Consumer Complaint: I have new and updated information about NCS ( National Credit Systems ), they have failed plenty of times to provide me with a signed lease agreement from the alleged original creditor. Which is a violation of my rights as a consumer. They have continued to send the same documents that's not signed by me or anyone that works for XXXX XXXX XXXX. And I have asked for any documentation with my name on it to validate this alleged debt and they haven't sent any documents to prove I signed any lease aggrement or form saying I am liable for this debt. NCS have proven time and time again that they don't have anything with my signature on it, just these very false and misleading documents that they keep uploading which or a violation of the FDCPA as well. Im asking you CFPB to do your job and protect me as a consumer and demand these people to stop holding me and my consumer report hostage and delete all negative reporting from all CRA 's. This has hindered me for years and my children or suffering from NCS violations of the FDCPA. AND PLEASE THIS SHOULD BE HANDLED IN LESS THAN 30 DAYS NOT 60 DAYS!

Consumer Complaint: I have a collection account from a prior apartment complex, The XXXX. They fraudulently charged me {$200.00} for things in my apartment, like blinds and cleaning, charges I was never made aware of. All to the tune of {$8000.00}!! I told them I would not pay. Then they sold my debt to a collection agency. I never gave The XXXX permission to share my information so I tried to contact the collection agency. I sent them a letter. They replied saying it was not them who was trying to collect off me. I then sent the letter that they sent to me to the all three credit reporting agencies and the collection account was still not removed. This is severely affecting my credit score and my ability to buy a car. I currently pay 25 % interest on my car because of this. I'm asking that the credit bureaus remove this collection account immediately.

Consumer Complaint: Aside from being very poorly treated during my stay, In XXXX oXXXX XXXX my apartment unit at XXXX at XXXX XXXX flooded due to a dishwasher line busting that I was told I was not liable for. No one inspected the apartment after the flooding mold started arising in all areas of the unit. Sewer water was left sitting in my dishwasher that smelled terrible. A company was called out to dry the unit with big fans, they arrived hours later and unfortunately water had already been absorbed into the floor. The vinyl floor began lifting in result to the flooding and this was something that the apartment were well aware of. I reached out numerous times in regards to the move out balance they claimed I left owing them more money after keeping the entire deposit. They also claimed I owed a balance at move out which I did not. I paid every cent I owed to them once the keys had been turned in. I asked for details and specifics on the poorly created invoice that was sent and received no phone call back. I also sent a detailed email in regards but No response from cooperate or the office manager falsifying these charges. I hired a legal shield representative that sent out letters to the apartment complex and no responses were ever received back. Now I am seeing the placed it on my credit report as well as to other places such as the housing authorities and this is not accurate or right.

Consumer Complaint: There is a debt on my credit report for National Credit Systems for {$870.00}. The collection was first opened XX/XX/XXXX. I wrote multiple reports stating that I was a victim of fraud and did not have any knowledge of the account. I called the agency and was told my collection was turned over to a lawyer in GA. I lived in PA all my life. I never received anything at all stating that I was being sued possibly. I never received a response. On XX/XX/XXXX, the collection was removed ( from XXXX ) after my several attempts of dispute. A couple weeks later, it was no notification of reinsertion. Sometime in XX/XX/XXXX, the same collection was removed from my XXXX report. It was reinserted without notification on XX/XX/XXXX. Then, after several disputes once again it was removed from XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX. Then, it was reinserted without notification once again on XX/XX/XXXX. According to the FCRA, the consumer reporting agency is REQUIRED TO SEND THE CONSUMER WRITTEN NOTIFICATION 5 BUSINESS DAYS THAT THE INFORMATION HAS BEEN REINSERTED ON YOUR ACCOUNT, IF NOT THE ACCOUNT HAS TO BE DELETED. The agency never VALIDATED my account. This a violation of my rights. If this is not removed FROM ALL BUREUAS, I will have to take legal action.

Consumer Complaint: I am giving this debt collection company one more chance to make this right. I receive multiple phone calls from this third party company multiple times throughout the day which is a violation of 15 U.S. Code 1692d. I asked this company to validate the debt multiple times via phone. As a third party company they are not able to produce any contractual legal obligation and/or evidence proving that I owe that company anything. They also offered a discounted amount which is a violation of 15 U.S code 1692d ( 4 )
