XXXX the XXXX has yelled at me, called me remedial and hung up in my face after I told her the debt was invalid and I want it removed. This debt was added to my report without. my knowledge. I was made aware of that debt after it had been ok my credit report. I did not speak with this company at all. They are telling me they spoke with someone regarding the debt but it was not me. They are lying and refuse to remove this invalid debt that I was unaware of. I want this removed immediately.

Consumer Complaint: This judgment has been on my credit report since 2017 I've tried to resolve the issue by calling the apartment complex trying to resolve the debt they no longer have my original file and said that they could not give me any information that it was already sold to the collection company, I said so how do I order the debt if you can't give me my own information nor could you give me the collection company that you sold it to information in order for me to resolve the issue I was only one month behind and they have a debt on here of {$6000.00} when I was only paying {$850.00} a month I do not think the charges are valid nor do I all the debt to the apartment complex they were also very unprofessional and acted as if they didn't want to help me to resolve the issue or tell me why the debt is so high when I was only paying {$850.00} a month when I was evicted

Consumer Complaint: This is a formal complaint against National Credit Systems , IncXXXX located in XXXX This company has repeatedly violated my consumer rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and has caused me much unnecessary financial AND mental distress. For starters, they're reporting an erroneous & unverifiable collection account on all 3 of my credit reports, [ under 3 different business names, ] and not to mention an account in which I've asked for proof of claim and in which they have refused to validate per my request under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Despite my efforts to resolve this unfortunate nightmare for nearly a year now, National Credit Systems , Inc has completely ignored my communications and legal submissions to remove this inaccurate information from my credit reports. They have not provided me with a copy of a contract, bearing my signature, showing that i have to pay them this alleged debt. I am well aware of the many, many other complaints filed against this company for their illegal and unethical collection practices- disguising themselves under multiple business names and using ILLEGAL collection practices all across the country. Yet, somehow, this company is still in business. This company 's unprofessional & negligent behavior has caused lots of serious harm, not only to my ability to establish credit & good interest rates, but also to my character as a Professional and as an individual. Please help me, and the many other consumers just like me, to put a stop to the operation of these unethical & immoral business practices immediately. I sincerely appreciate your time and assistance in this matter and hope to hear from you very soon.

Consumer Complaint: I had to break a lease early due to domestic XXXXXXXX issues. I provided the police reports and an official letter letting them know what was going on and that I was going to break the lease, but they never got back to me. I sent them a USPS letter, fax, and email but never got a response back. They placed a collections account on my credit report and never communicated anything to me, or even sent me anything regarding the " owed : amount. Per Arizona law, we allowed breaking the lease early without any penalty fees if there was a domestic XXXX issue ( which there was, but they still are attempting to collect over {$2400.00} for no reason. ) Once this complaint is dealt with, I am going to contact the Arizona attorney general and report XXXX XXXX Apartments for violating " A.R.S 33-1318 - Early termination by tenant ; domestic XXXX ; XXXX assault ; requirements ; lock replacement ; access refusal ; treble damages ; immunity ''. The original document said that it would be reported on XX/XX/2021 it showed up on my credit report on XXXX XXXX but now it says that it was opened XX/XX/2021. They will not acknowledge my documents sent to them that prove that this account is inaccurate and now are trying to make it make sense. They fraudulently evicted me on XX/XX/2021, and would not accept the check between the dates of XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX which was dated on the sheet they gave the National Credit System. NCS will not enforce the company to prove they are practicing unfair tactics.

Consumer Complaint: When terminating the lease with XXXX we spoke with multiple agents including office manager XXXX of multiple conduction along side fire hazard as well as molding within the unit. Due to XXXX XXXX we as tenants were forced to move out. With that being said a home was purchased and upon agreeable conditions we would provide 60 day notice and terminate the lease with zero penalties and no additional cost, Today XX/XX/22 a notice of collection was received in the amount of XXXX for breaking the lease and whey conduction information XXXX could not provide any further information as she was not aware to what charges were issued to us as tenants. All documentation of move out were conducted with XXXX and a fellow leasing agent who has been terminated based on this case. we as tenants or consumers were never notified of move out cost or a final bill. notification came directly from collection agent.
