Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX, XXXX ; XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX, Texas Office Manager XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX fraudulently reported a huge debit owed to National Credit Systems as a Retaliation to my filing of over charges to myself and other residents that included water bills that many were not required to pay according the the lease terms, to the State of Texas, filed a Disability & Race Discrimination claim, code enforcement and other major property issues to city and government offices. XXXX XXXX begun to refuse my rent on 3 different occasions, to force an eviction, in which, I prevailed, the Judge ruled in my favor each time. I had lived there for 3 years and never had a problem. Rent always paid on time not one manager before her refused my rent until XXXX XXXX XXXX came to the property. XXXX XXXX would not complete my work orders, she falsified ledgers and allowed many residents to live in dwellings where their ceilings fell in due to water damages ( I have pictures ). I requested to have hand rails installed due to my XXXX she refused on many occasions. This is the small of it. When she lost her last court appearance, she accepted my rent and offered to let me out of my lease with no penalties since I informed her I wanted to move 3 months prior to XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX provided my current XXXX XXXX XXXX a good rental history with no balance owed report on paper via fax. Now I learn XX/XX/XXXX about this HUGE false debit that was report to & for collections which will affect my rental history, in which, she knew this was my greatest concern after she offered to let me out of my lease. About a month after I moved ( according to the credit report date ) she/property management company sent the false Rent/Lease/Mortgage debit to XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX was only able to obtain my personal information from my current Property Manager, because she and prior and the following personal ( XXXX was removed from the property due to the discrimination complaint filed and 22 other residents complaints also, and I reached out to the owners ) LOST nearly every residents files once the company she was hired by, took over the XXXX XXXX XXXX. There weren't any Disabled Parking on the property, I advocated to the City of XXXX XXXX and the State of Texas to have disabled parking on the property. ) The care of the property and how the XXXX XXXX XXXX and its staff handled business can be tracked through Code Enforcement and the XXXX. They are 2 residents as today living in their unit with the ceiling falling in from water damages. 1 of the residents has cancer. The mold build and the water exposure in the whole unit. This resident can not even bath nor shower as of today of this complaint. This and others reasons are why I filed complaints with the State and other government agencies.

Consumer Complaint: My name is XXXX XXXX, a federally protected consumer, and I am making this complaint against NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS for committing identity theft. I have never given NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS any permission to use any of my identifying information to commit mail fraud by contacting me about an alleged debt they claim I owe. I am aware that in accordance with Article 9, the assignment of a defaulted note is illegal. Both the assignee and the assigned are both liable for violations under 15 U.S. Code 1692e ( 12 ). I have never received any type of documentation requesting validation from NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS before they committed multiple violations under the FCRA and the FDCPA by furnishing this alleged debt to my consumer report including but not limited to 15 U.S. Code 1692d ( 4 ) which the FTC defines as debt parking. If NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS can not provide me with proof such as a tracking number that they attempted to lawfully validate this alleged debt with me, the consumer, prior to furnishing it on my consumer report, this has been a fraudulently furnished account with forethought and malice as an attempt to bring harm to me and my financial reputation. I am legally refusing to pay this debt pursuant to 1692c ( c ). I am demanding a cease and desist of all illegal activity, any communication and collection activity, of this and any alleged debts until NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS can provide me with sufficient documentary evidence that I have any legal obligation to pay them. If this documentary evidence can not be produced and NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS continues its collection efforts, I will file for litigation for actual damages caused and NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS will be held criminally liable for aggravated identity theft pursuant to 18 USC 1028A, extortion, theft by deception, securities fraud, and mail fraud. Upon the receipt of the documents herein and of this notice, you are hereby notified Pursuant UCC 1-202f. Your prompt attention and response are both requested and required.

Consumer Complaint: I rented at the XXXX XXXX XXXX. Since I moved there it was nothing but problems. For starters the gate arm constantly kept falling and one day it fell on me so I went to XXXX because I was so paranoid and scared. I gave XXXX ahead of time and constantly had to deal with stress and nightmares about the gate arm because everytime I went in and out I was worried sick. I was worried that it might fall on top if me or my kids again. On top of that the ceiling and the walls leaked water after it rained. There were areas that looked moldy. There were many many issues and I couldnt deal living there anymore so I left. I now owe about XXXX because I left but who the heck can live in such a unsafe community? I got a lawyer and there was a settlement for the gate arm accident. I tried telling the community that I couldnt not be there anymore because of the ongoing issues the nightmares and the anxiety. I asked if my debt could be forgiven and I was told no. I was told I could pay 60 % if my debt. I said I barely have money Im a XXXX mom with XXXX kids struggling but I got the funds. I asked if I could have this removed from my credit which is my main concern and i was told no. I would only have a settled debt on my credit and it will remain on my credit. How is this fair when the only reason I left was because this place was unsafe to live at. I had continuous nightmares of the gate arm falling on top of me or my kids or the ceiling falling on top of me or my kids because of the ceilings and walls that were soft from getting wet all the time. They should be ashamed of them selves for renting out a place like that and having a gate arm falling all the time. I cant have this on my credit report XXXX a mom thats XXXX with XXXX kids and only count on my income. I cant even rent a place now and we are probably going to end up under a bridge at this point if this isnt resolved. Please help this is unjust

Consumer Complaint: My rights have been violated : National credit system- XXXX XXXX. Unfair practices National credit system failed to investigate my dispute within the FCRA time frame! The company then sent me a letter with a different mailing address from the address listed on my reports claiming I never contacted them about this debt! I then sent in my proof of previous dispute letters with usps documents and the company is breaking the law by now stating they have sent my disputes to the Credit beureas. Furthermore the company has uploaded false documentations. You uploaded documents stating I moved out of XXXX XXXX XX/XX/2020. A lie. Also the documentation claim that the Notice of debt was mailed to the same address listed as the move out address! How would I have gotten this notice?! I have attached proof and demand this account is deleted

( a ) Accuracy and fairness of credit reporting The Congress makes the following findings : ( 1 ) The banking system is dependent upon fair and accurate credit reporting. Inaccurate credit reports directly impair the efficiency of the banking system, and unfair credit reporting methods undermine the public confidence which is essential to the continued functioning of the banking system. ( 2 ) An elaborate mechanism has been developed for investigating and evaluating the credit worthiness, credit standing, credit capacity, character, and general reputation of consumers. Consumer Complaint: I received information from a apartment company I was trying to rent from stating that I had an unpaid debt on my record, i checked my report and it shows as National credit systems is trying to collect on an unowed debt. I've tried contacting the company and they refuse to remove it even though the state is showing that I don't owe anything. They have bough this debt off of another company who is reporting fraudulent information and has no liens or judgment 's awarded to them. I have requested validation of this debt 4 times and they can not show validation and have even stated that they don't have to show or prove the debt is valid.

Consumer Complaint: I lived at XXXX XXXX XXXX and was never late on my rent. I am a nurse and at the time was a XXXX instructor for a private school. XXXX XXXX ( which was declared a national disaster ) hit and XXXX was asked to evacuate, which I did. The school I worked for at the time got destroyed by the hurricane and I called XXXX ( the apartment manager ) and explained I did not have a job to come back to. I also asked her to go check my apartment and see if there was damage from the storm. This was a very old hotel that they turned into apartments. She stated there was water damage that resulted from coming in the windows but stated " it was not that bad ''. We discussed my problem and what I should do. Mind you I only had 1-2 months left in my lease. I would never just leave a lease. She stated she had found a women that wanted to take over my lease and reassured me not to worry. I searched for an apartment in XXXX and they sent a form to XXXX to complete to verify I owed nothing. She sent the letter and I moved into my new place. The manager is a very unprofessional person and lied to me and the women moving in. The women changed her mind at the last minute and XXXX was stuck so she has now come up with a bill AFTER she signed and sent a form stating I owed nothing. She is wrong and I would like this removed from my credit ASAP. I have sent pictures of the molded apt and the letter of a XXXX balance multiple times to the credit bureau XXXX and they will not remove it or help me in anyway. Please help d/t this is now affecting me to rent anywhere. This is crazy and makes no sense. I have a letter signed stating I owe nothing. How can she be allowed to do this to me? I have enclosed a release of rental agreement the XXXX apartment in XXXX made me get from XXXX XXXX XXXX stating that I was a good tenet and I did not owe any money to XXXX XXXX XXXX apartments which as you can see was clearly dated after I moved out. I would not have been able to rent another apartment without XXXX sending this. Please notice the move out date of XX/XX/17 and notice the date that XXXX signed and completed this document XX/XX/17 from XXXX stating that I owed no fees whatsoever for any kind or of any violations. She is now coming back saying I owe. Did she falsify a rental agreement or a bill? I sent her an email asking for this after I moved out which is dated XX/XX/17 to my new apartment complex. Please review this and help me finally resolve this.
