit damaged because of this falsehood. Additionally, I even told National credit systems representative XXXX XXXX } that I would pay the false debt if she sent me proof in writing that the collections would be deleted after payment. But, she refused to do so, stating that I should just take her word for it. Additionally, National credit systems never sent me anything in writing before placing this debt on our credit files. This is also against the fair credit reporting act.

We were never told by management that we had owed any money and we were paid up until we moved. We provided management our forwarding address and we also were still receiving mail at the property up to a month later. We never received any documentation regarding this collection, no phone calls. I have disputed this time and time again. This has been removed from my XXXX account due to the statute of limitations. Its been past XXXX years by TX laws and past XXXX years by GA laws. I didnt move from TX until XXXX. This has been removed and replaced on my credit several times in the past year and the balance has increased. This collection was also put on my credit in XX/XX/XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: I haven't ignited the account this company is placing on my consumer report. I tried numerous of times to delete this information from my consumer report and the company did comply by removing the alleged debt from my consumer report. However, they are still reporting the account on the other two reporting agencies. Instead of a deletion the company decided to decrease the debt 50 % turning alleged debt to {$3500.00} then months later sent another letter decreasing the debt more, now the debt is {$1700.00}. However, on my consumer report the debt is still reporting {$3500.00} which is misrepresentation and additionally ignoring my originally request which is to have the alleged debt deleted. I haven't received any supporting documents stating that I started the alleged debt or how the debt was verified by the company.

Consumer Complaint: I am a natural person, consumer writing this complaint and not a credit repair company. Thank you for taking the time to review my complaint. It has come to my attention that if any individual or company uses your no public personal information to create an account, thats identity theft. I am writing today related to an account listed on my consumer report. While reviewing my report I noticed an entry made by National Credit Systems for the amount of {$2300.00}. I disputed the item attached on Monday XX/XX/2022. Following the dispute National Credit System deceptively attempted to settle this alleged account for {$1200.00}. I did not respond. I have never initiated any transaction with anyone employed by National Credit Systems nor gave this company permissible purpose for any account to be furnished on my consumer report pursuant to 15 USC 1681b ( a ) ( 2 ). The reporting of these account is/are violations of 15 USC 1681a and also constitutes identity theft. 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( 2 ) ( B ) ] : ( 2 ) EXCLUSIONS.Except as provided in paragraph ( 3 ), the term consumer report does not include ( B ) any authorization or approval of a specific extension of credit directly or indirectly by the issuer of a credit card or similar device Send me every document pertaining to this entry used to validate this debt, including, a summary of rights, verifiable proof of contract, Complete account history, including any additional charges added, names, addresses, and phone numbers of everyone contacted during your reinvestigation. The FCRA says that these companies has to tell me this in 15 days if I ask. Also, what is the date of the commencement of delinquency? Dont provide the generic 7 years response. I am aware of that. Tell me specifically when this account allegedly became delinquent, and specifically when they will be removed. Some of these accounts are reporting as charged off as well as being included in bankruptcy. So which is it? I refuse to pay this debt, pursuant to 15 USC 1692c ( c ). I wish to terminate all further debt collection efforts related to this entry with National Credit Systems, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, through all mediums except by mail. I also wish that this alleged account be sent back to the creditor immediately. In the absence of information mentioned above, I demand this entry be deleted immediately from all consumer reporting agencies. This damaging entry has only added to my emotional distress and anxiety and decreased my credit score. I appreciate your prompt response to my concern.
